I just checked this on may install and for me is working -> https://i.imgur.com/aZIXI2R.png -> https://i.imgur.com/fOsKxsL.png please set a new element for categories/tags list and see if the problem persist, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
