Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for RSS Feed, sorry! This is a default WordPress functionality which is not theme related. I think that I was not clear enough, if you are using the mobile theme plugin, for the moment the logo can be change only if you change in theme panel> footer the footer logo -> https://i.imgur.com/ANaCL5T.png for the moment this option was not add in Them panel> mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/doSY4Qu.png this will be add in the coming updates.

I think that this is an misunderstanding, only using a pro demo you’ll not get a fast website you still need to optimize your website, the difference is that the pro demos will not load all the style like the classic demos, also you’ll need to have the standard pack deactivate to see some improvements.
