Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

Make sure that you have a good host, also if you use a plugins like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.

If you want to remove the related articles and more from author then you can disable it from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/40i21my.png
In order to remove more from author you can use a custom css:
.td_block_related_posts .td-related-right {
display:none;
}
The css need to be set in Theme panel> Custom code>< Custom css

The mobile version is look like that because you have the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

Since Newspaper v9.7.4 you can show the responsive version on mobile theme -> http://prntscr.com/oh6r2s you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

So in order to have the same layout you can disable the mobile theme plugin or set the homepage on responsive version.
