Hi, unfortunately there is no exact bracketpoints for the mobile theme plugin and if it is used for mobile yes, it is possible that it will also enter the tablet version. Now this may be related to the cache plugin and its options, but if logged in to the site or without cache, these display the mobile version on the tablet, meaning that the tablet resolution may be quite close to that of a phone.

Intradevar this situation has to do with the “unique articles” option but it is a little different from what you say. This option makes an article not repeat on the page, so if this article appears higher in a block then it will be skipped, it is possible that you have mega menu or other blocks where those articles are displayed, so in the area where it is set by you the following articles that have not yet been loaded are loaded.

There are 2 ways to do this.
1. You can set an inner row and set it in 2 columns, in one of them set the author and date, and in the other one set the comment and view counter elements (align the elements left/right after needs).

2. Set all those 4 elements in one inner row with an inner column and set the elements to be displayed inline and the elements view counter and comments set them to be displayed on the right side –

There can be a few situations. First, please make a test, install the classic editor, and see if the Post settings are displaying back. If the problem is resolved, then it is possible that in the Gutenberg editor, that option can be hidden or maybe moved to the right sidebar. In case the situation persists, it is possible that there is a plugin conflict with an extra plugin that is used; for this, please make a test using only the TagDiv plugins.

It can be set in a raw CSS, after that you can change the number of articles that will be displayed, save the changes in tagDiv Composer and check it on the frontend.
