Hi,
Yes, if the problem is local, it is indeed harder to check.
What I can recommend is to make sure that the same plugins from the old version are still installed, especially the tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Standard Pack plugins. It would also help if you could provide some images or a video of the problem.
Thank you!

Hi,

This is because the cloud template is set as global for both CPTs, you need to create a new one for Release CPT and assign it to that CPT, example: https://i.imgur.com/nrlYwOW.png

Hi,

All those are individual pages and can be edited/created using the theme builder tagDiv Composerhttps://i.imgur.com/cpE2il1.png

Thank you!

Hi,
Please go to your website plugins section and remove/delete the plugin tagDiv Cloud Library after that, reinstall the plugin from Newspaper > plugins.
Also, make sure that the theme requirements are set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Hi,
If the woo attribute filter is not displaying in composer elements, that means you are on a page and not on an archive template. Only those can use those filters and those are used on woo categories. You can create a woo category archive template from here – https://i.imgur.com/h9m4ckg.png

Hi,
Just a quick note regarding using the Newspaper theme with WPML:
For each page or template created with tagDiv Composer, you’ll need to duplicate it for the desired language in order to create a translated version. Once duplicated, you can edit the content using the tagDiv Builder keeping the original layout if you like, or adjusting it as needed for the translated version.

That automatic translation through WPML is only available for articles and pages made with the WordPress editor. Pages or templates created with builders like tagDiv will need to be translated manually.

Hi,

Usually, the table wp_actionscheduler_logs keeps growing because WooCommerce (and other plugins) log every background task but don’t clean them up automatically.
1. Clean it up manually using an sql code (one-time):
DELETE FROM wp_actionscheduler_logs WHERE log_date_gmt < NOW() - INTERVAL 14 DAY; OPTIMIZE TABLE wp_actionscheduler_logs;
2. Use a plugin: Install “Action Scheduler Cleanup” — it deletes old logs automatically.
Option 2 is usually more friendly and safety.

Hi,
This situation is caused by this error – https://i.imgur.com/PhEuGAr.png
Can you make a test using only tagDiv plugins to see if the problem persists?
If the situation is the same, please make a full backup for your website and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and cPanel access to further investigate the problem.
Thank you!

Hi,
If you are referring to this – https://i.imgur.com/bV1UwzB.png it can be opened/closed by clicking on live css in top bar – https://i.imgur.com/iMpnpmy.png
For the situation with images, it can be related to some extra plugin used to optimize the images and theme css js.
Thank you!

Hi,
Edit the template with tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/w3xoh2Q.png then select the Woo Attribute Filters and uncheck the option for Enable Filters on Mobile – https://i.imgur.com/GXOLwfx.png
Thank you!

Hi, the mobile menu, if it is in the mobile menu section https://i.imgur.com/pfQp9Es.png, will be mobile only. Also, the responsive options on elements/blocks will show a sidebar on the left side of the viewports, for example https://i.imgur.com/Xo5UEkd.png
For mobile menu, there are 2 elements that can be used – https://i.imgur.com/FHIBsPY.png, and you can also create your own menu page using the popup element and assign that page to it.

Hi,

For Newspaper and Newsmag, you will just need to use a plugin that can convert the images in webp and enable the theme panel option for webp block settings > thumbs on modules/blocks https://i.imgur.com/BYSoxVP.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/Je1Dcd9.png

Thank you!

Hello,

Here are the three available solutions for the mobile version:

1. Responsive Desktop Version – The default responsive layout that adjusts to mobile screens using tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/apZQZ0o.png
2. Mobile Page/Template – A custom mobile layout that can be created using the tagDiv Composer.
3. tagDiv Mobile Theme Plugin – A separate mobile theme that provides a dedicated mobile experience but is limited in edits and changes.

Note: When the tagDiv Mobile Theme Plugin is activated, it takes priority and will be displayed on mobile devices. If it’s not active, the system will check for a mobile page/template built with tagDiv Composer. If neither of these is in use, the responsive desktop version will be shown by default.

Related to the cache, please check in the cache plugin documentation if this supports mobile cache if you are using the mobile page/template or tagDiv Mobile theme.

Also, the tagDiv Mobile theme is the only one that can be used for AMP. Unfortunately, the options for editing the layout are only a few. Also, pages need to be remade using the mobile editor only:

https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Hi,
This is a good question and to avoid any problems I recommend that you to do a staging of the site and do some tests there, because I don’t know exactly if the authors will be converted automatically, it is possible that they will have to be done manually, because they are 2 different plugins and most likely use different custom fields.

Hi,
Please note that our support is only Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 17:00 PM
The zones refer to the header/content/footer zone.
Most of the time, the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme; therefore, after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page, the next time you try to edit it, you’ll get that error. The simplest and fastest way to resolve it is to use a page/template revision – https://wordpress.com/support/page-post-revisions/

Calin

Hi,
Can you please provide some screenshots with some more details?
If you want the shortcode cna be set using tagDiv Composer set the shortcode directly in column text or text with title elements in the text zone – https://imgur.com/DSSni9j
Also, on mobile, you can reverse or set the columns order from a row – https://i.imgur.com/twXzqfY.pnghttps://tagdiv.com/flexibility-rows-columns-newspaper-theme/

Hi,
You need to set the flex loop filter the for the slag taxonomies you want to use to filter your articles – https://i.imgur.com/2PhDWtk.png also for woo products, you can use the woo attribute filters – https://i.imgur.com/H6ICBnu.png

Hi,
I just checked your website and I see ads on it – https://i.imgur.com/P9lgHp0.png
Did you also set ads using the tagDiv Composer in the ad box element?
Thank you!

Hi,

Please make sure that you have set the options mentioned in this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/7-days-post-sorting/ also set the ajax view count – https://forum.tagdiv.com/ajax-view-count/ (make sure that you have the view count element on your articles).

Thank you!

Hi,
Don’t edit theme LESS files.
Those variables are compiled before use, so changing them has no effect unless you rebuild the theme (not supported).

Use a child theme. Open your child theme folder and edit the style.css (or a new file like breakpoints.css), add:

/* Custom mobile breakpoint */

@media
(max-width: 575px) {
/* your mobile rules */
}

/* Between 576–767px (old mobile range) */

@media
(min-width: 576px) and (max-width: 767px) {
/* your tablet-like rules */
}

Make sure your CSS loads last.
In functions.php:

add_action(‘wp_enqueue_scripts’, function() {
wp_enqueue_style(‘my-breakpoints’,
get_stylesheet_directory_uri() . ‘/breakpoints.css’,
array(‘td-theme’), ‘1.0’);
}, 999);

Clear caches (theme + browser) and test at 575px width your new breakpoint now applies.
I hope this will help you!

Hi,
Testing any website with the w3c validator will most likely provide errors for each one
https://blog.codinghorror.com/html-validation-does-it-matter/
So it could be said that the test is too strict, maybe unimportant in a way.

Thanks

Hi,

A quickfix is to enable the lockers for the events, please check in the theme panel and you should see your events post type and enable the locker for them here https://prnt.sc/2vRjAnM-IliL This just enables the option to use lockers for the events, you don’t have to actually set lockers for them, just enable that option.

As a PHP version, you can use 8.3.
Related to pagespeed for medium speed you can use this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ (a free cache plugin that can provide cache and also optimize the js and css, optimize the images and convert in webp format). Use forom the theme panel this option – https://i.imgur.com/9DgGmdf.png
For premium cache plugins we recommend WP Rocket – https://forum.tagdiv.com/wp-rocket-and-newspaper-theme-optimization-guide/

Thanks.
