Hi,

So you want to underline the article titles in flex block 1? You could do that with some CSS by adding a border bottom of a chosen color – http://prntscr.com/mnkig3

This is the code for it, modify it as you want

.td_flex_block_1 .entry-title a{
border-bottom: 5px solid blue;
}

As a note, increase the line height for the flex block article titles to make some space for the border – http://prntscr.com/mnkjrb

Thanks

Hi,

Seems something is adding another amp-ad extension in the AMP version. The theme will load it once when you set adsense ads.
But in your case it is loaded again by something – http://prntscr.com/mnkclv

If you use a plugin to implement the AMP ads, maybe this has a setting to not add this script in the AMP header. Having two of them will be an issue as the validator states, but the validation still passes – http://prntscr.com/mnkeur

Hi,

Seems to work in my test – http://prntscr.com/mnk687http://prntscr.com/mnk6cv
The image is loaded in the composer and in the saved page.

I could take a look at it, provide a link to the page where you placed the raw HTML element if possible.

Thanks

Hi,

We could provide it by email if needed. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and request it.

However you should consider using the latest theme version, if for example you use the latest WordPress. There were various fixes and new features were added since 9.1.

There could be problems using older themes with WordPress 5. Maybe we can help you fix the issues you are having when updating to 9.5. What exactly is happening?

Hi,

Maybe you have not activated the theme with the license key. Please check if the theme is activated
https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-6-how-to-activate-the-theme/
Let us know.

Hi,

There were previous cases like the one you are experiencing. In most of them it was caused by the cloudflare rocket loader
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-search-appearing-on-desktop/
If you use cloudflare try to disable the rocket loader, then check if the issue is fixed.

Hi,

Thank you for the appreciation. That gradient color is meant to make the post meta more visible if for example an image like this one is used – http://prntscr.com/mnjrbd
With gradient – http://prntscr.com/mnjrfw

This gradient is predefined to appear, however I could give you a solution
http://prntscr.com/mnjsin
Enter this code in Theme panel->Custom code->Custom CSS section, it will remove it

.td_block_slide .td-image-gradient:before {
display: none;
}

Thanks

Hi,

Any block and grid can display the latest posts. This is a sorting method available for all elements that can display posts
https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
If you want to display widgets in a page use the widget sidebar element and select from your available widget sidebars
http://prntscr.com/mnjnnm
Blocks are available as widgets as well – http://prntscr.com/mnjo17 and you can select a latest sorting for them.

Hi,

From the first image I see that you have not created the mega-menu properly, it is not a bug, it is a common mistake. Some helpful topics here
https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/hopefully-last-bit-of-help-slight-issue-with-the-mega-menu/
Basically the menu item you choose to make a mega-menu must not have sub-menus.

For that second issue, I could inspect it. From an image I can’t say what is wrong there exactly. Post a link to the website where I can see it. If you are designing for example a page in the composer, keep checking how it will look on mobile
http://prntscr.com/mnj5f6
Some settings can be set per device, like the CSS – http://prntscr.com/mnj5w2

Hi,

It could be possible but you will need to make a modification in the theme code, as this is not possible by a setting. In this file you have to do it, like this
http://prntscr.com/mnj2xz
Result – http://prntscr.com/mnj3gr

Hi,

Your hosting provider should be able to fix that if you can contact them, or simply install the plugin by FTP
https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/step-by-step-guide-to-install-a-wordpress-plugin-for-beginners/
The theme plugins are provided in the plugins folder of the full theme package
https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/

Sometimes that happens, but if the cache works alright there should’t be any problems. I could add this issue to be investigated by our developer team.

Hi,

I see it like this currently – http://prntscr.com/mnihj5

From what I can see there is caching active for the website – http://prntscr.com/mnij2t If you don’t have a caching plugin maybe it is server cache, check with the hosting provider.

Only caching can prevent or delay the latest content from being displayed, because of a setting from it most likely. The theme itself does not have any caching, so in normal conditions as soon as for example a post is published it will appear immediately in an element sorted by latest and filtered to show content from all categories.

Thanks

We could take a look at it, those seem like rows in the header zone, still there should be no problem in removing them. If you select one of the rows and press delete on the keyboard does it work? Or if you drag them to the right corner?

If nothing works send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login. Mention where we can see the problem.

We could take a look, send us an email as mentioned above. We will try to identify why it is happening. Provide admin login in the email.

From what I know Bogdan re-added the empty page template which should now work as before, a test page here – https://desdelaraiz.com/tagtiv-test-page-landing-page/

So for the pages you want to have no header and footer, edit them and set that page template. You can remove the header from the header manager section in the composer.

The booster supports plugins that are in the list I mentioned. If you have a problem with the booster, please try and specify some more details about it.

Hi,

The module should look the same everywhere it is used, as you modified it. How exactly did you modify it? Are you using a plugin for the field?

The slide has height settings – http://prntscr.com/mn7yws Enter the value you want there, enter 480 if that is how you want it.

Thanks

Hi,

I tried it within a cloud header – http://prntscr.com/mn7ua4http://prntscr.com/mn7uim
Seems to work, something like you are describing would happen if the font awesome plugin is not active.

Hi,

Maybe you are using one of header styles 9, 10 or 11, these can display a text logo
http://prntscr.com/mn6dtl
So if there is no image logo, the text logo will show.

The font settings for the text logo are here – http://prntscr.com/mn6ta6

Thanks

Hi,

There are currently some issues we are investigating with the cloud header builder and manager.

It would be helpful if you could provide detailed steps describing what exactly you did before the issue happened. We will try and recreate the issue on our end. Please let us know.

Thanks

Hi,

The cloud templates don’t have PHP files like the predefined default templates do. So entering PHP code in them is not possible in this case.

Maybe you could try to use a PHP widget plugin that you can place in a cloud template and enter the code there. I haven’t tried any unfortunately.

Thanks

Hi,

We will try and add more newsletter providers in the newsletter plugin, in coming updates. So for the moment you could add the form code in a text element (column text or text with title), that will work.

Hi,

This is the theme update guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Please follow it and update the theme.

Do you use a child theme maybe? If you do, deactivate it and try again. Be sure to check the theme requirements guide, increase the wp-memory if needed
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
We recommend a value of 256M, this would be enough for most websites. Also clear all caching you have and purge CDN files after you update.
