Hi,
A random sort may indeed be affected by caching. While logged in users will not be served cached pages, for others this will happen.
A solution would be to set a small expiration period of time before the cache expires

Hi,
The best thing to do would be to create and set a mobile logo in the theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/fUrjUDlWp1
Try to use the recommended size, create a logo and set it for mobile. Once set it will appear in the menu bar like this – http://prntscr.com/m4ryhe
Please let us know if you have more questions or need help with something else.
Thanks
Hi,
Ne para rau pentru problemele intampinate, de obicei acest tip de probleme sunt cauzate de resurse insuficiente. Este imperativ ca acest ghid sa fie respectat pentru o buna functionalitate a temei si a plugin-urilor
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Noi vom aproba cererile de refund in cel mai scurt timp posibil. De acolo totul depinde de Envato. La momentul acesta nu sunt cereri active, deci a fost aprobata deja de noi.
Multumesc.
You could try that and see if it works, or maybe with a condition in the code to restrict it somehow. But I really don’t know how that would be possible.
Or maybe with a condition where the modal class is applied to the images in the first place

Hi,
The theme does not send the emails, this is covered by WordPress or if the hosting has a service available for mailing, or with a plugin. From what I know WordPress may fail sometimes.
Here are some topics in the matter and also plugin suggestions if needed

Hi,
In those screenshots it looks unusually small, like it is reduced for some reason. I checked the website and it looks alright at the moment however

Hi,
The predefined footer templates have a maximum of 3 columns indeed. However with the tagDiv composer you can create a page (with rows split in 4 columns as needed) and set that as footer page
– https://www.screencast.com/t/FRAwyDMTIfa
There are footer pages created by us for demos, these can be imported through the cloud library plugin
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Here you can find them all, preview and even edit them to see how they are made

Hi,
The included mobile theme plugin is more optimized for mobiles, it will simplify the website and provide a noticeable improvement in terms of speed on mobile. .
Each page will require two versions. For desktop you can use the page builder, but when viewed on mobile and the mobile plugin is active, the page will be empty.
Page builder content is not displayed by the mobile plugin. Mobile pages have to be simple, created within the mobile editor. This will greatly increase mobile performance. The settings of the plugin are kept to a minimum as well, many elements are predefined.
This plugin is optional, when not active the same content from desktop will be displayed on mobile as well (responsive version). So you can simply not use the mobile plugin.
The documentation for it is here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Please let us know if you have more questions.
Thanks
Hi,
In quite a few cases with similar issues, the problem was solved by installing a newer PHP version on the server. The hosting provider should be able to help you with this. If possible use PHP 7.1 or 7.2, not the newer 7.3, we haven’t tested with the newer versions yet.
You could check the PHP version used and update if necessary, then try again. Chances are the issue will be fixed.
Thanks
Hi,
Indeed, I tested on a couple of phones, on Android there is no problem, only on Safari it seems. First things to investigate would be plugins, code entered in the theme panel, theme files or child theme when used.
The theme by default works properly, but plugins, additional code or theme modifications may cause malfunctions.
Thanks
From what I can see the issue is solved – http://prntscr.com/m4hmgt
The thumbnails have the intended size at the moment.
Hi,
The theme has a slide element for posts – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ios-slider/
Or a big grid slide – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-slide/
These are not quite similar to the one you mention however.
For sliding images there is a gallery – https://forum.tagdiv.com/gallery-2/
The revolution slider plugin is also included in the theme package, this is a very complex plugin
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-install-revolution-slider-v5/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos/
– https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-revolution-documentation/
Other than these there would be no other sliders, only with plugins.
Thanks
Hi,
Hi,
If you use a CDN try to purge the files – https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200169246-How-do-I-purge-my-cache-
In case the problem remains we could take a look, send us admin login at contact@tagdiv.com as well as cPanel if possible. Please also include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
So you are referring to these single image elements – http://prntscr.com/m4grb6
Single images don’t display the caption of the images, just the image. You could use other image elements which allows a description for the images
– http://prntscr.com/m4gsil
If I misunderstand please correct me.
Thanks
Hi,
What buttons are you referring to exactly? If you mean the ones in the header and footer, you can remove the links for each social in the theme panel, they will not be shown anymore
– https://www.screencast.com/t/M7FtLqjTn
The post sharing socials can also be disabled, top and bottom sections
– https://www.screencast.com/t/KOqKm4PFA1V9
Thanks
Hi,
Deleting the demo posts should not cause such an error. Seems the sub footer uses a multipurpose style and the tagDiv composer is disabled
– https://www.screencast.com/t/x7DpZuaRq4
Please select style 1 in the sub footer template setting, or activate the tagDiv composer plugin. The multi-purpose styles can only be used if the tagDiv composer is active.
Thanks
Hi,
Maybe the parameters have to be set by a different method, better to consult with your hosting provider for assistance. Insufficient resources will most likely cause problems with the theme or plugins. These would be the recommended values for most websites
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Thanks
Hi,
I have no guide to provide you in regards to Shopify unfortunately, we made no tests up to this point with it. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Woocommerce will work with the theme, it’s tested and can be used properly with no compatibility issues.
While the theme does not have eCommerce dedicated settings or elements as themes built with this in mind, it can be used together with the Woocommerce plugin to build and maintain a shop. We haven’t tested other plugins.
Thanks
From what I can see the problem is with two links in the AMP head
– https://www.screencast.com/t/0osD2jY7yVC
Those seem to be generated by a minification plugin, cache plugin or service. Try disabling it or if possible make an exception to not affect AMP pages, because they cause the post to fail AMP validation.
Hi,
1. There would be an explanation for this. The posts will inherit the background set for their primary category (color or image)
So for example this category page has a background color (#dbdad6)
That seems to be the only category for this post – http://popcornscreen.com/captain-marvel-dobija-novi-poster-i-tv-spot/
So it will be the primary category of the post, while the post inerits the background, Check in the Theme panel per category settings if some categories have background colors set
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-category-settings-work/
2. You could add a shadow to the container, something like this for example (could be other ways)
Create your own shadow as you want it, there are plenty of generators online
– https://html-css-js.com/css/generator/box-shadow/
The code is this one, just add the shadow
#td-outer-wrap {
max-width: 1164px;
margin: 0 auto;
/*your shadow code here*/
}
Enter it in the theme panel custom CSS code section.
3. The theme width cannot be changed by a setting or in general. Through the composer row can be stretched but not reduced
– http://prntscr.com/m4fr8v
It isn’t such a difference actually, IMDB is 1008px and the theme is 1068px (content).
Thanks
Replied in your other topic.
I will gladly help you but I don’t quite understand where exactly these widgets you are referring to have to be displayed.
Under the header would be in the page content. Edit the page with the tagDiv composer and use a widget sidebar element. Widgets can be used in the page content or where the composer can be used, by a widget sidebar element
– http://prntscr.com/m4f4zj
So you can create widget sidebars and display them in pages and cloud templates. Create as many as you want
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/
Hi,
@jm_rodriguez I tried your ID, doesn’t work for me as well. This is happening because the profile page is not public – http://prntscr.com/m4f0af meaning that it can’t be viewed if not logged in Facebook.
The page has to be public and have no restrictions in order for the social counter to have access to the like count. A guide I found

Thanks
Hi,
The theme does use ajax for many elements. Ajax issues usually come from excessive usage of features that use ajax, like block pagination, ajax block filtering etc. Some similar topics

You could take this into account, also maybe try the plugin mentioned. Then monitor the situation to see if there are improvements.

If you use Gutenberg they can be accessed in the classic element, like this
