Hi,
For the font properties of the breadcrumbs there are settings in the theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/p37QpZUD
The color could only be changed with CSS – https://www.screencast.com/t/5wZl9mnqa
.td-crumb-container .entry-crumbs,
.td-crumb-container .entry-crumbs a {
color: green;
}
Only by using cloud templates for post pages, category pages etc can the color be changed
– https://www.screencast.com/t/yxgzrvh5YAr
Also there are multiple other settings for the breadcrumbs.
Thanks
Hi,
Seems to refer to the top bar templates set in the theme panel. Those errors would be displayed if the tagDiv composer is inactive and a multi-purpose top bar style is set.
The solution is to either activate the tagDiv composer plugin, or change the top bar style to a different one in the theme panel

Thanks
Hi,
I see it like this at the moment – http://prntscr.com/lvwx85
Where exactly are the image displayed twice? Provide a link where this happens.
The only way the featured image would appear twice is if you set it as featured and also add it in the post content. Let me know.
Thanks
Hi,
The category title in the category page is affected by this font setting for the page title
– https://www.screencast.com/t/MDdhYiOX
This setting is general and will affect all pages and category pages.
Using cloud category templates there are settings for the category title and description, in the composer directly (these can be set per template)
– https://www.screencast.com/t/nePGFMKDH0
*I can’t say I know what this AMP session stitching is, not familiar with it as well.
**Category pages will not work with AMP, only posts by default
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
***That block header style is responsive by default, test this here
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-header-13/
The big title will gradually reduce it’s font size, ending up like this on mobile
– https://www.screencast.com/t/1KDTnkZ5S
****Maybe by creating cloud templates for each category, and adding unique ads to each of them. Category templates can be created and set per category. This may not be a good solution if you have many categories however.
Thanks
Hi,
You would need a plugin for that, that would be the easiest method. There are also other ways, I found some guides
– https://kinsta.com/blog/schema-markup-wordpress/
– https://bloggingwizard.com/add-schema-and-rich-snippets-in-wordpress/
– https://torquemag.io/2016/12/schema-markup-wordpress/
The theme will indeed add basic structured data, this is defined in it’s code. But it does not have options to add more or change it however.
Thanks
Hi,
Only with modifications to the modules would it be possible for them to display additional information. They can only display what is defined in their coding, for example
– https://www.screencast.com/t/cB27rrRC
So they are not able to display a logo unless this is added by some means in each of the modules.
The excerpt can be either automatic, picked from the post content and have a length according to the setting
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/excerpts-introduction/
Or you can set custom excerpts for each post, these will be displayed exactly as you enter them
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Og6EfgCkA
We will try to add more settings and features for the flex blocks and flex grids in the future. I can’t say what these will be unfortunately.
Thanks
Hi,
The sub-menus appear for me on mobile like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/vRwomOfG
While the customization made to the sub-menu (menu items in two columns) looks fine on desktop, on mobile it doesn’t look quite nice.
I suggest that you enter the code used for the customization in the Advanced CSS desktop section of the theme panel, so it does not affect mobiles and they display normally
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ISgBjLUXZ3B
Or create one design for desktop and a different one for mobile.
Thanks
Hi,
I understand what you mean, but currently it does not work like that. The related articles section will show posts that have at least one category in common with the currently viewed post, sorted by latest.
Using the primary category option does not affect the related articles, only the elements mentioned in this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/primary-category/
I could add this as a request, it may be considered in the future. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
Depends on what elements are used in the category template. Using category grids and loop elements will automatically display posts from the category that uses the template
– https://www.screencast.com/t/xZ5j9UOE
– https://www.screencast.com/t/h73BXKM4R
So a template containing such elements can be applied for multiple categories. This is how the cloud category template examples are made
– https://affiliate.tagdiv.com/#/load/Category
But using other elements such as normal blocks and grids with filtering for example, these will always display the same posts according to that filtering, no matter the category page in which they appear. In this case the template would not be suited for multiple categories.
Thanks
Hi,
I checked the website homepage on mobile, seems alright. When the mobile theme plugin is active there will be a grid in the top displaying featured posts
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/
Then at the bottom there will be a latest articles section.
If there are no posts in the featured category (this category is created by the theme) the top grid will not be displayed. Here you can find out more about the mobile theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Note that this mobile plugin is optional, you can deactivate it and display the same content from desktop, on mobile. Let us know if you have more questions.
Thanks
Hi,
Seems to work on my end when I use your Instagram ID
– http://prntscr.com/luxpur
Try as a quick test to enter a different ID, like cocacola, check if that works. Then switch back to your own. Also if you use caching, clear the cache.
In case there is still a problem, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login so we can investigate this. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Hi,
A tagDiv gallery can be added using the classic element in Gutenberg
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ysgRvSThl3
– https://www.screencast.com/t/r36GNyhH
– https://www.screencast.com/t/h7UvHoSQzq
If you have problems using it, please mention what exactly these are and we will investigate.
Thanks
Hi,
Usually that happens on specific pages, something in the page content could be causing it. Does it happen on all pages, even new ones?
We could take a look at it, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login. Mention the page or pages with the problem.
Regrading the CSS, the theme has advanced CSS sections, so you can enter code without media queries in the desired fields
– https://www.screencast.com/t/7rtoiob9
In case you use the mobile theme plugin CSS code has to be entered in the mobile theme section
– https://www.screencast.com/t/3xM0S0qyu2
If you tried it like this, mention in the email what exactly you want to do.
Please include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
You mean these icons? – https://www.screencast.com/t/2HHokpf1wk
Those are available in the tagDiv composer (icon, icon box elements). But they cannot be used in the post content itself.
Maybe with a plugin, like this – https://www.wpsuperstars.net/fontawesome-icons-tutorial/
Could be other methods o insert icons in the post content, search online for similar topics.
If I misunderstand something please correct me.
Thanks
Hi,
Check with the browser inspector, there could be errors in the console that would indicate what the problem is. We could take a look, provide a link to the website if possible.
Thanks
Hi,
Replied via email.
There are quite some strange things happening in your website. I checked a few posts from the homepage, some work with /amp, some with ?amp while others have no AMP at all. Having no AMP for some posts would be possible if you disabled it per post
– https://www.screencast.com/t/jHxywZvwaW
Maybe the same issue is happening with the default AMP plugin, then the problem would be elsewhere.
So when clicking on a paragraph block from Gutenberg you are missing these options?
– http://prntscr.com/luw8le
There is indeed a classic element in Gutenberg, but what exactly is wrong with it? seems to function correctly
– https://www.screencast.com/t/w6bLHJQvL
I can enter text in it, images etc same as before.
Columns seems to work alright as well – https://www.screencast.com/t/aKBGtMdcbl6M
Is this happening if you test with no other plugins excerpt theme plugins active? or maybe test with a default WordPress theme.
The theme doesn’t interfere with the Gutenberg elements, everything is working properly on our end.
Hi,
Provide some examples of this issue happening. Where exactly are you not seeing it? The option to edit with the tagDiv composer should appear in multiple places
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Fni36pK2O
– https://www.screencast.com/t/5ismLSF7Mbw
– https://www.screencast.com/t/L0zezKVRp

Hi,
The latest update (9.2.1) should fix the lazyload issues which happened in the previous version, in some cases. After you update please clear all caches, CDN, as well as browser cache. Based on user feedback the new update fixes the lazyload problems.
In case there is still a problem, provide a link to the website so we can take a look.
Thanks
Hi,
The section you are referring to would be the latest articles, it can be removed by selecting a different page template
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/
Please let us know if you have more questions.
Thanks
Hi,
I could add this request on pour list and it will be considered in the future. Maybe such an option will be available at some point. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
Maybe try some other solutions, here are some topics you could experiment with

Hi,
That is the weather widget, it is available in the tagDiv composer list of elements
– https://www.screencast.com/t/241P4cfEA
Also as a widget – https://www.screencast.com/t/Ht2PqHlqqVi
This guide specifies how it can be configured – https://forum.tagdiv.com/weather-widget/

Hi,
A code like this should do that when not using the mobile theme plugin
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Bfj98RF8
#td-header-menu #td-top-mobile-toggle {
position: absolute;
right: 0;
}
.td-header-main-menu .header-search-wrap {
right: auto;
}
be sure to enter this in the Advanced CSS phones section.
Or like this when using the mobile theme – https://www.screencast.com/t/jRGckQ2wKugx
#td-header-menu #td-top-mobile-toggle {
position: absolute;
right: 0;
}
.td-header-wrap .td-search-icon {
right: auto;
}
Thanks
Hi,
@hwhosting Please clear your browser cache and check again. I made some test with your website and the images are loading properly at all times
– http://prntscr.com/lutyjt
The modifications we made should solve the lazyload issue from the previous version.
