Hi,
Replied in your other topic. Please try as a first step what I suggested.
Thanks
Hi,
The ad should be of the size served by the provider. The only limit would be the theme width. Try and enter the ad code in a simple text element, see how it displays there
– https://www.screencast.com/t/JPwUfkOSVQwR
There should be no difference. It all depends on the ad that is supplied by the provider, there is enough space available to display a bigger ad.
Hi,
That could be possible. I created a default gallery in a post and a tagDiv gallery in different post. They look like this in the database
Default gallery – https://www.screencast.com/t/irxjTy7eJ2w
Tagdiv gallery – https://www.screencast.com/t/vHNseMRaKzO
A search and replace of the default shortcode should work. Some useful topics here

Hi,
Please try and not reply in your own topic multiple times. This will only delay the answer on our part. It will refresh the topic date and move it to the back of the line. We answer all topics from oldest to newest, which is fair.
We only made tests with the super cache plugin that is why we recommend it. That doesn’t mean other caching plugins definitely will not work. You can make tests with others. The guide is older indeed, it needs an update (there are plans to do so). Some settings in the plugin were moved or renamed, but basically still the same.
The live search module uses this thumbnails size
– https://www.screencast.com/t/7dGAgFzGO0w3
The thumbnail that is uses cannot be changed. In your case it seems the images are bigger, please regenerate the thumbnails to create the required size
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
The theme analytics capabilities are simple, there is only a section in the theme panel where analytics code can be entered. The code will be loaded in the header. There are no settings to manage tracking.
If you require such settings you could consider using a more advanced plugin for example, to allow you to do what is needed.
Thanks

So you want to display code in the post content? The theme does not have additional options for this. You can display code with HTML tags for example
– https://websemantics.uk/articles/displaying-code-in-web-pages/
Or maybe try some plugins if needed, there could be some that will add more options.
Thanks
You could make a small addition in a file of the cloud plugin. Add this code in this file
– https://www.screencast.com/t/kzn7DmfwEi
'reverse_top_level' => true
That should order the comments by oldest, you could give it a try.
Hi,
Once you apply the template to the post and view that post, your content should be displayed. In the composer edit screen there will be some placeholder smart list content.
If you are applying the smart list template containing the smart list shortcode to a post in which there is smart list content, and your content is not displayed once you view that post, then please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin access.
We will try is as well. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Hi,
A simple forum search would provide the necessary information if you want to use AMP auto ads
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-put-in-google-auto-ads-on-your-mobile-theme-amp/
The logo displayed in AMP pages will be the mobile logo set in the theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Byz5ywvvi
The AMP pages don’t have a menu, maybe one will be implemented in the future. The design of the AMP plugin is based on the AMP variant the SEO Yoast website uses
– https://yoast.com/social-media-optimization-with-yoast-seo/amp/
Thanks
Hi,
The current version is 9.0.1, it contains some fixes for issues with version 9. I believe there are no more problems in the latest version so you could update to it. We are sorry for the inconveniences.
Thanks
Hi,
For me it looks like this in Chrome – https://www.screencast.com/t/oNGDoz48Qm
That is not so noticeable from what I can see. It would not be a major issue how the menu arrows load, there would be nothing to do to make them load differently as well.
Here you can see how the theme live demo loads the arrows

Thanks
Hi,
If those can be downloaded you can upload them in the theme panel (up to 5 custom fonts)
The uploaded fonts will appear in the selection drop-down for each element. The requirement is that they be in woff format before uploading, as mentioned in the guide.
Thanks
Hi,
That is unusual indeed. Which categories are you referring to exactly, I will check them out on mobile. Provide links to them or their names so I can take a look.
Hi,
Maybe try the same solution from here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/do-i-really-need-to-change-all-the-text-fields-for-fonts/
Or simply choose which elements you want and change their font one at a time in the theme fonts settings. Some sections have general settings, there are’t that many setting, also you would change the font only for the elements you use.
Thanks
Hi,
We will require some more details about this, latest Yoast plugin is working fine here. I saw no other similar reports as well.
So the pages are blank? If you deactivate Yoast does the content appear? What if you let only theme plugins and Yoast active?
Thanks
Hi,
Maybe you are trying to install an older version of the plugin. Install the mobile theme from the same theme package you downloaded from themeforest.
If there is still a problem, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin access, we will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
From what I can see none of the socials display as they should, which is like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/RKp0l38Rs3
There is a code in the custom CSS section in your case, this code affects the counter
– https://www.screencast.com/t/1DccPTZytB
Remove that code and the issue will be solved.
Thanks
Hi,
That widget doesn’t have settings to exclude categories. If they are popular they will show there. You could remove a specific category or more like this
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/hide-1-categories-from-widget-popular/
Thanks
Hi,
There is no guide created by us that I can provide to you. If the theme was tested by us with instant articles, we would have created a tutorial. Follow the installation instructions provided with the plugin.
Also maybe some other users that use instant articles can help.
Thanks
Hi,
First you would have to detect that a mobile is used, then to create a condition for the background to not load in those circumstances. The background is loaded here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/H7qG8sdoDY
I never tried something like that unfortunately so exactly how this would be possible I don’t know exactly.
Thanks
Hi,
Never tried something like that, it could be possible. Maybe there are related topics in the forum you could adapt for this. The forums are at full capacity at the moment, if we had some time we would provide more advanced solutions. Time will not permit this at the moment unfortunately.
Hi,
Do you use the latest version of the theme? Does that happen for all pages or just for specific pages? If it started happening for specific pages only, that could happen due to some changes made to them. Try and return to a previous revision of the page in the back-end.
If it happens for all the pages, then it is a general problem. Could be insufficient resources or a plugin conflict. Check this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Check plugins by deactivating them all except theme plugins.
In some cases the solutions from these topics worked for composer problems, you could give them a try if possible
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gray-page-tagdiv/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/
Let us know if there still is a problem, or if you identified and fixed the problem.
Thanks
Hi,
Ad blockers may prevent the content of the ad box from displaying, that would be their job. They search for keywords and identify where a potential ad is.
Where are you displaying that image, in the header ad spot? Maybe there is a different method for this.
Thanks
Hi,
Not yet unfortunately, it will be looked into as soon as possible and fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hi,
That will be the case yes. When you create a category it will automatically have category page. It will show up in the theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/AoT0h9F5
Clicking on it’s name there will lead to the respective category page.
I cannot access the links you provided above unfortunately
– https://www.screencast.com/t/zZib2WWoZT
Is there a problem with the category pages?
Thanks
Hi,
That will be the case, only the default comments will show in cloud post templates. You could use a default post template if having disqus comments is required, insert the custom widget directly in the post template by code. Some related topics here
