For me it looks like this on desktop – http://prntscr.com/kh19ld
And like this on mobile – http://prntscr.com/kh1a5t
What exactly should I check? From what I can see the image is loaded on desktop and on mobile.
Hi,
What exactly are you editing, a page or a cloud template? Does that happen only for that page/template, or for others?
Let us know more details if possible, for a better understanding.
Thanks
Simply add a new page, edit it as you want with the composer. Add text elements, images, woocommerce shortcodes, blocks etc.
Blocks can also display products – http://prntscr.com/kh0yqx
This would be a short tutorial for the tagDiv composer
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
After you create the page as you want it with the tagDiv composer, set it as shop page
– https://www.screencast.com/t/o59eSfVBS1Xg
Once you set it as shop page do not edit it again with the composer. Make it as you want before you set it.
The theme icon font is not found on the server for some reason, or cannot be loaded. Please try and contact the hosting provider and mention this to them. They should be able to help you with this. Provide them with the same screenshot and the details.
The theme has been re-uploaded, the issues with the text and raw HTML elements have been fixed. Please download again and install it. If you have broken text elements since the update, these will have to be re-added in the page/post.
For damaged pages pages you could restore a previous page revision.
There should be no more problems in this matter. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

If you cannot manage to update the theme, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin access and also FTP, we will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
2. I see now, so the ad in that column is not displayed on mobile. I believe the problem is with the ad itself, please try in a test page to hide a simple column with an element the same way. Check if it displays on mobile.
Check the settings for the ad in the theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/5EzkNbXPG70
Maybe you have disabled it for mobile.
Does the ad appear if you don’t hide the column, on mobile?
Hi,
So the product images are not displaying at all on mobile? I could take a look, please provide a link to a product on your your website.
I tested with some default Woocommerce products with and without the mobile theme plugin, the product image displays for me

Thanks
Hi,
The grids cannot display anything else than posts, blocks are the same. So a banner in a big grid is not possible.
Maybe use image elements that also have options for custom URLs, then you can create a banner.
Regarding the full width grid, there are quite a few full width grids to choose from, there are 10 types available
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/full-big-grid-1/
Edit the page and remove the current grid, use a full width grid instead.
This is full grid 8 for example

Thanks
Hi,
There are a few topics about this issue. The new update seems to create some problems with the text and raw HTML elements.
The fix should be in it’s final stages and the theme will be re-uploaded. I will let you know when you can download and re-install the theme.
We are very sorry for this inconvenience, seems no matter how much we test issues may still happen.
Thanks
Hi,
– Flex blocks are available only with the tagDiv composer. Through this composer and cloud library plugin, post templates can be created from scratch or predefined templates can be imported (these can be modified as well).
– Without the tagDiv composer and cloud library plugin, only the default predefined post templates can be used.
– Standard HTML tables should display properly in the post or page content. I believe there are also plugins which can be used to create tables, maybe test a few plugins as well.
– Maps can be embedded, here is a guide (there are more online)
– For the moment there are no table or map elements provided by the theme. Who knows, maybe at some point there will be.
Thanks
That would be how the default latest articles loop works, it does not show all the page content from the second page.
This loop element in the composer will show the page content when using numbered pagination. That would be how it works currently.
That is the page structure of the demo, as an example. The same image, same text style would not be applied.
I don’t know why you insist so much with that demo page. All there is specific to that demo page is this section
– http://prntscr.com/kgyjq7
That is a simple single image and a text column below. The rest of the page is Woocommerce shortcodes. You can replicate the page with the tagDiv composer, this is not a difficult task.
Use an image element at the top, some text elements below and then use Woocommerce shortcodes. That would be all.
Use a single image and a text column, style the text as you want
– http://prntscr.com/kgyih4
Hi,
That would be impossible, if the old theme is removed and the new newspaper 9 is uploaded, how would the old one still be active?
How are you updating the theme exactly? Use FTP (most reliable). If our guide is not enough, check some online tutorials
– https://docs.presscustomizr.com/article/141-how-to-manually-install-or-update-a-wordpress-theme
Learning to use FTP and access the theme files and WordPress files on their server is a necessity.
Of course you can also use the update by WordPress, that will work as well.
Hi,
There is a problem with text elements and raw HTML elements in the recent update. As soon as this is fixed the theme will be re-uploaded. This should happen today. Sorry for the inconvenience. You could return to 8.8.2 or not use such elements for the moment.
We are very sorry for this unintended inconvenience.
Thank you!
Hi,
I don’t know much about that ad type, but if they approved you and you implemented the ads according to their instructions, then they should appear. I found this Wordads FAQ guide, not much troubleshooting however in it
– https://wordads.co/faq/
Maybe it takes some time before the ads are displayed.
Hi,
Indeed it does, I did not see that at the time. Add this in the custom CSS and it will be fixed
– https://www.screencast.com/t/j3FU97Bq
.mfp-content .td-login-input {
display:inline-block;
}
Thanks
Hi,
1. Some thumbnails are still not created, for example this one
– https://www.screencast.com/t/XQsP3XHE
This is a proper thumbnail – https://www.screencast.com/t/pPrN9pDz2d
So if you regenerated the thumbnails and there is still a problem, maybe the required PHP GD library module is missing. Check in the theme system status
– https://www.screencast.com/t/98bgTKdtHsRq
2. I also tried to hide a column with WPBakery (tagDiv composer inactive)
The column is hidden, there will be a hidden class set on it by WPBakery
– https://www.screencast.com/t/H8few257i
Inspecting your page there are a few columns hidden under the big grid
– https://www.screencast.com/t/rURAqOuCF
These would be the columns, one contains an ad box and one is empty
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ZhKCe1JWLV
These are hidden on desktop so that would be what you wanted. Maybe I am misunderstanding something, please correct me if I do.
Thanks
Hi,
From the screenshots I don’t know why that happens. If you can provide a link to the page where this happens I will take a look.
Hi,
Some post templates display the caption if the featured image has one. But for a featured video a caption cannot be set.
There is also a post subtitle field, which will appear in the post page
– https://www.screencast.com/t/2XK5ml8O
Other than that there would be no option I can think of.
Hi,
Let’s take an author for example. He creates a post and publish it on the website. The author chooses the categories and tags he wants the post to have. The post will appear in the category pages and tag pages accordingly. The author can’t create actual pages or choose where the post is displayed.
The website admin or editor (only ones with access to pages) will create pages and place blocks, grids etc. These pages can display whatever content possible with the tagDiv composer and the articles they choose.
All the capabilities of wordpress user roles are mentioned in the WordPress codex mentioned above.
The menu can be accessed by admin only, he can modify/add/remove the menus. Only the admin can access the theme panel as well.
The Lifestyle item in the demo menu is a mega-menu, that works only with categories, it will not display pages
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
Pages can be displayed in drop-down menus, or added directly in the main menu.
The theme capabilities in the matter of taxonomies are limited, most options and elements will work only with categories and tags
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-post-type-support/
The custom post types and taxonomies will not have the same settings and options as default posts and categories.
