Hi,
That is the ajax filter, the word “All” can be modified for each block
– https://www.screencast.com/t/VZD93Poi8
The general setting in the theme translations does not affect the ajax filter. Maybe we will modify that so it applies as a general setting, in the future.
Thanks
Hi,
I could take a look, I made a few tests with a random Facebook video, for me it works on mobile and AMP pages
– https://www.screencast.com/t/hTkufPqajUM
– https://www.screencast.com/t/z7Q0TjtOQbuA
I will test more once I see the problem on your website.
Thanks
Hi,
Maybe the theme did not install properly. Check if the theme exists in the WordPress themes folder on the server
– https://www.screencast.com/t/1rwgwYpc7mI
As long as you follow the guides there should be no problem
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
The theme can be installed just like other themes, nothing special about it’s installation process. Be sure to check the theme requirements guide as well
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
@printerio Try to force refresh the page a few times (Ctrl+Shift+R). Browser cache can be quite persistent in some cases. Let me know.
Hi,
As long as there is no problem at the moment, it probably was something temporary. If Yoast outputs the necessary meta in the page source, the socials should be able to scan it.
Could have been the simple fact that the theme was updated.
Thanks
Hi,
There should have been a message after you update the theme, mentioning which plugins have been deactivated and have to be updated
– https://www.screencast.com/t/oz47yCgnu2tn
Only the tagDiv composer ans social counter update automatically, the others should have an update button in the theme plugins panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/YB2FyeH8
Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Hi,
This topic would be of use to you
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-display-products/
Using woocommerce provided shortcodes you can display your products in the number of columns you want. Also it is mentioned how to modify the bottom loop number of products.
Hi,
Those are general recommendations for the server and WordPress environment. These would be requirements for most themes. It is also specified in the guide that the hosting may have a recommended method for configuring these parameters
– https://www.screencast.com/t/jGQupzzz
Contacting the host or website administrator for assistance would be a proper way to do it, in most cases they do it on request for you. So you could try that if needed.
We could also take a look at the issues you are having. We will need admin access and cPanel sent at contact@tagdiv.com to have a closer look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
There were some issues with the text and raw HTML elements in the new update, but they should be fixed in 9.0.1. Other than those there would be no other problems.
Hi,
The login is displayed in the top bar only. Currently there is no shortcode that would allow the login to be placed in various locations.
You could create the link like this however if required
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/login-modal/
Code here – https://pastebin.com/1yx1gD6u
Thanks
Hi,
So you want to use the tagDiv composer or WPBakery? Both work properly with the theme. We still provide the WPBakery plugin and update it regularly.
First be sure to check the updated theme requirements guide, top to bottom
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If there is no need for modifications in that matter, in some cases the solutions from these topics worked for tagDiv composer problems, you could give them a try if possible
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gray-page-tagdiv/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/
Let us know if there is still a problem.
Thanks
Hi,
Tried that as well, in the theme panel
Module 16 – https://www.screencast.com/t/zDnz7yoGXj0m
For module MX2 be sure to check carefully when it is used
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-blocks-modules/
For example in block 19 – https://www.screencast.com/t/R4RgvKKfTG
The module fonts can be modified in the composer as well
– https://www.screencast.com/t/vmssnHN8jf
Thanks
Hi,
I don’t understand what you mean unfortunately. What modifications are you talking about exactly?
The patch files are provided with each update. Those are the modified files from the previous theme version to the latest one. They have to be uploaded by FTP in the theme install folder and replace the old files.
Thanks
Hi,
The tagDiv composer and social counter should update automatically. If they do not, there should be a message mentioning that they failed to update and have been deactivated. Then an update button should appear in the theme plugins panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/d36pnc3j
Be sure to check after updating the theme if the plugins were automatically updated. If not, update theme as mentioned.
Thanks
Hi,
@espedfk2 Those are two different things, a browser related shaking when editing a page with the composer, and a message which is just a simple message (not an error).
We tested a few days ago the composer with the latest Safari browser, there was no flickering. What exactly is the problem you are having, as a result of what action? We will test more.
Did you update to version 9 and then the issue happened? Try to re-download the theme package now, and reinstall the theme. There were some problems with the 9 update. Try to return to a previous page version from the page revisions after you update again
– https://www.screencast.com/t/nm69MFJvn8
Let us know the results.
Hi,
What exactly is this code here – https://www.screencast.com/t/dmgmcxHNYKch
That code seems to be causing the background ad click issue. Removing it seems to make the link work.
Do you use any custom CSS like that? try and remove it and check what happens.
Thanks
That is the update, 9.0.1 it should fix the text and raw HTML issues.
@Jair Prandi That may be caused by insufficient memory. For some users with 500 errors or login problems setting a limit of 256M worked and the issues were solved. Check in the theme system status and check what value is displayed for the WP memory.
@attefall What do you mean screwed up? Some screenshots or a link to the website would have been very helpful.
Has the composer update automatically? Check if it is active. It will be deactivated if for some reason the automatic update does not work. In that case there should be an update button here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/4QQp3yYwVuQ
Update all the theme plugins that you use, they are provided in the theme package. If you use caching or CDN, clear both after you update. Let us know if there is still a problem.
Hi,
That doesn’t seem to work, maybe try something like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/YUpB6j5cRNki
That could work, give it a try.
Thanks
Indeed, it seems that on IOS the product image is not visible. The images are loading fine using Android however. Please try to disable the theme lazy-load and check again
– https://www.screencast.com/t/fo7Ejtra
I will make some more tests on my end as well.
Hi,
So did you update the theme plugins eventually or not?
Please also review the theme requirements guide, top to bottom carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Insufficient WP-memory can cause problems with the composer for example.
In some cases these solutions worked for composer issues
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gray-page-tagdiv/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/
Let us know what you find.
Thanks
Of course we will try to help you, contact us as mentioned above. We will take a look.
Hi,
The theme has been re-uploaded, please download and install it again. The issues with the text and raw HTML elements should be fixed.
@bnbmedia That is a common issue of WordPress, the valid header problem. If that happens for you, delete the theme plugins from the plugins section, then upload them by FTP. Some guides I found if needed
– https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/step-by-step-guide-to-install-a-wordpress-plugin-for-beginners/
– https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-manually-update-wordpress-plugins-via-ftp/
The patch is another form of update, no need to use the patch files if this is not required for your case. Update by FTP or WordPress.
Hi,
Sorry to hear that, there would always be some exceptions no matter how much we try. We will keep improving the plugin however.
That would be the case in general if you think about it. Take another plugin for example, the same plugin will probably not work for all the users who install it. That can be caused by many factors.
The tagDiv composer is built by us from scratch. The question would be why not? Why not provide a page builder of our own, add functionality for it which would not be possible with WPBakery as a base.
What would happen if for some reason WPBakery page builder is not updated anymore or maybe discontinued? Now there is an alternative.
Users are free to choose which page builder they will use, we recommend the tagDiv composer.
Thanks

Hi,
Please try and re-download the theme package now, install it again. There was a problem with the text and HTML elements but it problem should be fixed now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
After you re-install the theme check to see if it works. Let us know.
