Hi,
It looks like there is no background set from what I can see. If you have one set, then there is a problem.
We could take a look if you can provide admin access at contact@tagdiv.com maybe we can identify what is the problem.
We may need to deactivate all your other plugins, or you could do that an mention it in the email.
Please also include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
That seems to be the case indeed. Try it like this instead
– https://pastebin.com/A88A1Eb3
Removing/commenting that code will indeed color the menu items as default
– https://www.screencast.com/t/jCOYUDB5JRWB
But you can then do this – https://www.screencast.com/t/LZVK6QooJZo
Either would work, leave your code as it is, or remove it and modify the code I provided above like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Encbfe1lGWvZ
Now from what I can see the problem is solved
– http://prntscr.com/k9rjl3
Also the strange code that affected the website body is gone, so there would be no need for you to use the code I provided above. What you did seems to have solved this unusual issue.
Seems to work now – https://www.screencast.com/t/AM9X0PDyRTl
It was probably caching or maybe browser cache that prevented the code from applying.
That is the modal used for mobile, when you open the menu or search. This kind of swipe effect is usually the result of the Cloudflare rocket loader, or maybe the speed booster plugin.
That modal can’t be disabled by a theme setting, it is the background of the mobile menu and search. The only settings that has would be the color settings I mentioned above.
If you don’t use any of the above, then something else is causing the issue.
Sorry wrong screenshot, I initially thought of a different method. It would be best to enter both codes in the default custom CSS field
– https://www.screencast.com/t/GL3OVgunvF
This way the codes will apply better, for example the first code will remove the table for all smaller devices (phones) while entered like this.
From what I can see the table displays better starting from tablet widths so you could keep it

Maybe you have some other idea however, this may not be what you want.
Hi,
There were a few issues mentioned by other users when using saved row shortcodes. I believe they were fixed. Try to edit the page in the backend if the composer error prevents you from opening it
– https://www.screencast.com/t/X5CGJ7SvMX4
Maybe you can remove the row in question from there.
Before that try to place that saved shortcode in a new page, see if the same happens there. If it does not, then it might not be the saved row. Let us know.
Hi,
I believe with Analytics you can track and keep statistics for all external links, background ads would be included
– https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1136920?hl=en
– https://seo-hacker.com/track-outbound-links-google-analytics/
– http://www.joehessert.com/seo/google-analytics-external-link-tracking
There would be more tutorials and guides online, you could check them out.
Thanks
Hi,
To the right of the header logo would be the ad, if you use one. Meaning content entered in this field in the theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/CDqRO34wVCX
So maybe you removed the code you had there, or maybe disabled the ad
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Zcx9qNcIF56Y
Thanks
Hi,
You can edit the page with the tagDiv composer, add/modify/remove elements as needed
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial-2/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-block-settings-tutorial/
Widgets can be modified in Appearance->Widgets. Maybe you are referring to the editor picks in the footer? There are footer templates with predefined content, also there are empty templates
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-footer-templates-2/
If you need help with something specific, mention what exactly that is and where it is located. A link to your website would also help if possible.
Thanks
Hi,
1. You can remove/replace the default ads, that will not be a problem. Please check the theme ad spots and make the modifications as needed
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Q21fWNthaZtC
You can enter your own ad codes there
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-header-ads/
Also the Ad box elements will allow you to place ads in pages in the positions you want. You can place them in pages with the composer or as widgets.
2. The playlist will display only videos, it cannot display posts if that is what you mean. It will display YouTube or Vimeo videos, by entering their IDs
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-video-playlist/
So to chnage those videos, edit the page with the tagDiv composer and select the playlist. It’s settings will appear in the composer left sidebar.
Each block or grid in the page can be configured to display the content you want
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial-2/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-block-settings-tutorial/
The same for the widgets in sidebars, in Appearance->Widgets.
Let us know if you have more questions or you need help with something.
Thanks
Hi,
I tried your ID and it works for both social counter and also Instagram widget
– https://www.screencast.com/t/XkadkwzkH
We could take a look if there is a problem in your case. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin access. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
The Newsmag theme does not have cloud templates. Maybe you are referring to Newspaper? If you use cloud templates for posts, there are settings for most elements
Post title – https://www.screencast.com/t/umdLDpq6k2K
Post content – https://www.screencast.com/t/rpJYifWxms
Thanks
Hi,
With a theme setting that is not possible, but there could be more font resizing plugins you could install and make tests with. We have not tried such plugins, keep searching, maybe you will find one that works as needed. Try some of these maybe

Hi,
The PESQUISA DE MERCADO seems to display now
– https://www.screencast.com/t/yIEhmL72
It is the last popular with 7 posts in it. The widget seems to work, if you want more categories there increase the limit in the widget settings.
Hi,
In some cases the solutions from these topics worked for composer problems, you could give them a try if possible
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gray-page-tagdiv/
Let us know if there still is a problem, or these solutions fixed it.
Thanks
Hi,
What exactly is this menu 7? Maybe you are referring to the header style 7
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/
You could use this for guidance
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/logo-favicon/
Be sure to use the full size when setting the logo
– https://www.screencast.com/t/wnyzC6u0u
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ZMTmgFfh
If I misunderstand please correct me and also provide some more details.
Thanks
Hi,
Something is setting that property to the body of your website, I can’t tell exactly what where it is coming from. It also sets a height value for the body.
These are not coming from the theme. The theme does not align the whole body, each element has design of it’s own.
If you are not using any CSS code in the theme panel or use a child theme, then maybe it is a plugin. That would be easy to tell, deactivate theme all (except theme plugins) and check if the issue is fixed. Maybe clear the cache as well, also purge CDN files.
Or maybe use another code to deny this one, but that may lead to other issues. You could give it a try
body {
text-align: initial;
}
Thanks
Glad it works. Either leave that code as well, or remove it and create the new code like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/LZVK6QooJZo
Each method would work.
Do you use Cloudflare and rocket loader by any chance? Using Cloudflare will not be a problem, but the rocket loader may cause problems. We recommend that is is kept disabled
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Try disabling it and check if the same happens.
Hi,
That seems to happen if WPBakery page builder is active, try to deactivate it and check again.
If you plan to use the tagDiv composer it would be best to deactivate WPBakery, or the other way around.
I forgot about that, sorry. Best to use position fixed in the code, instead of absolute
– https://www.screencast.com/t/6fsBHEJTY
So only modify the position in the code, from absolute to fixed. That would work.
Now it should work, add this as well
@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-header-sp-top-menu, .td-header-top-menu-full {
width: 100%;
text-align:center;
}}
Note that there is also a login in the mobile menu, so now you will have one in the top menu and one in the menu modal.
That would be the only solution I can think of, someway to minimize the page in the browser. There is a design issue that causes this problem with the cloud template screen. What browser are you using? most allow you to zoom, for example
– https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/96810?hl=en
We will fix this issue, sorry for the inconvenience.
