You are using Visual composer on posts, that is why the post content is displaying like that. The composer is removing that default padding set for default post content created normally. I could give you a code to fix this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/vE5H2gXVR
Enter the code in Theme panel->Mobile theme->Custom CSS section
.td-post-content .vc_row {
margin-left: 0;
margin-right: 0;
}
Thanks
Hi,
They seem to be displaying just fine from what I can see

There are no issues on the homepage, post pages etc at the moment.
Thanks
Hi,
I cannot see the screenshot you provided – https://www.screencast.com/t/MlffIbLqJNug
If you are referring to the menu structure, that can be changed in any way you like, by editing the menu
– https://www.screencast.com/t/CMRwx1ow
The drop-down will appear only if necessary, if there are too many categories and not enough space to display them all
– https://www.screencast.com/t/LJXUwcS0H
Note that the ajax filter is affected by the block header style used, these are all the block header styles
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-header-1/
Switch through them and see how the ajax filter is displayed on the blocks below.
Thanks
Hi,
That issue happens when both composers are active (tagDiv composer and Visual composer). If you built the website with Visual composer and also used it on posts, please deactivate the tagDiv composer plugin. Then everything should display like before.
The tagDiv composer is automatically activated when the theme is installed or updated.
Thanks
Hi,
I have inspected the website on mobile, everything seems to be correct, there is a top sharing and a bottom sharing
– https://www.screencast.com/t/xFOnFlMOmMO
– https://www.screencast.com/t/5qKRxA0n2yK1
Please correct me if I misunderstand something.
Thanks
It seems to be loading now – https://www.screencast.com/t/lw5josP6dxdB
There are no more issues from what I can see.
Hi,
Please check the theme system status, check if there are sufficient resources
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
That issue could be caused by insufficient memory, ask your hosting provider to increase the parameters if necessary. Then check if the issue is solved.
Thanks
Hi,
Updating the theme will not remove anything. The theme panel settings, posts, pages, custom code in theme panel, will not be lost. Only if modifications are made directly to the theme files, these modifications will be lost since the theme files will be replaced.
Also it is always recommended and general advice, to make a backup before updating.
Thanks
Paginile de AMP nu vor afisa Facebook comments, folosing plugin-ul tagDiv. Vor trebui facute modificari pentru a le afisa sau a implementa un meniu. Mai multe informatii aici
– https://www.ampproject.org/docs/reference/components/amp-facebook-comments
– https://www.ampproject.org/docs/reference/components/amp-sidebar
The category page can only be customized through the theme panel, there are plans to chnage this functionality in the future.
You could try this plugin which seems to support javascript code
– https://wordpress.org/plugins/enhanced-text-widget/
We did not test such plugins but you can try them and check the results.
Hi,
I don’t quite understand what you are referring to. If you could provide some more details it will be helpful.
Maybe you removed it previously with custom code or modification in the child theme. Check the mobile theme custom code section, check the mobile theme files
– https://www.screencast.com/t/R7N3rwfGL
The tag cloud widget is available, it is provided by default WordPress
– https://www.screencast.com/t/rmHdkVAr
Those images are default placeholders for multi-purpose elements, they will not cause any problems. Example
– https://www.screencast.com/t/M3QNkwXFFUk
They will be added as long as the multi-purpose plugin is installed and active.
Thanks
Indeed the problem is caused by the description containing quote characters. Please try to make this modification in the mentioned file

Clear all caching and check if the issue is solved. Let us know.
Hi,
That would be the breadcrumb container, I could give you a code to remove it since you are not displaying breadcrumbs, It would look like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/nmQzTANM
– https://www.screencast.com/t/81KDL32eu8pD
This is the code for that, enter it in Theme panel->Custom CSS
.td-crumb-container {
display: none;
}
Thanks
Hi,
The AMP plugin can be installed from the theme provided plugins panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/SPclSst5
All the plugins are provided in the full theme package, plugins folder
– https://www.screencast.com/t/bpDxgI3i19
Thanks
Hi,
That is unusual, those fields should be available for default posts (not for custom post types). Please check in the screen options if the post settings and featured video fields are enabled in the screen options
– https://www.screencast.com/t/CDb3UHDJA9
If there is still a problem, try to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins. Check if this has any effect.
Thanks
Hi,
The theme can be installed normally, there is only one theme version that can be installed regardless of the end purpose. Then you can use any element you want. So you can build pages using only text elements if that is required
– https://www.screencast.com/t/cgGQOflBeug
The multi-purpose plugin also provides many row layouts
– https://www.screencast.com/t/vHAohxYir7Gm
Of course the website should be noticeably faster when using only text elements, the page size will be small.
Thank you!
Hi,
There were some urgent fixes made to the composer and the theme, the composer is now version 2.1. If you are currently experiencing issues you can download the latest theme package and install it. There should not be anymore issues. Let us know.
Thanks
@mayuxi No need for anything else, the composer and multi-purpose plugin should update automatically but sometimes it fails. Update them both manually if they are not up to date. Note the theme is now 8.7.1, tagDiv composer 2.1.
Hi,
Please make a full backup of the website first, then send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login details, as well as FTP access. We will take a look. Also include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
Check if the tagDiv composer has updated automatically (it should be version 2.1 – theme version 8.7.1). In some cases it fails to do so, update the tagDiv composer and multi-purpose plugins manually if that is the case.
The theme version is now 8.7.1, there were some fixes made. Re-download the theme package and install it. Let us know if you still have problems.
Thank you!
Hi,
Blocks look differently depending on the row layout they are placed in. The blocks are also predefined and will always look the same. Here you can see how block 13 looks
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-13/
So when placed on a full row a single module will be displayed. You can choose other blocks which display 3 modules on a full row. Or if you want to use block 13, split the row in 3 columns and place 3 blocks
– https://www.screencast.com/t/1tyhgL3jFqO
Thanks
You can also use the browser inspector, right click and choose inspect. A few examples
– https://www.screencast.com/t/HbIZKtXOl
– https://www.screencast.com/t/GdL404SKGED
More about the browser inspector tool here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
It seems to be related to the Pinterest sharing and the article title, the inch character
"
Is causing the link to be broken by interrupting the link, thus causing AMP to detect incorrect link parameters
– https://www.screencast.com/t/HMKnmwOuH8
– https://www.screencast.com/t/fjzgoZprKd
I cannot recreate this on my end, I am not sure how are you adding the description.
