The multi-purpose plugin is optional. When installed it will add more elements in the tagDiv composer
– https://www.screencast.com/t/SJOeeAsRi
More row layouts – https://www.screencast.com/t/xTJdBgMS0QDR
More settings in the theme panel – https://www.screencast.com/t/6Njvwj1Wh
If you do not use any of these elements, you can deactivate it.
I have inspected the website again, for me it is loading properly

Do not make any modifications to the them files, maybe that is what is causing the issues. If you want to add Adsense code to the header, you could add it in the theme panel analytics section. That will add it between the head tags.
The error message that you are getting is happening for other users as well

Hi,
Somewhat hard to understand your post. All the demo content is found in the theme folder
– https://www.screencast.com/t/gzNbveuwv
If you are referring to the homepage content for a demo, check in the one you want
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Ss6rEEgne
Thanks
That will not be possible. Each premium theme has a different functionality, elements from one theme will not work on other themes. The tagDiv gallery is created and meant to be used only with our theme.
Maybe the other theme has a gallery element of it’s own, or you could use gallery plugins.
Hi,
We tested only default Adsense ads, with defined placement. You could make tests and see if they work properly.
The required code can be entered in the analytics code section, it will be added between the head tags automatically.
Thanks
Hi,
I have tried sharing a post from your website on whatsapp, from a mobile phone
– https://www.screencast.com/t/gUJaT4nVE7
– https://www.screencast.com/t/tWNNPxNpAp0
There is a thumbnail displayed from what I can see.
From what I can see the mobile theme version is displayed for me as well. That could only happen if the mobile plugin is installed. Or if the website is served from cache. Try again, check if the plugin is deactivated, clear all caches and CDN if used.
Hi,
That plugin could cause issues with the theme, we have not made any tests with it so I could not say why the issue is happening or what would be the solution. Maybe test with different settings in the plugin configuration.
Thanks
Hi,
@djeep The sub-menus seem to display at the moment
– https://www.screencast.com/t/FSaV7PnYqD
I see no problem with the sub-menus.
Thanks
Hi,
Those are all multi-purpose elements, check if the multi-purpose plugin is installed and activated

Thanks
Hi,
We try our best to reply to all topics in the allocated support hours. We answer from oldest to newest, if you reply in your own topic the response will be delayed. So an answer would have been provided already.
Regarding the issue, first please check the theme system requirements and status panel
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Next while the theme is active, deactivate all other plugins as a quick test. Check if this has any effect.
If there is still a problem, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login details and FTP access. We will take a look. Also include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you!
Hi,
Do not change the theme name or create a child theme with a different name. That will cause issues. Use the default child theme as provided in the theme package and there will be no problem
– https://www.screencast.com/t/h1gXLiyV2
These are the files that can be customized through the child theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
So if you want to modify some of them, create the child theme and use it according to the tutorial.
Thanks
Check if there are sufficient resources, in the theme system status
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to increase the parameters mentioned in the guide, if necessary.
Hi,
Each page in unique, so you can build each one differently in any way possible. If you set a theme background image in the theme panel
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/background-introduction/
Then that background will be displayed on all the website. Individual backgrounds for each pages cannot be set.
Note that most of the elements in the tagDiv composer can have backgrounds (rows, columns, blocks etc)
Some demo pages here

Hi,
I believe you are referring to the category tag displayed on modules
– https://www.screencast.com/t/9DrhUsv1lDY
That can be controlled if needed, with the primary category setting
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/primary-category/
All the posts have a primary category, this affect the category tag among other elements. If one is not set manually, the first one alphabetically will be primary.
Thanks
Hi,
Re-download the them package and update the theme again, use FTP if possible
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Check after the update if the composer plugin has been updated automatically, if not update it manually. The composer plugin is now version 2.1
– https://www.screencast.com/t/RbFrN80lh3SX
Thanks
@dcarrero There is no more problem from what I can see at the moment
– https://www.screencast.com/t/VurhWq6vcr
Remember to clear your browser cache as well.
@jakobe75 There is no issue in the theme regarding the social sharing icons. All the problems encountered by users so far have been caused by some form of caching. We did not make any fixes, there is no need for that. So far all the problems have been solved. If you could provide a link to your website we will try to identify why this is happening for you.
Thanks
That is a method of updating the theme. Each update packages contains a patch folder
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/
You can update the theme by replacing the current files with the ones from the patch folder. That would be helpful if you made direct modifications to the theme files.
Thanks
Hi,
If you activated the mobile theme plugin, a latest articles section will always be displayed on the homepage. It cannot be disabled, all the templates the mobile theme uses are predefined. More about then mobile theme here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Note that the mobile plugin is optional, you can choose not use it. Then the same content from desktop will be displayed on all devices.
Thanks
Hi,
I don’t quite understand what add to homescreen you are referring to. If you could provide some more details it would be helpful.
Thanks
Hi,
@notageek4u From what I can see at first glance, you could try and optimize the website more. For example the homepage has 10mb in size, that would be high. Regenerate the thumbnails because it seems some of the thumbnails are not created properly and the full image size is served
– https://www.screencast.com/t/DcTg0vMwK
There are many speed guides and tutorials here on the forum that you can follow. Some of them here, but there are many

Glad they worked. Enter that code for the centering in Advanced CSS in the desktop section, so it does not affect phones. That would be a solution.
Hi,
The code could be made for precise. You could try it like this in Theme panel->Custom code->Advanced CSS for phones
.td-footer-instagram-container {
display: none;
}
This code will remove only the footer Instagram.
Thanks
Hi,
If you could provide some more details about what exactly you want to do, it would be be helpful. Maybe there is a different way to do it. Page builder elements cannot be inserted in the header unless modifications in the header template files.
Thanks
Hi,
Glad it worked. The post template files can be customized through a child theme, this way you can modify them safely. This is a child theme tutorial
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
Thanks
