A fan page such as the one mentioned above must be used, in order for the counter to display information. Other Facebook page types may not work.
Indeed there seems to be an issue, when there are custom font properties set in the theme panel, these will override the ones made in the composer style tab. It is happening only for grids from what I can see. I will add this on our list and we will fix the problem as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I understand now what you mean. In some cases the sliding issue was caused by the rocket loader feature of Cloudflare. This is recommended to be disabled, because it may affect the theme functionality
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
You could try disabling this in the Cloudflare settings and clear all caching after doing this. The issue should not be happening anymore.
It seems the full big grid is not displaying property because there are only 2 posts displayed in it. Seems a class that controls the height is not applying when there are only 2 posts in the grid. Try to see if the problem is solved when you add 1 more post to the category.
As I mentioned above you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and we will provide theme version 8.6.
Hi,
If you re-installed the theme then that word is not origination from the actual theme files. Either code in theme panel, child theme or maybe a plugin. Check if that is the case.
If you cannot identify it’s source we could take a look. Send us admin login at contact@tagdiv.com and also include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
Updating the theme is not a hard task, we have a guide with different update methods
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
There have been many changes since the version you are using currently. In version 8 the tagDiv composer was introduced as the main page builder
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
This new editor can have an impact on pages created with Visual composer. It is activated by default when the theme is updated or installed. Simply deactivate it in the plugins section if there are problems and the website should display properly.
Visual composer is still provided in the theme package
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
Also custom code or theme modifications you might be using with the current version, might not work properly with the latest update.
As an important note, please make a backup of the website as it is always recommended. So please try to update and let us know if there are problems. I could mention there are currently some issues in the theme latest update that happen for some users, we are working to fix them quickly and will release a new update as soon as possible.
Thank you!
Based on user feedback there are no issues between the theme and the Adrotate plugin. It is recommended by theme users when you want to have more control over the ads, which the plugin offers.
Maybe some of the plugin users can share their experiences with it, or maybe they even tried that solution.
Hi,
Now that is unusual, so the blocks and other elements filtering and sorting are resetting. And that is happening only on the homepage. I would suggest to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and clear all the caching installed.
If you made modifications to the theme files remove them temporarily. If you use a child theme and made modification to theme files, deactivate it temporarily.
If there is still a problem, provide more details about what exactly are you doing and what is happening. Provide a link to your website as well.
Thanks
Hi,
Indeed it seems some of the thumbnails are not created properly. Please regenerate the thumbnails, this is a guide

Thanks
Hi,
Try removing and installing the mobile theme plugin again, while deactivating all your other plugins except the ones bundled with the theme (very important) to rule out any interference.
The mobile theme is sensible to caching plugins, we have only tested with WP Super cache, with that plugin there is no problem.
Thanks
We have tested on multiple phones as well both Android and IOS, there is no problem with the sharing section in the posts on your website. Try clearing the caches on the devices you are testing with.
Hi,
Check the multi-purpose plugin version, it should be version 2.0
– https://www.screencast.com/t/QOw0xjl3d
If it is an older version, deactivate and remove it. Then install it from the theme plugins panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/gDuUiYTVu
Let us know if there is still a problem.
Well the solution is somewhat old, the problem would be that the ad box shortcode has changed. Try it like this
[td_block_ad_box spot_id="custom_ad_2"]
Hi,
We are trying to identify the issues in the latest theme version and also optimize it more. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. If you are having problems please revert to 8.6 for the moment. If you do not have that theme version, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com
Thank you!
If you keep posting in your own topic, this will only delay the response. We answer from oldest to newest in the allocated support hours.
There are some issues which we are trying to solve, in the latest theme version. Some were fixed in the current theme version (8.7.1). In some cases there were 500 errors caused by a setting in cpanel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/bTBuIp7590RX
We are working to see why that setting is causing the 500 errors.
If you already tried the latest theme version and it is not working properly for you, install a previous version until the issues are identified and solved. There are no problems with older versions. So use 8.5 if you have it. Let us know.
Thanks
Hi,
From what I can see there are ads on the website at the moment
– https://www.screencast.com/t/OkfsAjgDYnL4
– https://www.screencast.com/t/GKThBRPU
So I believe there is no problem. Updating the theme will not cause the ad codes to disappear from the theme panel. I will remove the login details, do not post them here on the forum for everyone to see. When sensitive information is required you can contact us by email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide them there.
Thanks
It seems there is a code which also hides the related articles on mobile, without using the mobile theme
– https://www.screencast.com/t/2Yyn6MjhlbC
I couldn’t say exactly where that code is coming from, check again the custom CSS code sections, and advanced CSS section in the phones field.
The theme ad spots in the theme panel will run shortcodes. An example where I use the revolution slider shortcode in the header ad spot
– https://www.screencast.com/t/syFatm90
You could use the revolution slider for example
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-install-revolution-slider-v5/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos/
Or try a different plugin that can slide and also provides a shortcode, make tests with that.
Thanks
@Zilhan Please provide some more details about the problems you are facing, we will try to help you. Visual composer can be used with the theme if you want to. We will take a look at the issues, send us an email at the address mentioned above and provide admin login. Also include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
In some cases the issue is caused by a setting in the server, this setting in cpanel mainly
– https://www.screencast.com/t/bTBuIp7590RX
– https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/cpanel/lets-encrypt/#How_to_issue_and_install_a_new_Lets_Encrypt_certificate_yourself
Check if that setting is enabled and disable it. We will continue the investigation and try to identify why that setting is causing issues with the theme.
Or you could revert to theme version 8.6 until these issues are fixed. If you do not have that version of the theme, contact us by email and we will provide it.
@dralim Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information and FTP access. We will take a look and continue the discussion by email. You have created multiple topics and replied in other topics so it is hard to keep track of them all. We will continue the investigation by email.

Hi,
@Zilhan You can create a page with no sidebar, create pages in any way you want. Having a sidebar is not mandatory, or requirement for pages or posts.
So simply create a new page and depending on what composer you are using on the website, add elements in it. Save the page and view it. If there is a problem, please provide some more details about it.
Please follow this topic – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/svg-logo-not-visible/
Deactivate and delete the old composer plugin
– https://www.screencast.com/t/aJk3Bqqa
Then install it from the theme plugins section
