You could try to enter the javascript code in a text element, check if it works like that. A dedicated widget for javascript code does not exist by default in WordPress, unless maybe through a plugin that might be able to add it.

On the post page only one sidebar can be used. On pages you can use as many sidebars as you want. At this moment I don’t believe there are any current plans to make any changes to the sidebar functionality on posts, there might be at a future time.

I have inspected the website, everything is looking good, I see no problem with it. I checked category pages, post pages etc.

That is not caused by theme, it is caused by caching. Theme does not have caching. Please clear all caches installed (cache plugins, caches provided by hosting, CDN if used) and check the results.

The articles are saved in the server database, they will not be removed when the theme is updated/reinstalled/switched/deleted.

So reinstall the theme, do not make any code modifications to the theme files. There should not be any problem. Check the guide and install by FTP if possible.

Those are the first steps in investigating the cause. If we would always know the cause for each error that exists, we would happily provide the exact solution.

Note that the theme does not provide any errors by itself in any of our tests. Usually this is caused by plugins, theme modifications directly or through child themes, custom code etc. It is very important to check these before anything else.

The theme will try to update the plugin automatically, but seems sometimes it fails. Try to use FTP to install the composer. Remove the previous plugin folder from the uploads folder (if present) and paste the new one from the latest theme package (unzip it first). A guide for manually installing a plugin here

You would be better to use a sharing plugin to add different post sharing options in this case, that would be easier then code modifications. Modifications may not be so easy.

If the Facebook comments were removed then the pagination would display below the article, as it should. But it is displayed below, that could only be modified if the plugins have options where to appear. Check each plugin settings, if there are none in the matter, then they are both supposed to appear below the post as they are now. They cannot be controlled through the theme.

That might have been just a coincidence. Note that random today sorting will display posts published each day, if you did not publish any new posts the block will be empty. Please check in a test page to set a block to random today sort, it will display only posts published in the given day, if none were published there will be no posts.

The AMP plugin does not have a matched content dedicated option. You can make tests with such codes, we have only tested default Adsense ads on AMP.

Only the display of the login can be toggled on/off at the moment. I don;t believe there are any plans currently, to make modifications or add more options to the login functionality. Maybe in the future, I cannot say for sure.
