Hi,
Still it seems there are issues with the thumbnails, some are not created properly. This could happen if the server does not have the GD library installed, as mentioned in the guide important note
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
Please contact your hosting provider and check if that is the case. They should be able to install it, then you can regenerate again. Clear all caching after the process is complete.
Thanks
Hi,
There were three possible causes identified for this issue to happen. All described in this topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/errors-happened-during-tdciframedata-init-bindviewsmodelswrappers-14/
Let us know if there still is a problem.
Thanks
Hi,
These issue could be caused by browser extensions, the composer is tested with both these browsers but certain extensions can cause issues like that. Try disabling the extensions in the browser settings and test again.
Thanks
Hi,
That text in the ajax filter can be translated in the composer directly
– https://www.screencast.com/t/dOhqwaUi
Thanks
Hi,
@blichbaum If you plan to use Visual composer please make sure the tagDiv composer is deactivated. Settings in Visual composer and certain elements are affected by it.
Also make sure there is no background color or image set in the theme panel, this will make the website boxed
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/background-introduction/
Thanks
Hi,
The modules will display a default placeholder if there is no featured image for the post. These placeholder images are located here in the theme
– https://www.screencast.com/t/7EPGtC5naw5
If you want to replace them please use the same name, size and format for the images.
Thanks
Hi,
I see you are using the mobile theme plugin, this will present a different homepage then on desktop when active. The mobile theme plugin has a predefined template for the homepage, posts, category pages etc. More about it here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
This is meant to simplify and improve performance on mobile. Note that the plugin is optional. If you want the same content from desktop to show on mobile, simply deactivate it. The main theme is fully responsive and will adapt for all devices.
Thanks
Hi,
You could use a plugin to build pop-ups, the theme or theme builder does not have a specific option or element in this matter, at the moment. Try some of these for example
– https://www.sitepoint.com/wordpress-popup-plugins/
Thanks
Hi,
There are many styles available for the sharing, in the theme panel. Please choose the style that you want, style 2 is similar to the previous sharing style
– https://www.screencast.com/t/MyXSPrMpp5d
Thanks
Hi,
Please try the suggestions from your other topic, let us know if there still is a problem.
Thanks
Hi,
@bdundar The news ticker is a page builder element, the page builder is not available for posts. This could only be done by modifying the post template files and adding the shortcode for the ticker, similar to the solution presented above.
The post template files are located in the main theme folder
– https://www.screencast.com/t/sE9JU9U2NJUt
Edit the template file corresponding to the post template used for the post, and insert the ticker if that is absolutely required.
Thanks
Hi,
I believe that if the comments are imported properly in the database they should be displayed
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Bmtzqj3T
We have not made any tests in this matter, I couldn’t say what would be the issue. Maybe some other users can provide some of their experience, if they have done this before.
Thanks
Hi,
The theme ad spots will work with Adrotate shortcodes
– https://ajdg.solutions/manuals/adrotate-manuals/
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-manage-ads-in-wordpress-with-adrotate-plugin/
– https://ajdg.solutions/manuals/adrotate-manuals/show-adverts-on-your-site/
PHP code will have to be added directly in the post template files if you choose that implementation. The post template files are located in the main theme folder
– https://www.screencast.com/t/sE9JU9U2NJUt
You could edit these files depending on the post template used, and insert the PHP code directly in them, if needed.
Thanks
Hi,
@mvl I could give you a code that would not allow all block 20 to be clicked if that is what you want (however I don’t see a block 20 on the homepage – there is a block 13).
This code will have to target that block only so it will not affect all blocks of the same type.
If you could provide some more details about what exactly you want to do and where, I will try to give you a solution. This way there won’t be any misunderstanding.
Thanks
Hi,
@Elevas32 That code will remove the opacity transition set for the icons
– https://www.screencast.com/t/jTDBaPsxmQF
If you enter it in the theme stylesheet or custom code sections of the theme panel, it will remove that transition.
@daodmin Please clear all caching installed, including browser cache. Purge CDN files if used as well.
Thanks
Hi,
Maybe you have files which were modified in the last theme update, inside the child theme. Such as the td_module_single.php for example
– https://tagdiv.com/td_deploy/Newspaper/changed_files_8.5.1_8.6.html
This file was modified in the update. If it is present in the child theme, the socials may not work properly.
Thanks
Hi,
Choose the page template with title for the page, then the breadcrumbs will appear

Thanks
Hi,
I have inspected the website, the category page pagination seems to be working from what I can see
– https://www.screencast.com/t/V9IHOFConH4u
I have checked other category pages, there is no problem with the pagination on them either.
Thanks
Hi,
Thank you for the appreciation. I couldn’t say exactly if or when these socials will be implemented. We plan to further extend and improve the social features of the theme, in the future. So the socials you mention may be available at some point in the theme by default.
Thanks
Hi,
In most cases this is caused by insufficient resources. Please check the theme system status and ask your hosting provider to increase the values to the WordPress and server parameters mentioned in this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Then check if the composer works as it should. Let us know if there still is a problem.
Thanks
Hi,
The theme does not support RTL direction at the moment. The theme design and elements are not optimized in this matter, so most likely there will be layout issues. This will require modifications to the theme design, and it will mean a lot of work probably.
I could take a look if you could provide a link to your website, I will try to give you a solution if possible.
Thanks
Hi,
It seems there is a problem, the category list is not displayed for the widgets, when the WPML plugin is active. We will investigate the issue and we will provide a fix as soon as possible. The filter seems to work however, you could enter category IDs in the filter in the meantime.
Sorry for this inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
That button should only appear if there is no space available to display all the socials
– https://www.screencast.com/t/rwJRwysFL8
– https://www.screencast.com/t/nSng9NItQbL
It will be hidden if there is enough space. If there is a problem with it, please provide a link to the post so we can inspect it.
Thanks
Hi,
WordPress and the theme as well should always be kept up to date if possible. There are many benefits from doing this, everything is in constant improvement
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/why-you-should-always-use-the-latest-version-of-wordpress/
Please check the theme system status, maybe the allocated resources are insuffeicent
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to increase these values if needed, for a better performance. Try installing a caching plugin if you do not have one yet
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Try cleaning the database, make a back-up before as always
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-clean-up-your-wordpress-database-for-improved-performance/
If you should consider to update the theme here is a guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Also a child theme tutorial for theme customization
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
Note that code entered in Theme panel custom code sections will not be lost if the theme is updated. It is saved in the database. This fact and a child theme are considered safe ways of theme customization.
Thanks
Hi,
That would be a different issue, we are aware of it and we will fix it as soon as possible. In the next theme update most likely. In the meantime if you want to set a translated text for the sharing you could do it like this
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/update-8-6/
Sorry again for all these inconveniences.
Thanks
