You can keep using Visual composer, if that is your preference. Regarding the issue, something must have happened with the Visual compose editor. Please deactivate it and delete it, then install the plugin again from the theme package

Check the results after doing this. Additionally you can try as as test to deactivate all other non-theme plugins, see if this has any effect.

If you updated the theme, please do not forget to update the social counter too. Try to deactivate and delete the plugin, then install it again form the theme package.

Those custom ad spots can be used in sidebars and on pages as well. Place the ad code in the desired custom ad spot, then use it

You might want to address that question to the hosting provider, or maybe check their instructions. An additional caching plugin may not be necessary if they already provide caching server side.
Make tests with different caching configurations and see if everything works properly. Or simply configure the system following the hosting instructions. We have not tested the theme in similar environments, so we cannot specify the results.

That can happen due to the video native aspect ratio, for some videos. When the thumbnail is created it is affected by the aspect ratio of the video. The theme does not have a resize or upscale thumbnail feature, there are plugins for that you could try. Or you could remove the featured image created from the video and replace it with a different image, for those particular videos.

As far as I know the latest version of Visual composer is 5.3. The version currently provided in the theme package is 5.2.1. You should not update the plugin (if the option is available) until officially supported and included in the theme package

The theme will create thumbnails from the featured images you set for posts. If you have set a different featured image, then the thumbnails should be created from that one. If the old ones are still displayed, clear any caching installed and check again.

If you enter 5 ads in the loop ad section, they will all be displayed at the same time. The system is designed to use only one ad code as the loop ad, not multiple ads. So enter one ad in that section, an choose the desired number of posts.

You should be able to install any demo you want. Please provide more details about what exactly is happening.
Also check the theme system status and make modifications to the server and WordPress parameters mentioned in this guide, if necesarry

That would require modifications to the post templates used. The theme does not have options to move the top or bottom post sharing. Each post template has a corresponding loop-single file. These files are located in the main theme folder
