If there is still a problem, please deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and clear any installed cache. Then check in the theme panel while saving settings, if there are any errors in the browser console. Press F12 to bring up the inspector window and then open the console

Check if there are any errors in this console. The admin ajax process could be blocked by the server, because of the multiple requests that it makes. In this case you can contact the hosting provider and explain this situation or provide a screenshot with the error.
They should be able to fix it if this is happening.

Usually image problems are caused by plugins, you could try to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and clear any installed cache. Then check the results.

Please try to deactivate all you plugins except the plugins provided in the theme package, and if you have caching, clear the cache. If you use CDN, purge the files. Then check if this has any effect in the theme panel saving issue. If this is not a server problem, then maybe a plugin is causing it.
If you have added custom code to the theme or WordPress files, remove it temporary for testing.

If the plugin is causing these issues, then it could be the case that it is not fully compatible with the theme, or there is a setting within the plugin that is responsible.
There could be other issues not just the search, the plugin could be interfering with the theme functionality.
We have not tested this plugin, I could not say why this is happening unfortunately.
