Hi,
You could modify an existing module using a child theme or make your modifications directly to the main file. The thumbnail sizes are defined in the theme here – https://www.screencast.com/t/jpQvJEG5 you could modify the one you want there, and then be sure to regenerate your thumbnails using this tool for example
– https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
If you would like to add a new module or block, here is more information if you choose to do it

Hi,
The Open Sans Condenses supports these font styles – https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Open+Sans+Condensed
Please enable them accordingly in the theme panel

Hi,
Please provide a link to your website pointing to this problem, and we will inspect it and try to identify a possible cause for this to happen.
Thanks
Hi,
I believe that for optimal results you should use at least a Full HD resolution image. For example the demo uses this image size as background on that particular category template

Thanks
Hi,
The Akismet plugin is a spam prevention plugin that verifies comments and other imputed data and filters out the ones that look like spam. You can remove it if that is not needed for your website.
More information here – https://wordpress.org/plugins/akismet/
Thanks
Hi,
The standard Envato license specifies you can only use one copy of the theme on a single end product legally.
As long as you use the theme on one website only, there won’t be any issues.
Thanks
Hi,
You can post the link here, and I will take a look at this issue. If you have to provide sensitive information you could send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide all the necessary details about the problem.
Thanks
Hi,
Probably you will have to make additional implementation here – https://www.screencast.com/t/f6CIA7x8yf but I could not say what exactly has to be done, as we have not make any tests regarding this. The default blocks do not have the option to filter by taxonomy, only by custom post type. You could search the forum for more valuable information if you would like to try and achieve this, like this topic for example
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/filter-blocks-by-custom-taxonomies/
Thanks
Hi,
For the footer you can change the font color sing the theme options
– https://www.screencast.com/t/tidRwIka
As for the sidebar there is no specific setting to change the font color, you could use some css to do it
– https://www.screencast.com/t/AJOkuVfqci8s
If you could provide details about what and how exactly you would like to change the font on the two blocks in the sidebar, I will give you a solution.
Thanks
Hi,
Please make sure you are uploading just the theme file from the archive you have downloaded, not the whole package – https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/
You can find more information related to installing or updating the theme here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Thanks
Hi,
On that particular category template you have to set a background image or color, for the respective category
– https://www.screencast.com/t/pyKpP6uUb7w8
This is how it looks in the demo – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/category/template-style-6/
Thanks
Hi,
If you use that code it should change the text color when you hover the menu links. It will not stay the same color when you are not hovering it anymore of course. You could try a code like this one for example and se if it is working for you
.td-header-style-5 .sfHover .sf-with-ul {
color: black!important;
}
Thanks
Hi,
I do not see any problems related to the thumbnails at the moment. They are displaying properly in your homepage
– https://www.screencast.com/t/cZ8QVln1XZ
And on your post pages – https://www.screencast.com/t/952Z7gO5ux
The lazy load can be disabled in the theme panel – https://www.screencast.com/t/xPgueGZ0Yss
But it would be best to try and identify the cause of these image problems, this feature seems to be just the one that probably fails first in case of functionality interference. These kind of issues are almost always caused by problematic plugins.
Thanks
Hi,
Please provide a link to your website pointing to this issue, so I can inspect the problem and try to give you a solution.

Hi,
That depends on the Woocommerce capabilities for user avatars. From what I understand you want to give the capability to registered customers to have access to the WordPress profile settings. Maybe you can do that through a role capability plugin, or maybe adding custom fields to the Woocommerce customer profile, and add new options regarding the avatar options, but I can not say for sure what plugins you should use.
Thanks
Hi,
Please check your email again, you have been provided an answer related to your problem

The attempt to login was unsuccessful using the information you have given. Please check these login credentials to be correct.
Thank you for understanding!
Hi,
I do not think I fully understand what you are asking. If you disabled the featured image in the post page from the theme panel, I do not know what size are you trying to change.
Here you can see how the available post templates look
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/post-templates-2/
Each post template has a different style for the featured image except post template 5, which does not display this image in the post page. There is no option in the theme to allow any modification to the featured image size. Please correct me if I misunderstand.
Thanks
Hi,
The social counter plugin provided should work properly once you have cleared the browser cache. Maybe something else is interfering with this process. You could try disabling all your plugins except the social counter and Visual composer, clear the cache again and check to see if you are able to receive the token.
Please make sure you are using the account information as mentioned in this guide as well
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Also you could give it a try in a different browser, as a test.
To disable the post view counter you need to turn them off in theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/wpGMwQ1rX
Please let us know how it goes
Thanks
Hi,
Please make sure that the account you are using for the post sharing is not suspended as the message says
– https://www.screencast.com/t/DwOOYB8J
Try with a different working username to see if it works properly, or use this guide to see possible causes for this to happen and how you can unsuspend your account

Hi,
Unfortunately only the latest version is available for download, so you should try to update through the guide provided above. You can always make a backup if you are reluctant to update, in case something should go wrong.
Thanks
Hi,
1. Please provide a link to your website pointing to this row and details about what exactly you would like to change and how, so I may be able to give you a more accurate response.
2. For the menu I do not understand where you want to create it. For pages you can use any of the elements available in Visual composer to add to your page structure.
You could use the collapsible content panels element if I am guessing this corectly
– https://www.screencast.com/t/lrQKfc3y5Mw
With a menu list using a custom or existing menu inside the section
– https://www.screencast.com/t/vwaK4blbvr
Or you could use other Visual composer elements inside this Accordion
This is the result – https://www.screencast.com/t/urxkyPJeVrgU – https://www.screencast.com/t/c9SHINL6MFzk
The element also provides different styling options so you have the possibility to customize this idea further
Thanks
Hi,
If the changes are not saving it could be related to these parameters
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Please check the theme system status and see if any modifications to the files mentioned are necessary.
Thanks
Hi,
Please try and switch from your child theme to the main theme, the check to see if the issue is still there. If this does not fix it and you have no custom code that could affect the background, and deactivating the plugins also does not resolve it, you could try and make a new theme install
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/
Maybe something has gone wrong during the update process. The background ad is working properly on my end, using the latest version of the theme.
Thanks
