Hi,
I do not see any problems with the title on your category page at the moment
– https://www.screencast.com/t/c0cHTYntcZdJ
Please let me know if you need further help or you have managed to solve your issue.
Thanks
Hi,
Maybe this is already on the list for a future update. Please try to understand that each update is meant to add more features and options, and all suggestions and recommendations are taken into account. However I should mention that the list is forever increasing, and the developers decide what gets implemented as soon as possible and what gets postponed. Maybe this will be an option in a future update, we will just have to wait and see.
Thank you for understanding!
Hi,
I could not make any recommendations for a gallery plugin, or say for sure which will work properly. You will just have to search for the plugins you like and try them, to see what is best for your website. Also you can search here on the forum for different solutions in this matter provided by our users, maybe you will find more useful information about such a plugin.
Thanks
Hi,
You could remove it from the code – https://www.screencast.com/t/e8lTwRKWocb or with a code like you wanted. To force it to apply try using it like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/rqhZF6gExdTq
.td-post-sharing-bottom .td-social-whatsapp {
display: none!important;
}
Thanks
Hi,
From what I can see after inspecting your website, you do not have Visual composer installed. Please install this editor plugin, from the package provided with the theme, then you can edit the homepage and add/remove or modify all the elements present in the page structure. More information about creating and setting a homepage here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/
Thanks
Hi,
This is a strange issue indeed. The text seems to be related to some kind of advertising
– https://www.screencast.com/t/MZN2I8253Ax Maybe you have installed a plugin or entered some custom code in Theme panel or added to the theme files that is causing this. Please disable all your plugins except Visual composer, check or remove any custom code that you may have added to the theme, clear the installed cache and then see if the problem is still present. Please let us know how it goes.
Thanks
Hi,
The problem with the social counter seems to be fixed at this moment – https://www.screencast.com/t/EJzKvT9ths0a
Maybe it was just a delay between the data synchronization, or a caching issue.
Thanks
Hi,
Please provide a link to your website and more details about the space that you want to remove, so I may give you a more accurate solution.
If you would like to display the same desktop content on mobile, you just have to disable the mobile theme plugin. The theme is fully responsive and adapts to all screen sizes. More about the mobile theme here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks
Hi,
I have created a playlist with one of your videos and everything seems to be working properly
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Sik4iuolK
In your case something is affecting the interpretation of the video title
– https://www.screencast.com/t/LQi65RbbrpgF maybe you have a plugin that is causing this problem. I suggest you disable all your plugins (very important) except Visual composer, remove any modifications made to the theme if they exist, clear any caching installed then check to see if the problem is solved. This is an unusual issue, and I have not seen it before. Most likely it is caused by a plugin, so please try these advices and let us know how it goes.
Thanks
Hi,
I do not know where that text originates from, maybe a plugin could be causing this or you are using a different version of Visual composer then the one provided with the theme. The text seems to be inside your post content – https://www.screencast.com/t/Ot3SoleZLIq where also a link to a website is present, and it is present in all your posts. I suggest you try to disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching installed and check to see if the problem remains. Also please check this guide for more information about configuring Facebook share – https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/ using the Yoast Seo plugin – https://yoast.com/social-media-optimization-with-yoast-seo/
Thanks
Hi,
Please note this delay that you are observing depends mostly on how well the website is optimized and there are many factors could have a negative impact on page speed. You can improve your website loading speed using this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
It is also recommended to use this recommended cache for best results with the settings specified here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Another way would be to make changes directly in the theme’s files, then these will be loaded instantly with the rest of the stylesheet.
Thanks
Hi,
Please note then when you are using the mobile theme plugin, this comes with it’s own predefined templates for page, post, category, etc. This is how the mobile theme works because it was designed for the best performance on mobile, so there is no option to change these templates. If you would like to display the same elements from desktop on mobile devices, simply deactivate the mobile plugin. The theme is fully responsive and will adapt to every screen size with the best results. More information about the mobile theme here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks
Hi,
Please provide a link to your website pointing to this issue, so we can inspect it and try to give you a solution if possible. In the meantime you could try to disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching installed then check if it still displays the same.
Thanks
Hi,
You can not filter the category for each of the modules in particular. You can set the Big Grid to display posts from all the categories or from specific categories, and also sort the posts with the options available. Maybe you can find a different solution for your project using the other elements from Visual composer.
Thanks
Hi,
That is how the modules look on that particular demo – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_recipes/ and it was a design choice for this demo
If you would like to enable the meta for the modules you can use this code
– https://www.screencast.com/t/0OcBxOD1k
You must enter the code in Theme panel->Custom Css
.td-recipes .td_module_wrap .td-module-meta-info {
display: block;
}
Thanks
Hi,
When you update the theme the usual way, you will lose any modifications made directly to the theme files. You can use a child theme for modifications, and when an update is available check what was changed and which files are affected, so you can make the proper adjustments in the child theme code if needed. The files are served through the child theme if it is active, and the update will not replace nothing regarding the child theme. Also you can make backups to your website so you will have a solution if something does not have the desired result, or something goes wrong, or even export the theme settings – https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
Thanks
Hi,
I have made several tests and everything is working properly – https://www.screencast.com/t/U2XUcHEJ – https://www.screencast.com/t/84wyURttlT
Try entering the video link normally in a post and see it works that way, without using the Visual composer element. If it does not please disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching installed and check again.
Thanks
Hi,
This is where the call for the avatar is being made in the mobile theme, for the login
– https://www.screencast.com/t/8qD4rDns057U
And in the theme – https://www.screencast.com/t/m0Y1UQymtS
You can try to make the modifications there and hopefully achieve the results you want.
Thanks
Hi,
There seems to be something wrong with the page and the elements in the structure. I can see that the error message is not present but so is the Big Grid. Please note that all the Visual composer elements are working properly with the default theme. This means that theme customization like custom code in Theme panel, code added to the theme files or a child theme could cause this, so please check this if it is needed. Also as it is usually the case, plugins could be to blame.
You can try to disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching installed, then try and create a page and add a Big Grid to see if the problem is still there. Please let us know if this advice fixes this issue.
Thanks
Hi,
Please provide more details as to where exactly you wan to add this border on the block. You can choose from these available header styles for the blocks – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-header-1/
If you are trying to set a border on a whole block you can do it like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/Be6ag0C57B
If you have a different problem, like modifications made to these elements are not saving properly, please follow this tutorial and make the modifications if needed – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thanks
Hi,
1. I do not know why you want to change the font properties for the text in the social sharing, and then remove it, maybe I am not understanding something.
For the comments section you could try something like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/rl5Cw0kz or separate the code in different styles for each of the elements
.td-comments-title.block-title,
.comment-reply-title {
font-style: italic;
font-weight: 800;
font-family: "Times New Roman", Georgia, Serif;
}
2.1 You could center the bottom sharing section with a code like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/8jCQFwf2
This is the code used, it must be entered in Theme panel->Custom Css
.td-post-sharing-bottom {
text-align: center;
}
2.2 To remove those sharing options please follow this topic – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/remove-some-social-icons-from-share-section-in-post/
2.3 If you would like to remove the text you could do it directly in the theme file mentioned in the topic provided above – https://www.screencast.com/t/FqWDoxZMUXY or with this css – https://www.screencast.com/t/LvHjm5GzWp
This is the code if you choose to do it this way
.td-post-sharing-bottom
.td-social-but-text {
display: none;
}
2.4 I do not know exactly how you want it to be. On smaller devices the only difference after making all the changes provided above, will be that the WhatsApp social. If you want it to display at all times you could do it like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/6KLjhtQVSaK
If you could provide more information about this last step, I will try to give you a solution.
.td-post-sharing-bottom
.td-social-whatsapp {
display: inline-block!important;
margin-left: 10px;
}
Thanks
Hi,
Maybe this will help you create the respective menu – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mega-menu-with-grid-columns/ You can follow the steps described in that topic and the result should be like you want.
Thanks
Hi,
That is an interesting feature, but I could not say if or when this kind of option will be available in the theme. Please take into account that each update is meant to improve the theme and also add additional possibilities, and the list of suggestions and recommendations is forever increasing. All of these will be analyzed and some will be selected for implementation and others will get postponed for a later time.
Thank you for understanding!
Hi,
@AWAY FROM LIFE It seems it is needed to make some modifications to the code provided in this case. Please remove the previous one and enter this code, then everything should function normally
body {
cursor: pointer;
}
#td-outer-wrap {
pointer-events: none;
}
.td-main-content-wrap,
.td-container-wrap,
.td-container,
.td-header-container {
pointer-events: auto !important;
cursor: default;
}
Please let me know if you have any further issues, or the code does not work properly for you.
Thank you for understanding!
Hi,
You have to consider that everything is possible if you have the right amount of time to do it. If you would like to achieve something like that you can start by inspecting the respective website
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ilcZuvrTz
Then further document these elements
– https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Operators/void
– https://www.w3schools.com/angular/ng_ng-click.asp – https://docs.angularjs.org/api/ng/directive/ngClick
But please note that this could prove to be a difficult task and you may need to get professional help if it is the case.
When you use the translation feature available in the theme, this will translate all the strings which are present on the frontend of your website – https://forum.tagdiv.com/loading-translations/ or you could manually translate certain elements – https://forum.tagdiv.com/customize-a-translation/
This will not change anything else on the website or add any other language capabilities.
Thanks
