If the problem occurs again, try to disable all the plugins except Visual composer and the mobile theme, clear the cache, verify any code entered in the theme panel or added to the theme files, then check to see if the problem remains.

Please try as a first step to deactivate all your plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache and check to see if the problem is still there. Also check any custom code you might have entered in theme panel, or added to the theme files. If you use a child theme try switching to the main theme, because this could affect the functionality. Please note that the thumbnails displayed on blocks depend on the aspect ratio of the images used, as explained here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/ and it is best to experiment with different sizes to see which offers the best results. If you are not aware of the steps required to make these customization, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you, because we can not provide custom work at the moment.

Please note that the theme does not send any emails to users, it uses the default implementation of wordpress regarding the login functionality. If you use your server to send the confirmation emails, please contact your host, or if you use a plugin to send emails to users, please check the plugin settings and configuration. The theme has no control over the emails.

Unfortunately, the theme does not have such an option for this live streaming video platform, sorry. You can use the available video elements from Visual composer for your pages – https://www.screencast.com/t/HkRbECIs and they should work properly in their respective purpose if a valid video link or video id is entered in the required field. Maybe the video you are trying to use is private, and not allowed access to be played on different websites. Please correct me if I misunderstand what you meant.

Well if it worked before and the problem is only for the homepage, maybe some recent changes are interfering with the ads. Please try to disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache, enter your code in the ad box element and check to see if the problem is still there. Also check your ad code to be valid, you could test it in other ad spots to see if the problem is with the code.

It is a strange issue indeed based on what you are describing, and I do not know what could be interfering with the like button. Each post has a unique permalink created, but I do not know how this could affect the Facebook like and I can not replicate this issue. I still suspect the cache being responsible for this, or maybe a plugin, or custom code added to the theme files. But at last, glad you were able to solve this problem.
