Hi,
Posts can be displayed in pages using blocks and grids mostly. There are many types of blocks and grids that you can use, such as the predefined types
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-1/
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-1/
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/full-big-grid-1/
Use the top switcher to see them all – http://prntscr.com/nsbeya
And the flex types – http://prntscr.com/nsbbez – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/flex-block/
Flex blocks and grids have many customization options opposed to predefined blocks. These are some examples created by us – https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Blocks each one can be imported through the cloud library plugin provided with the theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
But you can design your own flex blocks as well.
Each block and grid has filtering and sorting options, useful when you want to choose which posts appear and where – https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
So you can create pages and edit them with the tagDiv composer, place the elements you want in them to display your posts, configured as needed
– https://tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-page-builder-basics/
One of the pages you create can be set as homepage – https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/
If you have more questions, let me know.
Thanks
Hi,
Currently it is not possible, the newsletter plugin only has these 3 options
– http://prntscr.com/nsaqfh
A solution would be to use a different newsletter plugin, try free plugins if possible
– https://www.formget.com/best-free-wordpress-newsletter-email-marketing-plugins/
Thanks
Doesn’t seem to work in your case for the text element, but it works for the heading. Quite unusual. We could take a look at it, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Glad it helped. An exact replica of that WPBakery element does not exist in the composer. You could try the image info box element – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_crypto/image-info-box/
Or maybe the title over image element – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_crypto/title-over-image/
Hi,
If a reply hasn’t been made up to this point, then the mail must have ended in the spam folder for some reason, this happens sometimes. Sorry for the inconvenience.
We try to reply within 24hrs, excepting periods when there is a high volume of support.
Seems I forgot to mention this before, please check if the unique articles option is enabled for the pages – https://forum.tagdiv.com/unique-articles/
This will most likely create duplicates when combined with block pagination.
If the option is disabled, then the problem is elsewhere. Please resend the email, and we will investigate. Sorry again for the inconvenience.
Hi,
So the problem is with the booster. Such problems can happen. The booster can cause problems with various plugins, most speed booster plugins or render blocking plugins can potentially cause problems.
Maybe try some other render blocking plugins (try free plugins if possible), which have more options, and make tests with them. Here are some topics
– https://kinsta.com/blog/eliminate-render-blocking-javascript-css/
– https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-render-blocking-javascript-and-css-in-wordpress/

Hi,
I don’t quite understand the problem you are having unfortunately. The screenshot you posted requires to be logged in – http://prntscr.com/ns8zwr
If possible re-upload so that I can see it, or even better post a link to the website so I can check it. Also mention what I should check exactly. Let me know.
Thanks
Hi,
That will not work anymore with a child theme. After the 9.7 update many of the theme files were moved in the tagDiv composer, due to the new Envato requirements
– https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/
As a consequence the child theme is quite limited now, only a few theme files can still be used in it.
The category top post style files are now here – http://prntscr.com/ns8oaf and the only way to edit them would be there directly. A child theme containing these files will have no effect.
If you have more questions, let me know.
Thanks
Hi,
Blocks can by default sort posts by highest rated, but not by a specified period of time.
Modules that form blocks and grids will display only the meta they are supposed to, what is defined in their code. You have to edit the module if you want to display additional data in it.
The module files are now in the tagDiv composer plugin (after update 9.7). Block 9 uses module 8 – http://prntscr.com/ns8gb0

Hi,
Seems the leverage score is quite low. Maybe it’s because the expiration time is set to 1 hour from what I can see – http://prntscr.com/ns8571
They recommend a minimum of one month, while recommended is 1 year
– https://gtmetrix.com/leverage-browser-caching.html
Also check some guides in the matter – https://kinsta.com/blog/leverage-browser-caching/

Hi,
Depends if the mobile theme is active or not. If the mobile theme is active, there will be a setting to choose the mobile menu – http://prntscr.com/ns7rh3
If you don’t use the mobile theme, then the only way of having a different menu on mobile is if you use a cloud header template – https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Headers
Import/create a cloud header template, then while editing it activate mobile mode and select the needed menu – http://prntscr.com/ns7t5k – http://prntscr.com/ns7taq
Thanks
Hi,
Could have been something temporary with the cloud server, I checked at this moment and it seems to work. Please try again and check if the same happens for you. Let us know.
Thanks
Hi,
No need for the head script code to be entered, it will be loaded automatically. Just enter the ad code in the theme panel. For example – http://prntscr.com/ns7kg3
Ads should begin to appear after a while, for some the appear within minutes, but I have seen cases when they appeared after about 2 days.
Thanks
Hi,
I could take a look at it, please post a link to where I can see the ad. If you use a simple image ad there is a setting in the ad box for horizontal alignment
– http://prntscr.com/ns7h9s
Let me know.
Thanks
Hi,
I first tested the caption color and font settings available in the composer for the post content element, they seem to work – http://prntscr.com/ns75cu – http://prntscr.com/ns75io
For the image caption alignment there is a similar topic here, could be useful to you
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/wordpress-5-0-issue/
If I misunderstand the problem, let me know. Post some examples of the problem and a link to where I can see it if possible.
Thanks
Hi,
Seems to work when I try your Instagram ID – http://prntscr.com/ns6zy3
A suggestion would be to clear the cache if you use any. Check if that solves the problem. Also try as a test to enter a different ID like cocacola for example
– http://prntscr.com/ns70bw
If the problem remains we could take a look at it. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login and we will investigate. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
With Gutenberg you will have to use the classic element, and create the quotes there
– http://prntscr.com/nrvm0a
Gutenberg itself doesn’t have many styling options for the quotes as far as I know
– https://gogutenberg.com/blocks/quote/
Or if you don’t want Gutenberg at all, simply install the classic editor plugin
– https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/
Thanks
Hi,
The demos are built with the tagDiv composer plugin, some of them (like the restro demo) use multi-purpose elements that are provided only by the tagDiv composer. WPBakery won’t recognize these elements, please edit the demo pages only with our composer. If you already made some modifications to the page with WPBakery there could be problems.
Better to reinstall the demo in this case, or import just the homepage and other demo pages from the cloud – https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Homepages
– https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Pages
Then edit them with the composer to configure them as needed.
Thanks
Hi,
We try to reply as soon as possible in all topics. Please try not to reply multiple times in your own topic, this will only delay the response from us because it will move the topic to the back of the line. We always answer from oldest to newest.
I have tried setting an animation for the WPBakery text element, seems to work alright
– http://prntscr.com/nrvdm5
I made a quick video – https://www.screencast.com/t/YB2VrOYJTb
Should work the same for you. I am using the latest theme version (9.7.2) and the WPBakery included in the theme package (5.7).
Thanks
Hi,
If one of these 2 settings is selected, AMP should appear in the dashboard
– http://prntscr.com/nrv2yj
Also there will be options to enable/disable AMP per post – http://prntscr.com/nrva2v
Please check if one of those settings is enabled.
Thanks
Hi,
Check if there are any errors in the browser inspector console when you try to access those theme panel settings – http://prntscr.com/nruzk1
Usually issues with the theme panel are in general, is it happening only when you access the thumbnail settings?
There are a few things to check, like these ones – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/problem-with-newspaper-theme/
Thanks
Hi,
You mean in terms of design? If you do, the theme has many blocks and grids to choose from to display your posts. There are predefined blocks, grids, and full grids
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-1/
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-1/
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/full-big-grid-1/
There are many flex block designs as well – https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Blocks
The header can be designed with the header builder from scratch, or use designs made by us which can be imported – https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Headers
Also check out the theme demos here
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/select_demo/select_demo_newspaper
Replicating a website built with a different theme, plugins, builders etc would be difficult to do in general.
Articles can be created normally, by registered authors and above. These are capabilities provided by WordPress, the theme will respect them. Users can register and be given a role, which will decide their capability in the website.
Thanks
Hi,
The theme has a field where you can enter the Google analytics code, in the theme panel
– http://prntscr.com/nruiou
Code entered there will be loaded in the website header, as per their requirements
– https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1008080?hl=en
Other codes can be entered there as well, if they need to be loaded in the head, not just the analytics code.
Thanks
That will be the case, the way the images are cropped is defined in the code. The file responsible is here – http://prntscr.com/nru8zx but note that modifications to plugin files will be lost after a theme update, when the plugins are updated.
The latest articles section is provided by the page template used, if you don’t want it there change the page template – https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/
Without the tagDiv composer cloud templates will not be possible. They are available exclusively for our composer.
It isn’t an issue if you use WPBakery, but there could be problems if you edit pages built with WPBakery with the composer, or the other way around. Not all elements work with both builders.
1. That is a background color set on a row, you can chnage it as needed
– http://prntscr.com/nrudcc
1.1 There are shadow settings for rows, and also gradients, in the same CSS tab
– http://prntscr.com/nrue4o
2. Rows, columns and most elements have settings to set a background color
– http://prntscr.com/nruf0m – http://prntscr.com/nruf63 – http://prntscr.com/nrufbx
1. You can activate the sticky mode in the composer and modify it as needed
– http://prntscr.com/nrug8o
So you remove the image and it is still there? That would be unusual. Try clearing the cache if you have any.
If the problem remains, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login so we can take a closer look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
