Hi,

I’m not sure what causes this that is why it would help to inspect the site so I can figure out what is wrong.
The slider breaks like that when the style sheet of the page is altered like width of it.
I suggest you also remove the Visual Composer plugins then install it from the plugins folder that was provided with the theme files when you’ve downloaded it from themeforest and make sure that you install and use the 4.3.5 version of the plugin.
Use this guide to update the VC plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-the-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/
You can also check the demo via IE and compare it with your case: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
Let me know if you still have this issue afterwards and how it goes!

Thanks

Hi,

I have checked your site and noticed that somehow the links (anchor tags) are missing: http://screencast.com/t/EROQ0sMjQ
Please make sure you download the latest version then remove the social counter plugin and install it from the /plugins folder that was provided together with the theme files when you’ve downloaded it from themeforest: http://themeforest.net/downloads
The social counter plugin included into the latest theme version is 2.7 so make sure you have it and try again.

Thanks

Hi,

Thanks Chris!

@saucestevo

Please make sure you also test this without any plugins active and leave just Visual Composer plugin active and also empty cache then check again.
As Chris also mentioned In some cases this turned out to be due to the tagdiv speed booster plugin as this plugin moves the css and js automatically to the bottom of the page.
We suggest to deactivate all plugins to make sure this doesn’t happen due to others plugins you use and if this issue persists please let me know and also provide your site’s url.

Thanks

Hi,

Please send you site’s URL so I can also inspect this and make sure that you empty cache/purge files if you use any first.

Thanks

Hi,

I believe it is possible but unfortunately you would need custom work or a plugin for it as thee theme doesn’t have an option or a feature that could help you achieve that.
I suggest you try to find a plugin for it.
Sorry for the inconvenience!

Thanks for the message!

Hi,

@mjk234
I suggest you try Chris solution for this as you would need to make additional customization or insert hard coded filter for page post type as I’ve mentioned before the sort options and filters.. all work with ‘posts’ only for other ‘post types’ different form posts you need to alter the theme code or use a plugin.
Sorry fro the inconvenience!

Thanks

Hi,

Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have any feature that could help you with that and you would need additional customization for it. I suggest you try to find a way on the web or look for a plugin.

Hi,

Thanks for your suggestion, we will consider this for future updates. Meanwhile you can also use the translate panel section to change “Continue” to “Read More” or as you like: http://screencast.com/t/VRvARl2m5te and use css to style it as you like: http://screencast.com/t/i0PYm34YSzq

Hi,

The pagination works based on ajax so please also try this without any plugins active and also make sure you empty cache/purge files then check again.
If this still happens also check your console and let me know if you have some js errors present there.
Please also note that I have also checked this using the latest theme version (4.6.1) and found no issue so it should work in your case also, make sure that you also use the latest theme version and if not update your theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/

Hi,

Not sure how that happened but please also try by disabling all plugins and empty cache/purge files first and after doing it make sure you use the guide and remove the plugin then upload it form the /plugins folder and also make sure that you download the actual version of the theme from theme forest.
Regarding the search issue please give wp-admin and FTP access so we can take a closer look at this and send login details at contact@tagdiv.com and also send a link to this tread or specify your issues details.

Hi,

Not sure how your site was designed before so I’m not aware of what colors/layouts/fonts that have changed. I have noticed though that some additional classes and css have been added by the VC plugin.
Please make sure that you remove the VC plugin then use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-the-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/ and install the plugin from the /plugins folder that was provided within your theme files.
Let me know if you have this issues afterwards.

Thanks

Hi,

The latest articles section also has filter options so make sure that you haven’t altered them and/or set it as you like from there: http://screencast.com/t/bAoQ9TfYB
Also make sure you empty caches if you sue any.

Thanks

Hi,

You can edit the template files for the post style you use and add the code under the content like this: http://screencast.com/t/jERzlsJH7tJ4

Hi,

Sorry for the delay!
Please try this without any plugins active and also make sure you empty cache as well and make sure the theme actually saves settings. The issue with saving settings usually appears because the server security module blocks the access to admin-ajax.php file. Try to verify if this happens when you save settings in other cases in theme panel and also verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
Contact your server administrator and explain the situation, as it’s requested many times during the a save the file it’s treated as threat so it’s banned. You can report false positives to your server administrator to remove it from the banned list.
Hope this helps! Please let me know how it goes!

Thanks

Hi,

If you test your site using page speed insights pr gtmetrix you can find all issues you have to fix and also steps you need to follow to get this done: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fvidzo.ru%2F&tab=desktop
Use the guide for page speed, without any additional plugins will help you achieve this just do some research on this because as stated in the guide this is not recommended if you are not aware of what you are doing, in this case I also suggest you get someone to help you with this.

As Chris also stated here:

Read through all my suggestions here: – start on last page and go backward.

https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/pagespeed/

(some of my suggestions are also in the theme docs already or were added, so you may want to start here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ )

..you can go trough the page speed topic as you will find answers to many of your questions there.
You can also find more info and suggestions here:

* https://developers.google.com/speed/docs/insights/LeverageBrowserCaching
* https://developers.google.com/speed/docs/insights/EnableCompression
* https://developers.google.com/speed/docs/insights/BlockingJS
* https://developers.google.com/speed/docs/insights/Server

Hope this helps!

Hi,

The logo issue you have is because you use a large logo img and which on mobile screens id set to a 180px width and behaves as in your case.
You can adjust it and make it look better via css, like this: http://screencast.com/t/vrjChmttUD67
You also need to remove or change the header color, use the css below and set the color as you like. It will have to be different form blue because the logo is also blue and different from white because the menu icon and search icon are also white.
You can also set the menu color to black from theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/nUvQUIFd

@media (max-width: 767px) {
.td-boxed-layout .td-menu-placeholder .td-menu-background .td-menu-wrap {
background: red !important;
}
.header-style-3 .td-logo img {
width: 380px !important;
top: -1px !important;
}
}
@media (max-width: 500px) {
.header-style-3 .td-logo img {
width: 300px !important;
top: 5px !important;
}
#td-top-search {
right: -40px !important;
top: -57px !important;
}
}
@media (max-width: 400px) {
.header-style-3 .td-logo img {
width: 250px !important;
top: 8px !important;
}
}

The itemprop="interactionCount" meta tags are added and used for the comments counter from modules: http://screencast.com/t/MgwNRmvLQLzi
To remove it please comment this line: http://screencast.com/t/3iTGxtlTs

Hi,

These are the pagination types you can set on blocks: http://screencast.com/t/TWMSjRpY
All of them work based on ajax so I suggest you set the pagination then check this without any plugins active and also make sure you empty cache/purge files if you use a CDN host service.
Please let me know if you still have issues with it after this and also provide your site’s URL so I can also check this as it should work, I’ve also tested this and found no issues.

Thanks
