I believe that happens in wordpress regardless of the theme used. There are plenty of discussions about it online, and suggestions, if you want to try and stop them from being indexed I assume, or make them provide 404 errors perhaps. Please note that going from 8.5 to 11.2 is a big step and a lot has changed. Easiest thing to do is to find another PRO demo that is closest to what you look to achieve and we can help you with guidance on how to edit it in order to go back to your design.
