I have made some investigations and the result is that the elements will not get bigger, they are getting smaller when resizing but not bigger. If they would be to get bigger all the aspect of them will be distorted and your image will not look good on your website. There is a limit set and that cannot be changed.

Unfortunately upgrading from 7.5 to 11 will be a bit hard. A lot of changes have been made. What I personally recommend is to treat going to Newspaper Theme 11 as to a new theme. It is easier to consider it like this. Also what I recommend is to install the Newspaper Theme via FTP: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Or to update via FTP: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
