Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin and please send us a link to your website in order to take a look.

Cloud library templates and PRO Demos are fully editable using tagDiv Composer. You will have to edit the ROW on each template that you look to make wider. Theme panel options do not take effect on Cloud library templates.

Those are all the filtering options. The 2) option will require Jetpack plugin and it will pull data from it. Option 3 Shows the most popular posts from the last 7 days using the view counter which can be enabled from the theme here: https://www.screencast.com/t/qtMrjdoBPs9S

The js file is minified. You cannot take only that hook. You will have to exclude the whole js file.

That folder has nothing to do with your issue. You cannot have both options enabled. You cannot use Mobile Theme plugin and Cloud library template in the same time.

The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.

Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

Indeed there seems to be an issue but at the moment we need to investigate this. Without access we cannot investigate unfortunately. If this is not possible we recommend reverting back to 10.3.9.1 until this is fixed.
