Since we exclusively sell the Newspaper theme on the Envato ThemeForest Market, we totally depend on their policy, and we cannot make any preferential theme pricing packages. Unfortunately, I’m afraid there’s no possible legal way of creating unlimited websites or use the same license on all your websites.
The difference between the Regular License and Extended License is that if you’re the one using the item you need a Regular License, but if you sell the end product you should have an Extended License. Moreover, the extended license says that you are entitled to using the item for creating one single end product. However, you can activate the theme in multiple locations meaning that you could use the same purchase key to activate your development copies and also the live version of your theme. If you want to create totally different sites with distinct content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed. One theme license means one website, and it can be used on a single registered domain.
Furthermore, when you buy a Newspaper theme license from ThemeForest, Envato issues you a unique item’s purchase key for each license that unlocks the most important features of the Newspaper theme, allowing you to access the future updates on the theme and enter the support center. Without it, your theme is locked with no theme updates, support, and you have no access to some of the most powerful features. After setting up the Child theme in the first step simply create the folder and add your files into it as shown.

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin and please send us a link to your website in order to take a look.
