We’re having lots of problems with Newspaper theme.
Particularly after wordpress updates. Actual version of wp brokes the tagdiv editor. It keeps loading without come to work. In console we have some error. Here only some of them:

Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: undefined<div class=”tdc-sidebar-separator tdc-sidebar-text-separator”><span>Flex Block 5<
Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).live is not a function

Now this problem is getting really frustrating cause this is only the last of a long series of bad behaviors. Another example? Global header can’t be updated or saved no more! Why is this happening?

Another issue? We can’t find widget similiar to a simple message form so we’ve installed contact form 7. So even in this case we have error results after cf7 was activated…
We have disabled all plugins, unistalled and after reinstalled them but with no clue.

In this situation it’s impossible to work. We need to restore theme and tagdiv-composer functionalities, as fast as possible. We really need your help. The situation is a totally mess now.

I am mostly using the “podcast” templates.

As each sub-category fits a podcast, I would like to put a (powerpress) subscription widget on each subcategory page.. Unfortunately, the widget displaying on sub-category page is always the category widget, but not a “per sub-category” widget.

I would like it to work like on the Author’s pages : https://www.frequenceterre.com/author/marie-paule-peuteman/ (left down corner). Each author can have its own widget.

So… What can I do for each sub-category to have their own widgets ?

Hi, currently we can filter posts to include things with a specific tag ie ‘winter’, is it possible to exclude posts from results with a specific tag. For example our site is all about driving, we don’t want to show ‘winter driving tips’ in the summer, but also don’t want to have to tag everything that isn’t winter with ‘not winter’ or ‘summer’ etc

With the posts at test site ticotimes.5e.cr, there is a second place of related posts that is at the bottom left of the page that is outside the tagdiv editable area.

For example: https://ticotimes.5e.cr/2021/01/08/costa-rica-not-currently-planning-vaccine-requirement-for-entry-2

Can you tell me how to remove that added addition of the related posts?

I have the following issue, i add google ad sense code in the theme panel is ADS section.
I add the requestNonPersonalizedAds parameter in my code but there is a js loading tha gives the default code of the ad sense with the IDS i give.

This is a problem when i want the ads to be non personalized.

How can i edit ths script? or is there any way to override it through the panel?

The script is loading starts by: “var td_screen_width = window.innerWidth;

So the extra code i add for the personalized ad sense is:

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});

but i end up with this code:

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});

Do the new templates we add have to be pro? (asking for best performance). So when adding something from Cloud templates, should it be PRO?
For example https://www.cepkolik.com/ would I get better performance if I use a Pro partition instead of Big Grid Flex 10 here?

My mobile seems to be amp but I dont have it installed on my site

Is there a way to remove widgets and blocks so when viewing on mobile devices the page load is lighter?

The AMP mobile version is a good idea, but not all website publishers want to strip down the full page experience.

Hi, I’m using the Newspaper x theme but I’m having problems. I have a siteground hosting and for some time I have been consuming many cpu seconds. Support told me that the error is caused by too many requests: “225259 /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?td_theme_name=Newspaper&v=10.3.9.1”
They told me to contact the theme developer to resolve this issue. thank you

ps. they also told me, in a second email that they detected a high number of dmin-ajax.php executions and from their system log they are all related to the theme:

I have a few questions.
1. How can I make all the category posts on the category page appear in the post loop (element below the advertisement) on my website? See this page for example:

2. Could you please also send me maybe some video tutorial about how to add pictures in the posts using the single post template?
3. How can I add a caption to the post picture appearing automatically on top of the post…? I managed to sort it out for desktop view, but not fo mobile articles. There I cannot change anything for each individual artice, or I don’t know how to do that.
