The Author box is not showing in Screen Options tab and is not available to change at the bottom of the post. I’m not sure if this is a theme related issue or not.

We have the same issue, but we are using Taboola plugin and their widget is displaying ads exactly at the end of the last sentence of our single post’s content, we need to move it after our Author Box after (after Tags is Author Box)…. While we are using their plugin and not pasting their code what shall we do? It is too bad now and immediately we need to sole this issue.

Hi,
Previously in an older theme version that code was automatically removed when the author box was disabled in the theme panel post settings.
But this resulted in Google structured data problems (missing author), so now disabling the author box still loads the required data.
If you want to remove that code or parts of it you can find it here (the file can be modified in a child theme)

It will give round shape to the author image in author box.
Make sure you purge all the cache (CDN, BROWSER CACHE, CACHE PLUGIN) to see the results.
Add following code to custom code >> custom CSS in the theme panel

Hello, In my website http://www.livevns.in i am facing an issue. first of all the post of my sidebar widgets are center align automatically. I mean The heading and the text of posts shown in sidebar are automatically center align. The another issue is in my author box. The Photograph of author is automatically left align, before it was in center but now days it shows in Left side in author box. Plz Help.

I am working with Taboola ads, so a big amounts of ads appear below the text. I ask them to put the coments section and the author box between the ads, and the social buttons and the review points above the ads. But the told me that first I have to put the Taboola code into the container below my social media buttons.

Unfortunately our theme do not have this feature ( slide for authors box ), and this request involve custom work, unfortunately we do not do custom work, sorry,

We made something like author box’s 6 of them near each other, but we have 18 authors… and we need horizantal slider…
As author number raise it’s a need for a slider in our point of view…
We are pretty sure you can achive it easy…

In pages built with the tagDiv composer you can place author boxes

The elements of the tagDiv composer can be used as shortcodes. So for example configure an author box in a new page as you want

Then use the shortcode where needed – http://prntscr.com/lnihch
The tagDiv composer has to be active in order for the shortcodes to work.
An element to display the author and publish date does not exist for pages. Displaying this information on top of the page would be possible if it was in the page content, or maybe in the page template files the theme uses

If you want to edit that section I recommend you to use tagDiv Cloud Library, get from there a post template and edit it.

No worries, I am fixed! For some reason when you add an author box to a sidebar in widgets you have to add the author ID. In the tagdiv page editor you do not!

I would like the Author meta / date to appear at the start of selected pages (similar to how posts do) and the author box to appear at the end. I only want this for selected pages as my about, contact etc are also pages.
Ideally I don’t want to have to manually insert on every page using Tag Div composer (I looked at this but seemed time consuming).

I have read through your tutorials but they do not address me issue. I know how to create an assign a sidebar. The trouble I’m having is specifically with the Author Box.
