Also, I have inspected your website and all the images from your homepage seems to work as properly without any problem.

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to change the functionality of popular category, sorry! I suppose that you are referring to the Popular Category block which is presented in Footer section and also for Widgets, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/1eDeugSp and here -> http://screencast.com/t/YjTZJOHOaW, right? Please notice that this type of block is custom made and it will display the categories that have the most posts in descending order. So, if you want to change this block, you should make some additional customization through the theme core files, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/7ECRuJDKp0Ki Please notice that it is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

1. Open your homepage in the Edit Page section like this – http://prntscr.com/djak7x
2. Scroll down to the Visual Composer editor and select the row containing the Big grid block – http://prntscr.com/djam0y
3. In Row Settings -> General -> Row Stretch, select Stretch row. Then, just bellow check the Full height row box – http://prntscr.com/djan7m
4. Go to Design Options, next to the General tab and choose the color you want for your background – http://prntscr.com/djao7x

Be sure to save your settings.

Unfortunately the Visual Composer elements don’t have the same html structure and we could not customize theme like tagdiv blocks. So there is no option to have the same design sorry.

You can install the Travel Blog demo which has that design, but if you already installed a demo with content and you have modified the imported content(page, posts, menus) they will be removed if you install another one.
An alternative would be to use custom css:

So, I guess that here is talking about the Front End Editor option. Unfortunately, our theme does not work fine with Frontend editor and our developers have decided to exclude it from the theme. You can enable the Visual Composer frontend editor by removing this code from theme’s functions – http://screencast.com/t/1N4LB7WhP2jR but unfortunately, will not work properly if you have tag div blocks on the page.
Please notice that if you want to have a frontend editor, you can try using our additional plugin which is TagDiv Composer. At the moment, this plugin is in development mode and as soon as possible we will make it compatible with Newsmag.

2. By default there is a line bellow the main menu on header style 2 – http://screencast.com/t/tAlJWGL3X0 Do you want to place a border also bellow the logo and header ad? Please provide more details and your site url.

4. The infinite scroll and load more pagination are available only for blocks and also on category template. You could use a block on your page and configure it to display latest articles and set pagination on it – https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/
5. Like I said above the load more pagination is available only on blocks, so there is no option for this.
6. I don’t know what footer template you use and what widgets you have there. Provide a link.
7. The inline ad appears after the paragraph you set in Theme Panel and it is a global setting.
