There is a list in the theme panel that shows where each module is being used. In the case of module mx8 it is used only on block 18 so your change will not affect any other block. You will find this list here: http://screencast.com/t/y3t0atLB9a
As for the updates, the mokdules can be altered from the child theme as this guide suggests: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/ It will spare you a few updates if the file does not get modified.

How to make this yellow title block more transparent?
Update the theme and since the update does not show two blocks of advertising on the phone, but if on the desktop.
Apologies, it’s not a widget, it’s a block. You were correct.
As I seen on changelog that there is a new widget or block called as Author Block, but I couldn’t find it. Is that a widget or a block?
Please help to add block’s number pagination for homepage?
You can get the post ID by accessing WP-admin > Posts section, hover the post title and check the link displayed on the browser left-bottom area.
I use Block 5 to feature some tags or categories, choosing done using the drop-down list Category Filter. But sometimes I want to exclude some of the blog posts within one category from getting featured. I notice this is possible to do by adding -[blog post number] in the drop-down field Post ID Filter.
But where do I find the blog post number so I can exclude?

Many thanks for your prompt reply. I have now completed this and followed your instructions. When I was extracting the files from the Newspaper zipped folder the following errors appeared for the following files –
Error 0x80010135: Path too long
1. td_thumbs_on_modules_and_block.php
2. td_get_category_section_by_id.php
3. td_get_cpt_settings_by_post_type.php
4. td_get_tax_settings_by_tax_name.php
5. td_get_font_section_by_section_id.php
6. td_translations.php
When the 6 above errors appeared individaully I had no option but to “skip” them to keep the extraction of the files going.
Again, any help is appreciated.

I did as suggested on my test blog. It works fine, but:
1. The lines below the block tiles (which I guess are the one I call Tabs) are still the theme accent color
2. The bold link text for Instagram can be kept in its original color
3. Lots of other things changed as well.
4. Etc
If I isolate the color problem for the links only to the links shown in the blog post, page, category and tag templates, is it then possible to it the other way around and force them to be shown in the darker brown #b87333 color?

Well our theme does have a cropping system in place if the crop is what you have in mind. It will cut images center-top like this guide suggests: https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image/
Here is a list of thumbnails our theme uses: https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/ If you want to show the full image in our theme blocks you will have to keep the aspect ratio the same as much as possible. For example. let;s take this image for instance: http://howtoworld.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/how-to-lose-weight-by-eating-less-food-.jpg
It’s dimensions are 770 x 430. The thumb where this image is being displayed has dimensions of 356×364
Any way you take it, the image will never be able to show the full content in a ‘square’ thumb when the image is wide.

You will have to learn to edit pages if you are to use the theme on your site. Please try to learn how you can edit pages in wordpress and add content in visual composer and use the plugin settings as well as the block settings. Thanks. I can see it’s easy to create a new thumbnail size, but how to attach it to a particular block in a particular location isn’t so obvious.

check out the “Nykaa” ad on the bottom side bar
As for the malfunctioning ad, there are 2 images in the same ad. How are they supposed to work together? An d cannot contain more than 1 image. Hi,
how can i enable infinite scroll on post pages from the theme. I understand it can be enabled for block pages and categories. i have done all that, but i want to enable for post pages.. rather than show categories, it should show more posts either within thesame category or random.

Just a note for your update steps, please clear all the caches and purge your files if you use CDN after you update the theme and the plugins. If not you will have caching issues.
Regarding the theme’s plugins update, the procedure is the same like for Visual Composer – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ Of course you can do this also via ftp, there is not problem.
The Mobile Theme is an optional plugin. It is not a required plugin, so you don’t need to use it if you don’t want too, the theme still have a responsive layout and a mobile version like in version 6. You can read more about Mobile Theme plugin here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ The Mobile Theme files cannot be overwritten via child theme.

2. The latest Speed Booster version is 4.5 so please make sure you use it with the latest theme version.
3. The Mobile Theme comes with it’s own template and Mobile Editor so you can add content for your pages there and they will not be empty – http://screencast.com/t/4XYf2A8pXM The Mobile Theme will not work with Visual Composer elements and it doesn’t render tagdiv blocks. Like I said above if you want the same content like on desktop also for mobile devices, just do not activate Mobile Theme plugin and it will be the same. If you want to use the plugin you will need to add content to your pages, create other menus and check the Mobile Theme settings from Theme Panel.

We have the following problems:
on the first page load, many of the thumbnails in the blocks have the wrong size and overlay each other. When reloading the page, everything is fine.
What could be the reason for this and how can we fix it?
