The code you use is a standard visual composer block. You can create a block on a dummy page and sort it the way you want from block settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/ and then replace your shortcode with the one from the new sorted block.

I have checked your website which you gave me above and I saw that it is used an image in full width as the front page and then have included a few blocks with infinite load pagination. Unfortunately, please keep in mind that this is the default theme behaviour regarding the primary category. As a remark, the primary category will not affect the block sorting…so if the primary category exists in the post, and that post is in a block which is sorted by another category which is not primary, the post will appear.

If you want to move your Breadcrumbs feature to the bottom of your post page, please notice that you will have to alter the code from the core file in order to achieve best results. For your second request, please notice that our mobile theme is responsive and if you turn on the phone to landscape mode, the thumbs will be displayed in full width by default, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/K5Y4w40MRx (our blocks will be automatically resized according on what devices are used)
For your last request, please provide more details about what you want to achieve because I do not exactly understand what you mean. Provide some useful screenshots for a good understanding.

The second one is more complicated to make, but the first example you showed can be achieved by using block 15

If you want to take control of a single block 21, please notice that you will have to add a custom class from Visual Composer for this block and then using this custom class you will target only this block 21. We are not aware of any secondary category option, but the primary category is specified here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/primary-category/
The block sorting options are not affected by the primary category option. If your post has multiple categories, it will show up anywhere one of it’s categories is specified.
