Indeed this is about a margin bottom of 48px, the faster way to solve it is to use this custom css
.td_block_wrap {
margin-bottom: 0;
}
this code need to be set in the theme panel> custom code> custom css.
The second solution is to find out from where it is coming this custom code https://i.imgur.com/Wx3BLBG.png and set it on 0.
To save some time I recommend the first solution.

Have you tried to see that this issue is not caused by a plugin conflict?
Usually, this issue is caused by a plugin conflict, please do a test using the theme plugins, clear all cache and see if the problem persists.
Are you referring to the fact that not all posts are displayed or not all categories are displayed?
if not all posts are displayed, then, please edit with tagDiv Composer, select the block and let the offset field empty with no space, no value and see the results: https://www.screencast.com/t/peVbVmUDE. I think there is a misunderstanding, the filter is not working like that. That filter is referring if you want to display posts, pages or custom post types -> https://prnt.sc/YUtNFxIz-h9n

If you want to display the posts that has the feature video set, then add a specific category to those posts and use the category filter (or you can do the same but using a tag).

Each thumb that you have enabled, will create a copy for that images.

The pagination number has only the elements posts loop and posts loop 2 -> https://i.imgur.com/RXAh0iM.png
The Posts Loops settings are divided into 5 tabs: General, Layout, Style, ADS and CSS. The Posts loop is a special block and doesn’t have filtering options.
Also, one of the options for pagination of the Posts Loop has the option for normal numbered and the flex blocks do not have this option.
The Posts Loop is automatically filtering the posts depending on the cloud template you set (for example on the category page there will be posted posts from that category).

This option was set individual per each block so you’ll need to access each of theme in part to remove the capital letters option -> https://i.imgur.com/jvM7gTR.png (this is because the individual option is overwriting the global one).

If only the letters are not display in full height, then it can do done by setting on the block the line height for the title, for example using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/ggePOXo.png

Those queries seems to be from some blocks that are set on that page. Do you have 8 blocks on the page from where was provided those details? Each block is making a new query to the database.
Can you make a tests on a post, the problem is the same?
Also, can you please provide a link to the website to make some investigations too!

Block 11 is an older block, please use Flex Block or Big Grid Flex Block which gives you more adjustment and flexibility options than blocks from tagDiv Standard Pack.

There are some options for the flex blocks, but not for scrollbar, those are for pagination. You can load the next posts using the next/prev buttons, the Load more button or the infinite load -> https://i.imgur.com/w4h9Hms.png
