Yes, that can be done, but will be a little difficult, because need to be checked the entire website to look good. Also some elements will not adjust, for example most of the blocks will not adjust.
Now, here is a custom css, that will work for the posts layout:

If I’m right, the infinite loading appears after you click on save settings from theme panel, then most probably you have an admin-ajax.php error, check the console to see if you get some errors.
Normally, admin-ajax.php is blocked by modSecurity from host, it can be from firewall or other security modules/plugins.
If you can not manage the situation, we can take a look at it, for this, please make a full backup and contact us at contact@tagdiv.com, provide wp-admin and cPanel access, and include the link of this topic in email.

Also, if you have more blocks on pages, then the time will be longer because each block is searching in database using sql_calc_found_rows so, the more blocks you use more requests will be make.
Also, if you are using ajax filter on blocks -> https://i.imgur.com/baEwDLe.jpg, this will also request access to database.
If you check all those, then you should get some improvements!

A solution is to create a category named “Sponsored” and set it on the post as a parent category, you can set the filer in the block to display the sponsored posts.

The tagDiv Composer is a page builder and it can be used for building pages and cloud templates, but not for creating posts. For this, you’ll need to use the Gutenberg or classic editor.
Using tagDiv Composer, you can build/edit the single post template (the layout of the posts).

Please make sure the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin is updated and activated.
Those styles/templates/blocks are from tagDiv Standard Pack, and this plugin is not required from version 10.4, because the new demos are using cloud templates.

To see the most popular posts, you’ll need to filter the block using one of those filters -> https://i.imgur.com/lyCJa5Y.png for the & days, the option need to be enabled in the theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/Haz4xoo.png and you need also to have the post view enabled (if you use standard templates,, the option cam be enabled from the theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/mCp1Mgd.png if you use cloud templates you’ll need to set the elements with tagDiv Composer on single post template).

Maybe for the situation with the posts from specific categories is related to the “unique article” option. If this option is enable a post will be display only once on that page. Another thing that can be, is if the block that can have some specific settings/filters, please check them, if you have offset, remove it https://i.imgur.com/tKePehC.png or custom settings in filter tab -> https://i.imgur.com/XbmCEZy.png
If I’m right, the second problem is related to the author page and his articles, there are some of them that are not display. This can be if the post loop of the author page have an offset. So, you’ll need to be sure that you do not have set any offset on the post loop -> https://i.imgur.com/3ZKS5pz.png
