Block problem

Good evening like never in version 9 when I create a widget where I want to show the latest articles of a certain category, without showing other posts. However, every time I create the block and insert which category to show me, other posts from other categories also come out of me.

Category to show: 16

Category not to be shown: -27, -28, -29, -30, -31, -32, -33, -34

However, if I give these rules, nothing is displayed.

I am using autoptomize and w3totalcache and everything appears to be working great — except I am getting tdBlock is not defined.

If there’s any way to optionally add something like the following to gracefully wait for tdBlock to become available that would be great

yesterday I bought this new fantastic theme (Newspaper 9) and I’m still configuring it right now.
One problem I have is the one written in the title: when I visit my site (www.ranierisdesk.com) images will not load correctly. Sometimes the thumbnails are missing but not the ones in the slider, sometime the opposite.

In the old theme I used Smush. I disable it and unistalled. Cleared the cache from cloudflare (I don’t use anyalse plugin to generate the cache) and I installed and used the plugin “Regenerate Thumbnails”. Nothing changed.

Maybe is some plugin I have installed that is uncompatible?

I have a problem with the row layout : the 2/3-1/3 column layouts do not work, and I don’t know why. The editor put the second column below the first one and not next to it (and so the blocks added in the column are displayed that way). See https://www.screencast.com/t/6HjZydupT.

The same happens when editing a page through WP editor.

However the 1/3 1/3 1/3 model works fine.

Would you have any idea why ?
