Hello,
You need to add the favicon, in Theme Panel -> Header -> Logo and Favicon => https://www.screencast.com/t/H4ucPC2wwz
Also, on the homepage there’s an option Customize icon => https://www.screencast.com/t/I2uVvP4b -> Site identity -> Site icon -> Change image -> publish => https://www.screencast.com/t/lY9WEOZEj
Please make sure that you have cleared your cache.
Also, you can check this article https://developers.google.com/search/docs/advanced/appearance/favicon-in-search

Hello!
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. Edit the page with TagDiv Composer. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB; there you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and design for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
You can choose to use whichever one is more affordable and useful for you.
If anyone doesn’t fit as you created, then make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Note: If you want to use version 1 or 2, then you need to deactivate the mobile theme plugin and see the results.
Thank you!
Hello!
As a suggestion, disable the lazy load animation: https://www.screencast.com/t/O5pfqQdb
Deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, and try again.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
So, if I correctly understand the situation, when the mobile page template it is used, the mobile footer is displayed for both (mobile and desktop), but those are not the same? The mobile footer is not converted from desktop version?
Normally, if you have cloud footers, you should be able to use different footer template for footer and for mobile page. This problem persist when you are logged in? If not, then it can be a cache problem. The cache plugin need to have support for mobile cache.
Thank you!

Hi,
I don’t know when, but on our page stopped working ajax categories dropdown. They are shown, but when you click on them it moves page to up and nothing is filtred. We use them in Flex Block 4.
I’ve made a research why it does not work. I have tried turning off WP Rocket and Redis object cache, but no results. I’ve found out, that this code from your js (/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js?ver=11.5.1):
jQuery(".td-subcat-item a").on("click", function(a) {
a.preventDefault();
a = tdBlocks.tdGetBlockObjById(jQuery(this).data("td_block_id"));
!0 !== a.is_ajax_running && (a.is_ajax_running = !0,
jQuery("." + jQuery(this).data("td_block_id")).find(".td-cur-simple-item").removeClass("td-cur-simple-item"),
jQuery(this).addClass("td-cur-simple-item"),
a.td_filter_value = jQuery(this).data("td_filter_value"),
a.td_current_page = 1,
tdBlocks.tdAjaxDoBlockRequest(a, "pull_down"))
});
When page is completly loaded and subcategories are shown (they are some how lazyloaded) and I paste this code into the console, ajax categories works.
You can chek it here on homepage (e.g. section “Video”): https://www.inrybar.cz/
How to fix this please?
With best regards,
David Pavelka
Hello,
I’ve tried to find a previous post about this problem but to no avail.
I just updated the theme, and now the website logo, social media blocks, and other video and gallery blocks have disappeared, only showing the short codes.
I tried reverting back to previous version and cleared cache etc, but that didn’t fix the problem. The images and logo are still uploaded.
You can see what I mean by visiting my site: http://www.pittalkasia.co and also checking this page: https://pittalkasia.co/home-2019-archive/
Thanks for your help.
Ben
Hello Anamaria,
yes, i use a mobile page for the mobile version.
And by the way, the mobile site has apparently become very slow. But I can’t find any more adjusting screws. Caching is set up. but the js/css cache with Autooptimize fills up to 400 MB within two days.
Hello again,
I disabled the sidebar for a category to reduce the overall elements.
The url is as follows: https://berliner-abendblatt.de/2020/09/13/besuch-beim-groessten-baum-berlins/
On this page you basically only find the posting itself.
Unfortunately I get the same CLS / Core Web Vitals failed result.
I’m also using WP Rocket as a cache plugin.
Do you have any other ideas?
Hello!
There is all about the DOM. Which means you need to have less elements into that container or row, as such on that page. I can suggest you only to take care of how many elements you use on that page. You can try to use a cache plugin or a plugin which can minify the page or combine some elements in order to reduce its size.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
Uninstall the Wp Super Cache and see the results!
Thank you!
Ho attiva la cache dinamica su Siteground e ho attivato il plugin WP Super Cache con attiva l’opzione “Supporto per i dispositivi mobili.” Ieri ho disattivato la cache dinamica di Siteground ma non ho risolto nulla.
Hello!
If you do not use any cache plugin, then make sure you do not have some cache functions in your host. Let them know about this and they should check.
Thank you!
Hello!
A good choice for the page speed, it could be the mobile layout which contain less elements because it can improve a bit your page speed.
Our developers are working a lot to improve the page speed in every update, so make sure you use the latest update(11.4.2).
Some factors which you need to take into account are:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin on not, if you are using PRO demo or a standard one.

Ciao prima si vede in un modo poi la versione mobile sparisce da PageSpeed Insights, ho anche disattivato il plugin per la cache, svuotato più volte la cache ma non si risolve. Come mai?
Hello,
Please make sure the system status parameters are correctly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ in config is WP_MEMORY_LIMIT not PHP Memory Limit (there is a typo, sorry) => https://www.screencast.com/t/88pK5QXpC
Also, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also, please check the console when you try to import a template, maybe you have some errors and provide some screenshots.
Thank you!
I had the same mistake and my recommendation:
1. do these marks: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Also, I use GoDaddy hosting. And if you use Firewall you need to add to white list your IP. Also, set up that GoDaddy didn’t cache your wp-admin
Hello!
It seems that you use the Mobile theme plugin for your mobile version. Please note that you can not modify the Mobile theme layout with the TagDiv Composer.

I tried, but it doesn’t work. The color is still shown on all links across the page (on menu, titles, everything has a link).
I tried flush cache and regenerate css, but nothing happens.
Hello!
First of all, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, and see which plugin creates you the ads on your whole website.
Thank you!
It’s just not working 🙁
I’m using a Cloud footer called Gourmet Pro, when I edit in Composer, it is showing me a preview of my follower count, but it shows a follower count that is lower by 1K, so maybe that means I’m connected, unless that is somehow an old cached number somewhere.
Then I go to the Newspaper Theme panel, and it also still says I’m connected as a Business Instagram. It also shows my follower count by 1K less than I actually have. No clue what’s going on here.
