Hello!
Deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, and see which plugin creates you the amp pages.
Thank you!
Hello!
Don’t you have any backup? How did you make the backup? It could be possible to use the backup version.
If you do not have any backup, then you can not restore what you’ve lost. Sorry.
If you can not make any post, then please make sure you have already the latest update of your theme, WordPress and php version. Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, and try again.
Thank you!

Hello!
First of all, please make sure you have a backup done, deactivate all the non-tagdiv plugins or the cache plugins you use, and then you can update the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.
I would gladly recommend you to make a backup and update plugins and the theme via file transfer to the latest update: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Please update your WordPress and php version too.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
It seems that the videos are working great in mobile version too: https://prnt.sc/tneDw_s-JOYi
It could be a cache issue, please check.
Thank you!
Hello!
Make sure you use the correct mobile version and then you can know which settings to apply there. We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. Edit the page with TagDiv Composer. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB; there you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-speedy-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and design for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
You can choose to use whichever one is more affordable and useful for you.
If anyone doesn’t fit as you created, then make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Note: If you want to use version 1 or 2, then you need to deactivate the mobile theme plugin and see the results.
Thank you!

Hello
I have a problem I have been trying to work out for ever 1 week
In my site you will see I have a blue menu bar. This is works fine. No issue. But please take note of my menu and you will see some have drop down items marked with the down arrow.
Now with these items in the menu bar with the down arrows. If I turn on cloudflare automatic platform optimisation or try to cache cc and js you can no longer click on these. The drop down wont work. BUT. This is the very strange part. They will work on ALL other pages of the site. Just wont work on the front page only
What is this?
Feature images are visible on admin login pannel but visitors are not able to view the feature images, it is showing white blank space instead.

I have cleared all cache cookies from the browser, I tried with different device and different browser but the issues is still the same.
I have implemented AMP ads but they aren’t showing on the Google AMP cached pages. For example, you can see AMP auto ads on this amp URL: https://www.theunfolder.com/samsung-health-vs-google-fit/?amp
However, when I open this page from search results which loads on the Google amp cache page, I can’t see any auto ads. Here’s a page for example:https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.theunfolder.com/samsung-health-vs-google-fit/%3famp
I have implemented Adsense amp codes this way. Here is a screenshot for reference.
Please help me resolve this issue
Hi,
Indeed normally the domain should be display there. Most of the time when it is not, it is do to a cache or object cache. Also in some situations can be from a security code or plugin.
If you want we can investigate this situation, just let us know!
Thank you!
I have disabled the CSS/js options as suggested and cleared all cache, however it still shows the same for me :/
Hello,
The problem is from Autoptimize, please disable the minify CSS/js and clear all cache.
Thank you!
Hey,
I have been trying to import some demo page templates to the website, however whenever I click the add button, the screen gets struck at “Loading Templates” message. I have tried several methods, including purging of cache and reactivation of plugins, but none seems to work. Can you please assist about what the issue might be, and how to get it resolved?
Thank you! I’ve tried disabling the plugin and cleared cache but it’s still the same?
Hello!
Edit the category page with TagDiv Composer. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB; there you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
If you want to use mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/, then please assign a mobile page to your category template.
If the problem is still there, then please uninstall the cache plugin you use and try again in an incognito file.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please open the console and check which errors you have, so we can investigate the issue.

My site is here:
I just started developing the site. I installed the child theme included in the download and it seems to be working properly, but when I make changes to the child theme CSS they won’t show up on the site.
Troubleshooting so far:
–If I navigate to https://redstateroundup.com/wp-content/themes/Newspaper-child/style.css in a browser the changes are there.
–The CSS is valid: It works when I test it in the CSS panel in Console, in the WP Customize tool and in the CSS field in Theme Panel > Custom Code.
–When I look at any page’s source code there’s no link to the child theme CSS.
–I checked functions.php to make sure the enqueue function is there.
–I deleted and reinstalled the child theme from scratch but it didn’t help.
–I flushed the cache in my browser and on my host (IONOS).
–I tried hard-coding a link to the child theme CSS in header.php but that didn’t help. The hard-coded CSS link doesn’t show up.
–When I make file changes and check in my FTP client (CyberDuck) the file changes and date modified time update.
As far as I can tell I’m doing everything right, but the site won’t write any child theme changes even though the files seem to be right where they belong.
I can use the Custom Code in Theme Panel if I have to, but also I need to modify PHP files in the child theme.
Any help greatly appreciated!

Hello Bettina!
Thank you! It looks that nothing works. I’ve tried to deactivate the plugin, the deactivate the cache plugin and to check if everything was updated.
Could you do somethings about it?

Hi,
This seems to be something related to the cache plugin.
Most of the time this message appears because the code for wp super cache is not in the right place on wp-config file.
There were other users with this problem and they made different steps to fix it, maybe some of those steps can help you:
