Hello Rahul!

AMP is faster and works better only with Mobile Theme. The white screen it could be a plugin conflict or a cache problem. Please make a test only with tagdiv plugins active without any cache plugin and see the results.
For more information about this plugin, please check our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/

Hello,

Please try to edit the Single Post Template and see if the duplicate is displayed, if yes, please check if is set in a separate row and try to delete that row with right-click.
If all settings are clear, then the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.

Thank you!

Hello!

Please make sure you have the latest version of the PHP, WordPress, theme and plugins(11.3.1).
If that problem is still there, then please execute these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

It seems that you use Mobile Theme plugin. Please note that if you need to use mobile pages or a responsive version, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin.

Thank you!

Hi there.

Is there a limitation that prevents us from placing 1 post in the header? I’ve added it to the header, but it just won’t display. I’ve cleared all cache, so that’s not the issue.
Here are some screenshots to show what I’ve got set up.

Hello!

There is a huge configuration which is tested with our theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Let me explain you which options of mobile versions are:

1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY

If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten (disappear) by the plugin.

This is how that element works there on the mobile version: https://www.screencast.com/t/tt0ZFk3XX5tT

I made this option for “experimental” purposes only. I did the same document you normally send. I noticed one more thing. The same issue occurs when I cache pages in WP Super Cache plugin. In short; I cannot use any of these plugins as the mobile pages created are gone.

Hello!

Please make sure you have the latest version of the PHP, WordPress, theme and plugins(11.3.1).
All requirements should be as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
The issue how you explained it’s from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– cPanel url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!

Hello,

First of all, it is always advisable to say what prebuilt website you have installed, to be able to help you and give you the necessary information.
Also, we have documentation where you can find more information.
Almost all of the settings that you want to do need to use tagDiv Composer.
1. If you set the font from Theme Panel, will not apply because those settings are for standard elements, so you need to change the fonts using tagDiv Composer on each element (Single Post Content, flex block, etc) please check this article -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/ and video -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQvA64uTLkI
2. Newspaper Theme only works with default WordPress comments and unfortunately, we don’t have a plugin tested for comments, and we can’t recommend a plugin to achieve this.
3. If you set once the code for ads in the Single Post Content, you do not have to set for each post, if you use a global Single Post Template, but if you have a different Single Post Template then, yes, you need to add the code, because is a new template. The ads will show on all posts that use that template.
4. You can customize the mobile menu from Theme Panel -> Theme Colors -> Mobile menu/mobile search => https://www.screencast.com/t/0CvSgXp9H to set a background image go in Theme Panel -> Background -> Mobile menu/mobile search => https://www.screencast.com/t/uvDejzbX to change the font from Theme Fonts => https://www.screencast.com/t/ANBQe7hQhJd Also, for mobile header color you need to select the viewport on phone, select the zone of mobile menu and from the tab “CSS” you can change the background color => https://www.screencast.com/t/uO47flEmmeP also, please check this article https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/
5. Please make sure you have disabled the auto-loading option https://forum.tagdiv.com/infinite-loading-single-posts/
Also, please check if the settings are saved, if the settings are not saved, then you will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also, on our channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOT1RiNysIPCTPSnVZskwtQ, you can find more videos that can help you and documentation https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-documentation/

Thank you!

Hello!

Please compare the setting of this plugin with our recommended settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure and make sure the plugin has no option which can block any ajax from the theme.

Thank you!

Hi,

I’m trying to add Single External Shortcode to a page but I can no longer find it in Viewport, altough I’ve used it on other pages before and it shows up when editing a post page. I’ve deactivated all plugins not related to the theme, including cache optimizing plugins but without succes.

What can I do to add it to a page?

My Theme version is: 11.3.1

Regards,

Hello,

I’m very sorry, but the plugin you use has not been tested with the theme, that’s why we recommend WP Super Cache because it has been tested and it recognizes mobile theme and mobile pages.
There is also a possibility that your host has a cache plugin enabled and that is why this problem occurs.

Please clear all cache on your server, website and browser and see if the problem persists.

Thank you!

Hi jobo9969,
Usually, that kind of message should be display only for users that are using a piret theme or this is not registered.
In case that you got that message and you bought the theme, all you need to do is to make sure that this is activated. If this was and you still got the message, then please reset the license key and set it back, after that clear all the cache and the problem will be solved.
Thank you for your understanding and sorry for the inconvenience!

So I went back to Breeze and now I’m back to the original issue.

It seems like the only solutions offered for this problem is either clear your cache or disable plugins, both which I’ve done but nothing has worked so I guess now I find another goddamn theme.

Hi there,
I recently updated to the latest theme version and decided to try the AMP version.
I enabled the AMP plugin (Template Mode Transitional) and the mobile theme. I also added in the WP Super cache the flag on Mobile device support.
So the issue is that sometimes from the same phone I see a good version and sometimes just the latest articles without the other parts.
Can you help? I already read on the forum that can be a cache conflict but I don’t find a solution

My website is https://www.intrieste.com

Thanks,

Hi Anamaria,

I had the Breeze cache plugin installed because that is what was recommended by my hosting company Cloudways. I had already tried that a few times but it did not work but I tried it again and it still did not fix the problem.

So I deleted the Breeze plugin and replaced it with Super Cache per the recommendation on the link you posted and now the problem is that the mobile page does not load on the phone at all no matter how many times I save it from Tag Div Composer which would fix the issue when I had the Breeze plugin.

So the current problem is that the mobile page I created for the website does not show up on my phone no matter how many times I save it on Tag Div Composer and no matter how many times I refresh the browser on my phone.

Problem: The JavaScript file “js_posts_autoload.min.js” that enables auto post load (infinite load) has a nonce value and it expires within 24 hours. This static js file is also cached by cache plugins like other files. Cache plugins don’t know that this file has a nonce and its function will end within 24 hours. So it is given a long cache expire time by the cache plugins. After a day “js_posts_autoload.min.js” is useless because its WordPress specific security life has ended.

Feature request: Please don’t declare a nonce for “js_posts_autoload.min.js” file so that we can use infinite load feature and specify long cache expire time.

Note:Excluding this file from cache didn’t work.

Hello!

It seems to work as in the second screenshot instead of the images in the gallery.
Please make sure your images are uploaded in their full size and set it as full size also.
If this problem is there only when you are logged out, then it could be a cache problem.
Please make a test and uninstall all the cache plugins that you have, clear the cache from your browser and let me know the results!

Thank you!

Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.
