Hello!
The latest version is 11.3.1. This issue is coming from a cache problem.
We recommend using only one cache plugin, the WP Super Cache plugin with this configuration: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure
Thank you!
Hi,
The WP Super Cache plugin is not compatible with our servers. Can you suggest any other alternatives?
Hello!
I can see that your logo is the same on both versions: desktop & mobile and it is working well.
Please clear your cache (also from your browser) and try again.
Thank you!
Hello!
The retina logo should be exactly double the size of the normal logo, please check. Clear your cache (also from your browser) and try again.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
Did you use a plugin to minify the CSS and javascript? Also, please clear your cache on the website, server and browser and see if the problem persists.
Thank you!
Hello!
If you did not modify them and it’s appearing in the TagDiv Composer, there it could be a plugin conflict or a custom CSS that you applied.
Deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!
Thank you!
Hello,
This kind of issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
Also, please check the console for errors when you hit the button load more and see if an error is displayed.
Also, if you can please provide the link to your website.
Thank you!

So, I have just installed a cache plugin and set that up. I have minified CSS and Javascript. But after that my header menu active/hover style broke. As you can see in the screenshot the green dot for the active menu item supposed to stay before the menu item. but It is showing on top of the text. How to fix this without deactivating my cache plugin?

Hi there,
For the following page: https://www.fantasyfootballpundit.com/fantasy-premier-league-team-news/ the mobile version is being displayed on desktop.
How can I resolve this please? As far as I can tell all other pages are displaying as intended.
I have tried caching through my host and using WPSuperCache but still not luck.
Thanks

Hello!
I can’t see any PHP error on your site, and we’ve tested this version and it couldn’t be any errors.
Although, there is an error, but not from the theme. Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.
Thank you!
Hi,
Now I saw exactly the problem you are referring to, the first time the number which is displayed of views is from the cache and after the true value is displayed.
it seems to be a problem, I will send it to be investigated by developers.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello,
Please check the console when you try to save the changes made in Theme Panel maybe is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Thank you!
Hello!
Usually, when you click on author name, you should be redirect to author page.
For the problem with the author links, maybe the author archives are disabled in the Yoast plugin, if they are author links will be redirected to the homepage. Check if that is the case: http://prntscr.com/mbwwuk after that clear all cache, purge CDN(if you are using) and check the results.
Thank you!
You can also do it without using any 3rd party plugin. Go to the Newspaper theme panel and paste the Pintrest tag in the HEADER SCRIPT CODE box. Clear the cache if you’re using any caching plugin. That’s it.
Hello!
When you update the theme to 11.3.1, make sure you have the latest version of the PHP, WordPress, theme and plugins. Check in the Newspaper -> Plugins and make sure the plugins are active. If you use default templates, then please install the Standard Pack plugin.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
The only plugin I use is WP Super Cache in combination with default theme plugins. If I disable it, the counts are updated directly, but then the pages are not cached, which is required.
How can I make it update the first value on cached pages correctly as well?
Thanks!
Hello,
Please let me know what cache plugin you used.
Also, please do a test without that option and see if it works.
Thank you!
Hello!
From what you describe, it seems that the Composer doesn’t save the changes. So, please make sure you have an admin account in WordPress with full rights. You can check our guide for any other errors in Composer here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Please check if this code is missing from your htaccess file: https://www.screencast.com/t/iN0R93dD3p from our requirements, make sure you have all the requirements as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Also, do these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.

Hello!
Please check our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-add-icons-in-menu/
Clear all your cache (even from your browser) and try again.
Deactivate plugin by plugin (non tagdiv ones) and see which one causes the issue.
