Make sure that this is not a conflict with some untested plugins, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hi kareem khattab,
WPRockets recommends not to enable this feature until you have a mobile version of your theme. I had disabled it with versions < V 10.3.7. But it should be enabled with Version 10.3.7 and higher of Newspaper to make sure the devices get their correct versions from the cache also.

Hi, I note this plugin on our list to be official tested, now the only problem is that this is not a free plugin and many users can not afforded it, but I think that it can be found more cache plugins that can provide good results for these users.

I would start by reinstalling the tagDiv Composer plugin. This will automatically update it to the latest version. After this you will have to clear your cache.
If this does not work the next step is checking for plugin conflicts, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Yes I completely agree what you are saying.
I had checked Cloudflare forum, and they are saying it’s not possible to configure APO in every plugin since tons of mobile plugins are around.

There are two options
1. Cloudflare has to enable mobile support like ‘W3 Super Cache’ or giving mobile theme support to Newspaper theme.
2. Newspaper theme has to take initiative to solve the issue.
I’m badly missing Newspaper Mobile theme lightening speed in Cloudflare APO.
Regarding “create mobile pages and mobile templates”
I’m not interested to do because always standard Mobile theme plugin will be good for anything.
Custom mobile theme will be giving trouble and compatibility issues which I don’t want.
I really liked Newspaper Mobile theme.
I thought Newspaper mobile / desktop theme was a bit heavier but once I started using the Cloudflare APO only realized how fantastic theme Newspaper is.
I’m not saying jus for a sake. Its (Mobile theme) really lighter and lightening fast with APO (even with shared server)
I request you to consider fixing the issue with Cloudflare APO. Newspaper theme is one of the leading themes so hope it will be solved soon.

The website version of my landing page displays correctly, but the mobile page is displaying a random layout and design that I never created – it appears to be an AMP issue.
I have set my AMP settings according to the TagDiv recommendations, set it to ‘Mobile+AMP’ in the Theme Panel, have my WP Super Cache set up as you guys have recommended, but no change. I have a mobile theme version of the page also.
I have tried deactivating AMP and waiting 24 hours, but also no change.

just to clarify these 2 points are not related – just two issues i found
attempted hide function with all plugins- except core TD plugins – turned off and issue persists
2. the website cleared regenerated all images + all cache on browser, server + cloudlfare wiped – issue still persists

yes system status is good as confirmed by system status
cleared cache locally, on server + cloudflare and still shows that it is downloading 2 separate images
all images have been regenerated too

Honestly Iam using on all my sites Fastest Cache plugin. But it made this theme corrupted in the way i posted yesterday. Used recommended Super Cache plugin and it works flawless. Great theme. Would be cool to have more Mobile theme customization in upcoming patches 🙂

The problem when you are using the mobile theme can be that the Cloudflare ‘APO’ do not understand that you use two themes, one for desktop and one for mobile, therefore it is delivering the last cache that was made. Using ‘WP Super Cache’ with the settings from this guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ you can use an option for mobile devices -> https://i.imgur.com/6eZocyn.png in this way the cache plugin will know if you are using the mobile or desktop and will provide the proper cache. Now is possible that Cloudflare ‘APO’ to do not have such an option, then an alternative solution only for mobile is to use the new option to create mobile pages and mobile templates with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/t4rw8Ib.png in this way you can set only the content you want to display on mobile and there should be no problems with Cloudflare APO. Please try these steps: remove the Instagram account from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/nUb5Twv.png clear all cache and set again the Instagram account to get a new time until the account will expire, clear all cache and check the results.
If this is now working, please change your Instagram id with a default one, for example “envato” and see if the feeds are provide, if yes then set back your id and the problem should be solved.

I went through each plugin and deactivated it and tested the Categories and in each DID NOT WORK. I did not deactivate the WP Supercache.
Categories are not working! Where do we go from here? We need to fix this issue!
P.S. I regret upgrading! I was fine with my previous V. All I wanted was the Black Pro appearance.

If you are using standard post template -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-default-templates/ then the widget sidebar are working, but you need to make sure that you do not have some plugin conflicts, if possible to have some plugins that are no longer compatible with our theme and creates this problem, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

The problem with tagDiv Composer was solved, all you need to do is to make a theme update to Newspaper v10.3.7, but before this please make a full backup -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/
