Hey,
Last Week, I am switching to WP Super Cache from WP Rocket and now the Google Adsense Ads are not showing. Please help me why the ads are not shown. It only show the ads on those posts which are new.
Please help me.
Hello AbrahamCinta,
Please make sure that your Social Counter has been correctly updated to the latest version of it. Clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer to your setup page. Also, provide CPanel access for more deeper investigations.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
I see what you mean, it waits for a few seconds than loads the page all at once. Maybe the total cache is doing this, I don’t have a guide I could provide you to configure it. Check online guides for a better configuration of the cache, try different settings.
We recommend the WP super cache however, you could also give that a try
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
The guide needs to be updated, some settings were renamed but they are still the same. Make some tests with this plugin if possible.
Glad it worked, usually it is the website cache or browser cache that prevents the data from being refreshed. Please let us know if you have more questions.
Hi ! Please help me with the following:
i have chosen to not use the mobile theme and just go with the responsive one.
but the thing is that in my mobile version i am having issues with the hamburger loading. sometimes it takes a minute, specially on iphone, and sometimes it just gets stuck in the loading process (all the webpage loads, except the menu).
i have cleared cache, plus only left the tagdiv composer as only plugin and the problem still persists.
Please help me, i have already sent an email to contact.
thank you!
I have updated the Theme (http://prntscr.com/kctlzj) however it still not showing any followers: http://prntscr.com/kctmmb.
Yes I have cleared the cache.
Thank you.
Hello rstreng,
Please update the theme to the latest version of it. I have checked your source page and I noticed that your theme version is 8.7.5. Update it, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
That will be the case, the AMP version of the post will be served only through the Google search results, from the Google cache. So the user can only access an AMP post on your website by Google search results.
Clicking on post links in the related articles for example, will direct to the default website (or mobile theme version if active).
Thanks
I use the following plug-ins:
Elementor, Yoast, and W3 Total Cache.
Hello! Thank you for the reply! First, I tried the fix with replacing the instagram php file and in the footer it only says Follow on Instagram and the link, with no pics. Then I updated all the theme to the newest available in my panel on themeforest, 8.8. But still there are no photos displayed there. I uploaded new photos in instagram and cleared cache, but to no avail.
Hi,
Do you use any caching or CDN? try clearing those if possible. Clear browser cache as well or check with a different browser, or use incognito mode.
That should refresh the data.
If there is still a problem, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin access so we can take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hello ryehillmedia2018!,
You should provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it. Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer to your setup page. Provide there the link to this conversation so we can quickly identify you.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
Unfortunately there is no one solution to fit all issue. This error can be caused by a whole number of issues. It has to be investigated for each case in particular.
There are a few steps you can take into trying to debug this issue though.
The first one would be to make sure there is no plugin conflict.
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Also make sure you meet the requirements for newspaper: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ check the system status section of the theme as it will let you know of any major problems that can cause errors on your site.
If all else fails, please contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this conversation so we can identify you.
Thank you!
If this dos not do it, please also try to disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello albertoaqui,
Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. The plugin has been tested with the theme and works as expected.
Thanks for the message!
Hello Simion,
THanks. None of the suggestions above helped. However, I activated “Cache HTTP headers with page content” and the caching tests succeed.
I wonder if having this enabled will have any negative effects I don’t see this recommended in the guide you have.
SO far, I’ve been testing for a couple of days and my site is super fast with no problems.
Just letting you know.
Thanks again.
Hello,
I have two problems with my site:
1) The mobile menu / burger icon is not working. When I click on the menu on my iPhone the menu does not open. Same for the search icon.
2) I can no more change the DTP text color for main menu active & hover. Color does not change anymore.
I think I have booth problems since yesterday. They were not bevore, color and mobile menu has worked fine. The only thing I changed yesterday was that I created the hompeage with your page builder and that I have switched to sticky menu. And yes I know that it has sepaerate settings for sticky menu but this does nothing change.
What I have done:
Switched back to normal menu
Reinstalled the theme
deactivated all plugins
deactivated Cloudflare cache/minification
I have no caching plugin installed at the moment.
But nothing has worked.
Can you please help me with this? I can send you the URL in a private message…
Thanks,
Florian
Oops..it works now.
I forgot to clean the cloudflare cache.. sorry for that.?
Found the problem. TD Composer left behind empty pieces of code when I deleted different elements/rows. I was in a rush to move my equipment out of the rain (working outside) and forgot to screenshot. Very Generic example:
[td_block_text_with_title tdc_css=""""]
The empty deprecated pieces of code are only visible in the normal WordPress Page editor. The text tab is better to find them, look for double html quotes "". I deleted two rows of data, saved, cleared caches (just because), and site is working again.
I’ll have to re-do those two rows, but it’s better than a “Fatal Error” and at least I know where to start troubleshooting if the error comes up again.
This is for anyone who has or may have a “Fatal Error” problem in the future.
Everything was working fine until about 30 minutes ago. Now I can’t add/save things in TD Composer and the site preview shows this error:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘""’ not found in /app/public/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_block.php on line 181
This is what line 181 looks like from td_block.php
$this->td_block_template_instance = new $td_block_template_id($this->td_block_template_data);
I made NO changes to this file at any point. I have the Envato Market plugin installed. Everything looks up to date. Tested disabling plugins. Cleared all caches. I need this resolved today.
Thank You.
Hi,
Try to re-save the permalinks, clear all of your caches, re-save the permalinks and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
I believe I figured out the issue. For some reason when I went to insert an image into the designated spot, it kept reading as a thumbnail even after I specified to be full-size. I ended up taking it out, clearing caches and inserted again and it corrected itself!
Thank you for the response!
Hello egadgetguru,
Do you have cleared all of your caches? Please do this, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks.
Hello yahav,
I have inspected your source page and I have noticed that you are using an old theme version, like 8.1.1. It’s too old and deprecated theme version! Please make a full backup to your database and update the theme via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Dear, I always update the plugin through theme panel and I cleared all caches before and after the update. But, after each update I recieved the msg that I showed in attach pic and I have to manually update the files which mentioned by the note.
