Hello cysec,
I have inspected your website on mobile and the site seems to work as expected on mobile devices. Provide some useful screenshots with the error so I can identify it and also so I will be able to provide am roe accurate response. First of all, make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Purge all CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare system.
Thanks.
Hello Cthulhus,
You should not use any such of untested plugins for the lightbox effect, sorry! Try to delete it and use only the theme’s functionality in this case. Check the Theme panel option from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/MAyDyTasAn and activate the General modal from the entire site. Clear all the caches and check the results. notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins, sorry!
Thanks.
Hello Julian,
Most likely, this error happened due to an inappropriate plugin’s install. Try to make a new fresh install to another sub-domain for testing, remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check the results. Install the Rev Slider according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-install-revolution-slider-v5/ and ensure that you are using the proper version of the slider which comes bundled with the theme pack.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the message!
Hello Olivercarding,
Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme, check the PHP version to be maximum 7.1, remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, my advice is to make a new clean install to another sub-domain for testing and check the results.

Hi,
1. That would be the functionality of the Like button, as mentioned in the Facebook implementation
– https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/like-button
2. You could disable it if it causes problems. Use different caching if possible and make tests. We tested the theme only with the WP Super cache for the moment, this works properly
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thanks

New Topic -> Dynamic css and js.
I use varnish in my server to cache files from memory, but, I have a problem, as I made a little bit of research on web I learned the why but not how to resolve it.
Behind every css and js file is see /ver= and after an the = sign there is a number always changing and this prevents varnish to cache it because it changes every time.
How can I disable dynamic css and js?

Hello d85,
Please check all of the untested plugins and you should remove all of them because these might interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Clear all the caches and check the results.

Hi,
@benj0612 They seem to be displaying properly at the moment
– https://www.screencast.com/t/LHl7zX7VX
We have tested this implementation before releasing the update, we fixed all the issues that were found. As I said in almost all cases problems related to the socials were caused by caches or conflicts with plugins. We have not found other problems with it.
If you still have problems please send us an email as instructed above, we will take a look.
Thanks
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to give advice.
1) Okay, I understand your explanation. But the fact of putting a “like” by this button on the site, shouldn’t it add a like on the article posted on facebook ? If not, what is it for ? And if it doesn’t, it’s not very consistent with having to be logged into your facebook account to use this button.
2) Your advice has been useful because I tried your test and it worked but when I reactivate the cash of the ” WP rocket ” plugin it is a problem. What can we do about it? Should I disable it and use the “Hummingbirdpro” cache system ?
Thank you in advance
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!

Hello,
Sorry but we have not tested the nextGEN plugin so I cannot say for sure why this happens.
The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:
WP Super Cache- caching plugin
Contact form 7- used to make contact forms
bbPress- forum plugin
BuddyPress- social network plugin
Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus
Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site
WooCommerce- eCommerce solution
WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin
Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars
WPML – multilingual plugin
Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.
Thanks.

Hi,
That issue is in similar cases caused by caching plugins or configurations in CDN service. The recommended caching plugin is the WP Super Cache
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also these setting would be advised to use in CDN
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
If you use other implementations you could experiment with different settings and configurations, while checking if the issue is still happening.
Thanks
Hi
I called my Caching Plugin Provider. He told me, it is a js-theme issue because a js-loop is not closed
please see here https://imgur.com/a/Qc3m4
I Need to Change the link in my first post to my test-site here https://www.catherine-leichsenring.de/mittelstand/
But you see here, that even the deactivation of the Cache is producing an error in the Output of pics: https://transformations-magazin.com/reset-fuer-die-kannibalisierung-digitalisierung-verstehen/119/
Hope for soon Support

Hello,
Sorry but we have not tested this plugin so I cannot say for sure. Start by disabling the plugin and clearing all cache including cdn server files.
You can also try reinstalling the theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
