Hello brianjcameron,
Try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method, in this case, clear all the caches and check the results. We do not have any bad reports in this case. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these and leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello wang,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you do not have a featured image setup for all of your post pages and that’s why you do not bring them at the homepage (page) when you are using some blocks to display your posts. Please add the featured image for each post, clear all the caches and check the results. For more information, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello hbsuyin,
Please check the following options from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/SzitilMDWynl and here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/BxaXeWnbRG
Clear all the caches and check the results.
Hope this helps!

Hi,
Bogdan helped me via email, for the original problem. It had nothing to do with cache, and it’s resolved.
But now I realised that another website, inside the same Multisite installation, has a problem with the search button. This time only affects the mobile version – the search button is below the menu.
Again, I’ve followed every recommendation that I found here in the forum. I saved the Theme Panel options, deleted cache, purged CDN files, deleted browser cache, and the problem remains. I also tried the solution provided by Bogdan, but it didn’t worked.

Hey there,
I just updated the theme to last version but I’m having a lot of problems making it work properly:
– I made some CSS changes before so iframes have -5% less margin, but now YouTube’s video height are 62px: https://www.elquintobeatle.com/2017/12/09/julian-casablancas-anuncia-nuevo-album-the-voidz/
– Post loading is not working at all. Neither infinte load or “load more button”: https://www.elquintobeatle.com/actualidad/
I’m using Supercacher from Siteground hosting + Cloudflare Plus. Could you help me?
Thanks a lot
Hello,
If you do not know how to purge cdn files then you are probably not using a cdn server. You can skip this step. If the issue is still there after you disable the plugins and clear cache, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and investigate.
Thank you!
Hi,
In my tests there is no issue with the website you provided. Everything is working and loading fast (desktop and mobile version). But that would be related to the connection speed as you mention.
There are a many website speed optimization guides here on the forum that you could try to improve the situation

There are also optimization plugins that you could try and make tests with, note that some of them might cause issues however.
Thanks
Hello vamsinani24,
?The main reason for the happening of these errors would be your manual theme installing, sorry! We recommend installing the theme via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. I do not know how exactly you install the theme. Please reinstall it via this method, clear all the caches and check the results. This plugin together with the entire theme was fully tested and should work as expected. Also, please notice that kind of error is not theme related…it’s just server related. Please check here -> https://www.lifewire.com/500-internal-server-error-explained-2622938
Hope this helps!

Hello digidepo,
Please refer to the following topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/featured-images-not-showing-on-homepage/ Here is talking about the same problem which you have. Clear all the caches and check the results.
Hope this helps!

Hello,
Layout issues are usually dues to plugin conflicts. Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
As for page speed optimization, please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
Thank you!
Hi.
Already solved. I fixed it by deleting the cache with ccleaner and everything was fixed. I mention it in case someone else happens.
Thank you.
Hello hoo,
1)This plugin has not been designed to be used to create post pages, but only pages, sorry!
2)Make sure that your system status has been right increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks.
Hello,
I suggest you download again the latest version of the theme from Theme Forest and install it via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Notice that plugin has been fully tested with the theme and should work without any problems. You have to do this again, clear all the caches and if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these and leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello beermoney,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you have some js errors on your console. All of these could come from your untested plugins. These could interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of these, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi and thanks for you answer. I have desabled all non spec plugins and clear cache but I don’t know how to “purge cdn files”.
How can I do it?
Hi,
The header search seems to be in the right place at the moment
– https://www.screencast.com/t/11g8ja79V9ZY
In all cases until now the issue has been solved by clearing installed caches.
Thanks
Hi, the plugin seems to work now for desktop after uninstalling all plugins and the reinstalling.
However, a new problem keeps happening.
Every time I switch on the mobile plugin, my widgets in the sidebar (two tagdiv ad spots and a post block) disappear.
I add them back and they dont save. The only way I can get my sidebar back is by disabling the mobile plugin.
I tried switching off all plugins/cache etc but cant get the sidebar to work alongside the mobile plugin.
Please help.
thanks
I’ve updated to 8.5.1 manually, and cleared cache and everything, but facing this issue.
I can access the website in the mobile theme template, but the wp-admin is showing error – ‘HTTP ERROR 500’. I’m able to access all posts, but the wp-admin is not working on mobile.
Also, I’m facing an issue with revolution slider
1. I’ve installed demo slider and selected categories, but it only shows sometimes, and once I change to other categories, it stops showing the slider.
2. Why can’t I use a template I create on my own rather than using demo sliders? Becuase the one I created is showing in the preview, but not in the tagdiv composer.
Hi, still need some help here with the new Footer option to show a page. I have cleared all cache etc as mentioned above but still no custom page is showing.
Please help with this
Ciska
Well, on the documentation page for theme, “how to update…” note the first section:
Before you update, it is best practice to:
Always check our update notes
Always backup the files and the database, in case something goes wrong with the server you could use the backup to revert to the previous state. For more information on how to backup check the official documentation.
Do not keep older copies of the theme inside wordpress themes folder
Reset the cache after you update
Update the plugins. The theme required and recommended plugins are included in the theme package inside the ../Newspaper-tf/plugins folder.
I use the NGINX FastCGI cache.
Is it even necessary to use WP Super Cache?
Generally you delete the old folder, and upload new one; not merge them via FTP. Then you’d likely need to clear cache in web browser, and possibly clear transients in WP using something like WP-Optimize plugin.
You may have to manually install plugins from the /zip > allfiles/plugins
Works for me.
Hi, I updated the theme this morning, plugins and cleared caches including cloudflare.
Still seeing a mobile page for desktop
Oops. I forgot to mention that I have already cleared the sites cache, my browsers cache and tried other browsers. I had already disabled plugins and still wasn’t able to get it to show up. You can take a look and see if you see anything. I’m stumped.
