Hello devenkh2,
1)Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!
Please do not use this setting in Seo by Yoast:
https://www.screencast.com/t/n8Cc35EofLh Also, if you are using the WP Super Cache plugin, please ensure that has been right setup according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
2)Also, the third important rule is to do not edit a page which was created with Visual Composer with TD Composer.
Also, I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues like this.
For more information about how you should use our page builder in correct way on our theme, please check the following useful tutorial here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial-2/
Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
There seems to be some css blocking the one from the theme on your end.
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
If the issue is still there, please contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this conversation.
Thank you!
hi, when i activate WP super Cache plugin, yoast sitemap appearing in blank page with text like, “https://www.hindibuddy.com/post-sitemap.xml 2017-08-08T09:38:18+05:30 https://www.hindibuddy.com/page-sitemap.xml 2017-08-14T10:24:46+05:30” please suggest me for fix it.
It’s possible it stopped working due to other conflict like WordPress 4.8.1, Yoast SEO update, WooCommerce update, etc., etc.
Good to check the support topics for that plugin also.
And, of course, check F12 for console errors, turn on the built-in WordPress error log debug function, check your hosting panel for error log, etc. — as good ways to see what is causing hiccups.
Sometimes plugins like ‘autooptimize’ or a CDN or cache plugin setting can break things, too.
Not sure that helps. Just food for thought.
I don’t work here.
Hey,
sometimes I have troubles with featured image in article…
I just want to make a new article with video link in Featured Video.. Usually it generate Featured Image normally but sometimes its upload some another picture from Image library or even some image that is no longer in the library because its deleted.
Everytime (I guess) is problem with image because its generate this name – maxresdefault-(some number).jpg
I have to do it manually and fix it (sometimes I need to do this because I want some another cover picture) but sometimes it generate good images and I dont want to waste time with replacing.
It is possible that there are some data saved in the memory or caches and replacing this pictures because the same name – maxresdefault-(some number).jpg?
Here is example of one article:
1) I want to upload article with this video: http://www.screencast.com/t/9WR2dbbJfd6
2) What picture I see in an article after – Publish: http://www.screencast.com/t/9UFTHjuOhP
3) What I see at website: http://www.screencast.com/t/ezs1UQLoKAl
4) Image library: http://www.screencast.com/t/LenordhH and this picture was already renamed so I dont know why it was selected as cover picture for the article at the website http://www.screencast.com/t/qfIcETcckY
I use Comet Cache because WP Super Cache made me some troubles in past. It seems like its counting the maxresdefault-(x).jpg in wrong order now and replacing all pictures with this name again and again.
Thanks for help 🙂 have a nice day!
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please also clear your browser cache and contact your host to remove any hosting side cache.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please provide more details to what plugin are you referring to.
The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:
WP Super Cache- caching plugin
Contact form 7- used to make contact forms
bbPress- forum plugin
BuddyPress- social network plugin
Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus
Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site
WooCommerce- eCommerce solution
WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin
Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars
Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.
Thanks.
That weird, I already have the yoast with that configuration and it is still wrong, we have also deleted the cache.
Hello kalum,
I have inspected your website on Chrome and the Header Ad is there, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/waGukszd Also, I have tested it on FireFox and the Header Ad is not there because it seems that is hidden by an unknown code, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ZpEDeDlH This style does not come from our theme and most likely, comes from your untested plugins. Please try to disable all of the untested plugins, leave just only the required plugins which come bundled with the theme core files, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello humphreyjr,
I have inspected your website and I did not saw any problems with your Theme’s layout. Everything seems to work as expected, without any problems. Try to clear all the caches, purge all CDN files if you are using something like this and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
OK,
Please try to disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also remove any optimization tools for testing purposes and see if any affects your slide element.
Thank you!

Hi,
That may be related to caching. If settings in theme panel or back-end are not displayed on the front-end then that is probably the cause. If you have caching try making a modification again, then clear any installed cache. That should refresh the website imediately.
Thanks
i have the same problem, i already follow the instruction above, but nothing changes,
here my web: http://www.balipuspanews.com
and im not using any cache plugin either

Thanks Chris. Had most of those set already, but it just started working today. I disabled all plugins, reset htaccess and cleared/disabled CloudFlare. Then re-added custom htaccess and re-enabled plugins one-by-one. Everything seems fine now, thinking it was a combination of old DNS hanging around + caching conficts with WP Super Cache & CloudFlare. Whatever, it’s working fast now, thanks!
Lots of factors impact those “stats.”
Generally if your site is optimized and loads at the same speed/performance, and with same content, your readers should react same way — regardless of theme ‘version.’
Why would one version cause somebody to stay on your site +/- 60 seconds.
The reason *most* theme devs on 100 different theme foundry sites don’t have much of an answer to this is due to it not being directly theme related unless you have an actual F12 console error, or bug causing page not to load properly — and taking into account that viewer stats are affected during site revamp, especially if not using a custom ‘maintenance mode’ plugin to let viewers know you’re working on site, and that it’s not busted.
For example if you serve busted stuff, it gets cached on mobile, and when somebody comes back to check, they might still get served busted version and leave. A maintenance plugin tells people “hey, we’ll be back soon, once we do some house cleaning…” and so they never get served broken/mish-mash code.
So, take all the sky is falling nonsense on all theme forums with major grain of salt.
Enjoy!
Main tricks
1) limit queries ‘per page’ – use maximum of 3 “module elements” per post/page
2) don’t use mega menu with posts
3) use PHP 5.6 and up with opcache ‘on’
4) optimize WP with things like explicit URLs in wp-config.php file
5) to mitigate hacker/bot overloads
— > disable XMLRPC
— > install ‘limit login attempts’ plugin
This helps a *lot* (!).
Hello,
Please disable all plugins and clear cache. Then test the menus again. If everything is still haywire, please switch to a wp default theme. If the problems go away, it means you should reinstall your theme using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
Please let us know how it goes
Thanks.
Hello Simon,
Please check your system status parameters to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Most likely, your PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything, sorry!
Clear all the caches, purge all CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
The Total cache is known to create problems in some cases, in combination with the theme. The WP Super Cache is tested and works properly however.
Thanks
Hello,
the view count works fine on both mobile and desktop. Please aloow it a bit of time to load the page correctly as first the cached views are shown but are then rewritten with the correct number by the ajax view count.
As for the social icons it shows the same number on all devices I tested with. Please clear your browser cache on your devices as I cannot see any issue on my end. Both the view number and the social counter show the exact same number on all devices I tested with. (Pc, tablet, phone)
Thank you!
Hello j0suedaniel,
Try to clear all the caches and check the results. If you need more assistance in this case, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.
After this, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of these and leave just only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
1. The demo is created custom and some elements can be modified with code when designing the demo style. In these cases settings from the theme panel are overwritten. This particular demo has a condition that when header style 5 is used, the header menu will display in black when the menu item is active or hovered
– https://www.screencast.com/t/37v7KVxrqz3
If you want them to be orange and keep the header style, you can make the change like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/vDNPMvNe
Sorry for any inconvenience.
2. The Super cache plugin is tested with the theme and it works properly. WE have not had any similar reports. Something else might be causing the issue. Try deactivating all other plugins except theme plugins and the cache plugin and check the results.
Also try checking in the browser inspector console (press F12) on the page when the problem is happening, and check for errors.
3. There are some solutions here on the forum that you could try for that plugin
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/multiple-authors-implementing-co-authors-plugin-into-theme/
4. The article title font can be changed for the Big grid in the theme panel. These are the modules where you will have to change them
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ymWZI6rXDV3q
– https://www.screencast.com/t/2UwlbUHCnc
Here you can see what modules different blocks or grids contain
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-blocks-modules/
5. At the moment there is no option to add more sharing socials in the post page. These are the only available settings
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/sharing/
There are solutions on the forum to add particular socials, but would require theme file modifications. I believe there are plugin that you could try as well if you need more options.
6. If you mean the space between the modules in the Big grid, that cannot be removed. That is how the grid is designed, there is no option to modify it.
Here you can see how all the Full grids look
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/full-big-grid-1/
It could only be done with custom code.
7. The More articles box that is displayed on posts can be enabled in the Theme panel
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/more-articles-box/
Please correct me if I misunderstood something about the questions.
Thanks
hi , I tried modifying my old menu i couldn’t do it , the changes i made were not visible was not getting stored, i tried creating new menu but couldn’t do that either. i raised my max_input_vars to 5000 as suggested , didn’t help. can you please help me with this. i deactivated few plugins , deleted cache but still nothing happened.
Hello,
Please check your widgets area and remove all elements under footer 1, 2 and 3: https://www.screencast.com/t/5fRvVTaPT
There is most likely a piece of code there that does not function properly.
It could also be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
