Hi,

The settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases), in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
Also, please activate the tagdiv standard pack plugin and clear the cache.

Thank you!

Hello Jos,

I checked and I think that the cache plugin caused this issue. Please do a test without the cache plugin and check if the issue persists.

Thank you!

Hello @jovencuba!

Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.

Thank you!

Hi,

Please edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/j8YvKks.png click on the block and remove the offset -> https://i.imgur.com/dJ0iFQu.png let that field empty.

Hello!

Please uninstall all the cache that you are using and check again. Try to visit the page once and verify the post views counter. Make sure this option is enabled: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ajax-view-count/

Hi,

Did you deactivate the mobile theme and amp plugins and clear the cache? Please provide some screenshots.

Thank you!

Hello! I’ve just started using the newspaper theme and I saw a big difference on what I published via the tagdiv editor and what is visible on the mobile version. I tried clear cache and everything I could think of, the website is mallvirtual.ro, any kind of help is very welcome!

Tentarei ajudar

Hello,

Have you checked for a plugin conflict? Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; also, if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache, and try again.

Thank you!

Web: https://48horasmagazine.com/

After updating, all custom Google Fonts that were set in the theme no longer worked. Purging caches did not solve issues.

I used the older backup for the theme panel (import theme settings), but the date is after update.

Any solution?

Hello,

This is very strange. Can you please let me know what cache plugin you use?

Thank you!

When I am not logged in as a user, all of the photos on my site appear on the articles. However, when I log in as a user, they are all blank. What could be causing this issue? I have cleared Cache, browsing history, etc etc. Using Google Chrome.

Hello @Vidar !

Make sure you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active for the default templates. Check in Newspaper > Plugins to see if all the plugins are active.
After that, make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Let me know the results!

Thank you!

Same here, this solution worked.

(don’t forget to flush all cache peepz)

Thanks, that worked after 2-3 saves. Also, if anyone is using cache plugin, you have to deactivate the cache plugin once, save the settings in the theme panel and then it works. Then you can reactivate the cache plugin.

Hello @conflutech!

Do you use some extra plugins? Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Thank you!

Hello,

I think that you have a plugin which minifies the css and JS, please try to disable those options and check after.

Thank you!

Hi this didn’t work for me. I disabled them all on Litespeed Cache.. Any suggestion?

Hello Anamaria,
in the meantime, thank you for your valuable suggestion.

I tried the cloudflare route a few days ago but unfortunately the situation did not change and I had several conflicting optimisation conditions with the rocket cache plugin options.

In any case I will try again with the latest updates

Thanks again and have a nice day

FYI: Had to immediately rollback to 12.64

All custom Google Fonts that were set in the theme no longer worked.
Purging caches did not solve issues.

Hi,

For the problem with the author links, maybe the author archives are disabled in the Yoast plugin; if they are, author links will be redirected to the homepage. Check if that is the case: http://prntscr.com/mbwwuk -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/ after that clear all cache, purge CDN(if you are using) and check the results.

Thank you!

Hello @bettina, I don’t think you need to have admin access to tell me to exclude javascript files the newspaper theme is using. To identify me, use the active product key in my profile.

However, this is solved by replace Breeze with WP Super Cache combined with the Autooptimize plugin. In addition, my site went from D to A score.

Hello,

Each time a page load, I can see a “font swap” on the page and then everything moves on the page.
It’s not good for the user (and guess it’s not too for pagespeed, for cls, etc.).

I have made a video to show you :
https://www.loom.com/share/9c7188dd9a344f22bdf8347dd376788b?sid=260aa9ce-908b-4f72-90e5-f967ff1decf9

I have tried also without cache (Litespeed) but the problem is still there.

Thanks,

Franck

I’ve just deleted the SG Optimizer plugin, installed the WP Super Cache and used it for clearing everything. No effect 🙁
Do you happen to know what’s the OMGF Plugin is? May it cause the issue?
Thanks!

UPD: Great news! I decided to remove the OMGF Plugin, and now everything seems to be running smoothly.
