Hi,

The problem is caused by siteground plugin, which combines the css and js, please disable those options and delete the cache.

Hi, Anamaria,

I followed the directions and deleted the object cache file, yet the large margins persist.

I was wondering if you had any other ideas?

Thank you so much.

Hi,

I appreciate your suggestion, but I’ve already had GF active continuously. Unfortunately, clearing the cache didn’t resolve the issue.

Are there any other things to try?

Thanks!

Hello,

Please make sure you have enabled the option GOOGLE FONTS from Theme Panel -> Theme Fonts => https://www.screencast.com/t/nRDhc67yve
Also, clear all cache(also from your browser).

Thank you!

Hi there,

I’m having some trouble with the header row on Mobile screen only for a newspaper website (gercek.co.uk)

Most of the pages are OK, but the issue is that only on some pages or articles the mobile header is not showing. But only when you scroll, it shows the scroll header version.

I’m hosting on Siteground and I use a cache plugins (Cache Enabler); so I purge Siteground cache, and I also clear site cache with the plugin.

But every time, some random articles and pages (not always the same articles/pages) does not show the initial header.

I cannot understand why it’s happening randomly. I also noticed that the header I did is not universal across the site; every page header seems to be independently controlled. Is this normal?

How to resolve this issue please?

Hello @delfinista!

It should be a green place where you can add an element. Try to add a new row and place the element there.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Follow this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
You need to disable the Rocket Loader.

Hi,

Do you use a plugin for cache?
The theme has an option for lazy load and can be disabled/enabled from the theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/OmXeNzS.png, but if you have a plugin for cache which has this option, then I recommend using that option and not from the theme.

Thank you!

Hello,

Thank you for sharing this information. Yes, usually, this issue is caused by the object cache file.

Have a great day!

I figured out what the issue was. Once I deleted the object-cache.php file in the wp-content folder, it worked. So I’m posting this in case it is helpful to others.

I have a problem. I have my homepage in two versions (web and mobile), and for a few days, the mobile version is not working. Only the web version is opening on all devices. I’ve already disabled the cache, deactivated and reactivated the page, but nothing is fixing the issue.

Same here – I’m using super cache
The site is fast, but the search results is extremly slow
Note: the first search is slow and the second search on the same search term is very fast.
Is there anything I need to do to make it faster?

See this example in my DEV system:

Hello Ben!

Depending on the filter you’ve set and yes it is important to have more posts.
Try to set a limit, for example 4 to see if the problem of the next prev is still there.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Let me know the results!

Thank you!

Hi birkasi, if you situation with the mobile menu is the same, then yes, please exclude the mentioned files.
Related to js for ads, are those from AdSense? If so, there are some AdSense codes that are auto ads and will be set in the place where they consider is the best place, if are regular ads, then just make sure that after you set back the unminify js all the cache and CDN are purge.
I hope this will help you!

Thank you for your response and ongoing support. I have rechecked the suggestions you provided and followed the steps as described, but the issue with the user subscription page redirection persists.

As mentioned previously, my website does not have any caching plugins installed, and I have attempted to disable all irrelevant plugins except tagDiv in the WordPress plugin management, as well as cleared the website cache. However, the problem remains unresolved.

Given this situation, I kindly request you to review the issue once again and provide more in-depth support and guidance to resolve this matter affecting my website. If possible, please advise me on how to further diagnose and address this issue.

Looking forward to your response and sincerely appreciating your assistance and understanding.

Hello,

I recommend adding the form using tagdiv Composer and not adding it in the code editor of the page using Gutenberg.
If the column text doesn’t work, then you have an error in conslole, so you need to check it.
Please check the console when you open edit content; if there is an error like this, please go to the Network tab, select the error, and select Preview -> https://i.imgur.com/iiBOHwP.png
I think you will have a 403 or 404 error, so please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/wp-editor-for-text-with-title-and-column-text-not-updating-content/ and try the suggestions. Also, please check the cache, clear/purge all cache.
Please check this topic with the same error https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/err_http2_protocol_error-on-go-daddy-hosting/

Thank you!

Hello @eman!

Please clear your cache, as well as that of your browser. If you deactivate the mobile theme and AMP, then the responsive version should appear on your mobile layout. That can be customized in the tagdiv composer, as described above.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Let me know the results!

Thank you!

Thank you!

Flushed the CSS cache and it seems to have resolved the issues.

No need for a response. I found the issue. It was from the cache in a plugin. All good now, thanks

The global header you are seeing and the one I have set, and seeing on mobile are different. Is this a cache problem? Or Something else?
