Hello ouropretooficial,
Sorry for the inconvenience, but I guess that your sidebar is not working as expected due to your bad installation. I suggest you make a new clean install from scratch, via FTP way, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. If you will check our demo preview here -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/ you will see that the sidebar work perfectly.
However, if you are unhappy with our product and if you want the mobey back, you can request a refund here – https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new if you consider that you can not use the theme for your website. We will approve the refund.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello RENATO,
There seems to be an issue with the access token in the current version of the social counter.
Please download this version: http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/td-social-counter.zip
And very important: clear all your caching including the browser cache. Example for chrome: https://www.screencast.com/t/f9Q66lPx1fY
Now the access token should work as before.
If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!

Do you have any idea to solve this problem ?
Many Thanks.
Hi, I’m using your theme on http://www.alcova.biz/blog/
in the article page sidebar I added the social counter, but the FB counter shows zero. I even tried changing the FB ID to show different page counts, but they all show 0.
I also tried refreshing the cache, but it didn’t work.
Well, you can’t “pre-configure” image optimization settings, time to live, opcache, gzip, choice of not using Google fonts or not, limit ads, turn off pulling in “likes” “shares” info, limit ad networks, choosing fast server/hosting with multiple backbone connections, caching plugins, etc., etc. — that can only be done by the webdev.
Hi,
I suggest you try as a test to disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching installed and check to see if this has any effect. Also this could be caused by a caching plugin or system that you are using. It is recommended to use this caching plugin with the theme – https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thanks
Hello Cavemantraining,
I guess that your demos is not right installed on your side, sorry! It seems that black color is not applied on the main wrap. As a quick solution, you should try using the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
.td-main-content-wrap{
background-color: black;
}
I suggest you make a new clean install from scratch, via FTP way and use only the required plugins which come bundled with the theme core files and then, simply install the demo you like, clear all your caches and check the results. Should work as expected.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Cactus24,

Hello dileep,
Please keep in mind that you want to change the structure of the date for modules, you will have to edit the corresponding files according to your block used by you. For example, if you are using the Block 3 you will have to edit the modules which make up this block, like module 1, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/whTutD5OFRyy
You will have to use the following snippet of code, like this ->
<?php echo human_time_diff( get_the_time(‘U’), current_time(‘timestamp’) ) . ‘ ago’; ?>
in the core file, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/ZZYWvi253eL1 Clear all your cache and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
The code should work, probably you just need to clear the cache you have installed on your website to make it apply. Try entering the code in the Theme panel->Custom Css section and see if it works after you clear the cache.
Thanks
Hello fernando,
I have inspected your website and I did not saw any problems with your sidebars. Everything seems to work as expected. If the problem is still there, you should provide some useful screenshots so I can identify the problem. Also, after this, you should try making a new clean install via FTP, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
hello @carvax,
No need to make any changes to WP Super cache code. Simply change caching method: Use mod_rewrite to serve cache files.
Refer: http://prntscr.com/f8oth2
Hope this will help you.
Hi Bogdan, thanks for your reply. We have deactivated all plugins and deleted cache but the problems stills shows. Could there by another backend problem?
Hi.
I have create a Child theme and in mbile version i get this error:
The mobile theme path couldn’t be set. Please check if you already have another mobile theme plugin active and disable it (ex. Jetpack Mobile Theme or similar). If you use a cache plugin clear it before checking the results.

Hello Broomie,
You simply remove the Ad title from the Widgets area, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/4mk1GQcv6m Clear all your caches and check the results. It should work.

Hello Cactus24,
Try to check your Theme panel -> Categories section and inspect the settings for this category to be the same for all your categories. Also, try to clear all your caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Yes because I am using W3 total cache but it comes with its problems
Hello komsak,
I suppose that you are referring to the appearance of a flash/time loading when you enter on your website, right? This behavior appears when you have additional customization through custom CSS code and also, I suppose that you are using the Speed Booster plugin. Please notice that the CSS are working in cascade and the first time will take the code from style.css that is set it by default and then the theme will take the custom code that you have changed from Theme panel and practically this flash is generated by this cause. As a workaround, you have to check your style.css and try to add directly in this file your desired custom code. So, if your problem is still there, please try to revert the theme to the default settings, without any customizations and let us know how it goes. Also, you can try to make a new fresh install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and check the results. Also, please make sure every time you cleared caches. Noticed that the only files where you will have to edit are style.css.
If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello mixalakis123,
I have checked this case on my website, using the td-composer or Visual Composer and notice that the Big Grid 4 is the same for the both pages, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/hC2tguoNfQ If you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Thanks for the message!
Hello sait,
I guess that your post view counter not work as expected since it displays less than Google Analytics. Please ensure that you are using a cache plugin and the Ajax filter option from Theme panel is enabled, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/2e5uUaH5j After this, you should check your post view counter to see if this will work as properly or not. Try to make some refreshes and check if the view counter number will be increment.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
It could be a hosting side cache as this seems to be the case more and more. Please contact your host and have them disable any hosting side cache.
Super cache has a flaw that needs adjusting by modifying the code like so: https://github.com/Automattic/wp-super-cache/pull/185/files
Edit wp-cache-phase1.php and add the green code from the right column as it shows in the provided link.
Let us know if you still have trouble with this.
Thanks.
Hi,
Please use this caching plugin with the recommenced configuration for best results, other caching plugins may not work properly with the theme and cause unexpected results
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Try and install it and see if the problem you are having is present.
Thanks
Hi,
It seems to load very poorly indeed. The caching plugin is recommend to be used with these settings
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
And this Cloudflare configuration
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
If you say the server configuration is more than enough
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Then there should be no problems of this kind. Something is causing this slow loading speed. We have not had any bad reports about this, it must be something on your configuration.
Thanks
