Hello natagrit,
1)Do you are using the Newsmag or Newspaper? Please keep in mind that the Mobile Theme is not tested for Newsmag theme, just only for Newspaper and it seems to do not work as expected, sorry! Notice that the Mobile Theme is an optional plugin which comes bundled with the theme packet. Notice that if you will not use this plugin, the theme is fully responsive for all devices but the Mobile Plugin is a concept of our theme wich speed up the page on mobile devices. If you want to know more details about this mobile theme, please check the guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
2)You should use only the WP Super Cache because we do not know what type of caching service uses your hosting provider. You should disable the server cache and install/use only the WP Super Cache according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello ChRoM,
Please checked again your system status to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Also, you can contact your hosting provider, tell this problem and see what they say about this.
Also, if you are using some untested plugins, you can try to remove all of them because these can interact with the theme files and cause a lot of issues.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Hi, just started working with the theme. A couple of questions:
1. Do I need to install mobile tagdiv theme – or will it will be displayded correctly on mobil devices without it?
2. You mention “The mobile theme works fine with WP Super Cache.” we are sing SiteGround Hosting, which is one of the most poular choices for hosting wordpress ssites. Sitegrounnd uses their own caching, will it work with mobile theme?
Tank you.
Elijah.
Hi guys,
I know you recommend WP Super Cache, so I installed that, but I also want to use CloudFlare. In the WP Super Cache settings, it is asking me:
off-site URL:
additional CNAMES:
Any idea on how to configure this? Should I not be using WP Super Cache if I have Cloudflare?
Thanks,
Matt
Circling Back here I’ve had my host update all the nessecary settings you described I checked everything, cleared my cache at the browser, host, and cloudflare level but nothing from visual composer saves at all
Excelente, great to hear from you Bogdan.
I have cleared the cache and reviewed my site through several browsers.
The issue no longer occurs
(Resolved)
Thanks a lot!
Hello timski82,
First of all, please disable all of the untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to be active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files, install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and install only the required plugins and check the results. Consult this guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks.
Hello Berbi,
Please notice that all the settings for this type of Article Ad can be found here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/X0s99ldpy Also, if you do not have these settings, please ensure that you have right installed your theme via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/ Clear all your caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
This is a common caching issue after an update. Please make sure you clear all caching after you update. Right now the cache seems to have cleared itself.
Thank you!
Hi,
As I can see most all of the links on the site are not working. I recommend deactivating all the plugins (including the analytics plugin you have installed) except Visual composer, clear the cache and purge cdn files. Also check any customization you may have made to the theme, code added in Theme panel or added in the theme files. Then check to see if the problem is fixed.
Thanks
Hi,
All I can tell you is that somehow it is inserted in the content – https://www.screencast.com/t/Vj56RHgfDJS Try checking the custom code fields in the theme panel – https://www.screencast.com/t/xoQdYuOopta But if you are sure that nothing was added to the theme files, and tried disabling all the plugins except Visual composer, clear cache and purge cdn files then maybe you should do a clean install as suggested. Or try to contact the person that has implemented this.
Thanks
Hi,
Try making the change to default in the footer section like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/C2qgrZjd and also clear your cache after the change, also check any custom code you may have entered in the theme’s custom css section, or added to the theme files. If nothing works you could try this custom css code, just enter it in Theme panel->Custom Css – https://www.screencast.com/t/n8lEpPSr6zj with this result – https://www.screencast.com/t/jUfIsD2MY71 and also clear your cache after you enter the code.
.td-footer-wrapper .block-title span {
color: white!important;
}
Thanks
Hello LaurennePierrick,
I have inspected your website, and I saw that your images are working fine for mobile viewports, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/AJpwGS73ll Try to disable all your untested plugins, clear all your caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello shorebeat,
I recommend you doing a new fresh install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. After this, you should install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins which can appear when you use some untested plugins. Clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Notice that until now, we do not have any bad reports in this regard, sorry! Try the above advice and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello amsam1979,
Unfortunately, this type of problem does not come from our theme, sorry! You should find some online solution in this regard because might be a lot of reasons for this. Ensure that you have cleared all your caches, server caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Also, you can contact the hosting provider, tell the problem and see what they say about this regard.
Thanks for your understanding!
One of your collegue create for me a CSS code because the background of the facebook page’s word (of the widget of WP) was different from the Theme Accent Color.
Now I erase the css code and the background is a dark grey, as you can see here in the sidebar
https://www.cibarsidimarketing.it/gestire-unattivita-ristorativa-nel-2017/
Anymore, the anchor text is always black, even if I erased the cache of ny browser.
So, the problems are now two, and not just one =)
I understood that I should create an entire template from visual composer grid builder, isn’t it?
However, because I tried and is not so intuitive for me, I would know if it possible to solve the problem without make some changes.
Sorry but my english is awful and to use a english-language theme is not so simple for me (but the theme is great, so I wanted to trust you and buy this theme
Thanks for your unlimited support! =)
Hi,
It seems the ad is coming from a raw html element and it is linking to a Facebook address – https://www.screencast.com/t/m0rnExCDBN Maybe this code is inserted directly in the theme single post and category files. You could take a look in the category.php file – https://www.screencast.com/t/gropsNLlY and the post single files – https://www.screencast.com/t/bVmbyjmzFR and check for any code in the structure. You could try disabling all the plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache and purge cdn files, maybe a plugin is causing this. If none of these suggestions work, you could make a fresh theme install with the latest version – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ install only the theme bundled plugins and this should solve this issue.
Thanks
Hello metro monthly,
I suggest you doing a full backup to your database and then, make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Clear all your caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
Try to recreate the video playlist element, just delete it and add it again in the page structure and also clear your cache.
Thanks
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!

Hi,
I just set my ssl certificate and forced everything to https. Everything ok except the td_video_playlist in home page (palodelcolle.net) is still loading with http as http://img.youtube.com/vi/XXXXXXXX/default.jpg with http.
I have to solve this to prevnet the “Mixed content” browser warning.
If i add a new video in playlist, this is loaded as https//img.youtube -> new ones are OK
With old videos in playlist, they are still loaded (their thumb) in http -> i think because they are cached.
How can I fix this?
I think I just need to clean the td_video_playlist cache to let them being reloaded
with https as td_video_thumb
Thanks
Hi,
I have inspected some of your articles but I do not see any ad related problems – https://www.screencast.com/t/kBdRziEhjM1b – https://www.screencast.com/t/O9auVkQ6hJ in your post page. Maybe the compression plugin you are using is not fully compatible with the theme, this meaning unexpected results. If the problem reappears, you should try to disable all the plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache and purge cdn files. However you should consider updating the theme and the required plugins to the latest version – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
Thanks
