Hello christinarroot,
Perhaps, might be a problem regarding on caches. Please try to clear all of these, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and test it again.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello dndgh,
Please provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer. Also, please ensure that you have cleared all your caches, purged CDN files if you are using the CDN system.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello nairolf2013,
If your page speed without using the mobile theme plugin is greater than with this plugin turned on, it seems that you have optimised your website and these settings will not be applied for the mobile plugin. Actually, if you have received results better than with mobile theme, you can disable the plugin.
For your second request, this behaviour appears when you have server cache or you are using the CDN system. Purge the files and clear your server cache and test it again.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
@thelastpoet google doubleclick ads are not supported by our theme. Our theme was designed to work with standard adsense. We have no reports of the analytics going down so please test this without plugins as maybe the new theme version is not compatible with one of your plugins. Disable all of them exceot visual composer. clear cache and reset cdn files. If you have any further questions, please open a new topic as this one will be closed for replies.
Thank you!

hello,
Are you using a third party login system by any chance? Our theme login will have to be disabled if you use a custom login. If you don’t use any other login widget besides the theme one, then please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you user it.
Let us know if you still have trouble with this.
Thank you!
Hi,
We have no reports of this issue and we have tested it on our end but could not replicate it. Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. If the problem is still there please provide a link to your site s we can inspect it and provide the proper css.
Thank you!
Hi Catalin,
Thanks for a quick reply, I found the problem, image sizes weren’t correct because of Photon CDN, after disabling the plugin everything went to normal.
Hi,
I have tested this on my end but could not replicate the issue. The slider was the same and the content width did not change. There were no changes made to these element. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test again.
If the problem is still there, please provide a link so we can inspect it.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check the sidebar name when you create it. If you use any symbol in the sideabar name, these will get stripped by WP of content. You cannot create a sidebar without a title: http://screencast.com/t/XEl8JhzY
If the problem is still there once you remove any symbols from your sidebar names, please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Let us know if you still have trouble with this.
Thank you!

Hello,
Please disable all plugin except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. It could be a plugin conflict.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
Hi,
Such errors can be caused by plugin conflicts. The plugin you mention is not tested with our theme so i cannot say for sure if it works properly with our theme. You can try to disable all other plugins except visual composer and MyMail, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test again. If the problem is still there, you will have to replace mymail and find another plugin that works.
Thank you!
Hi,
I have done all of the above, disabled all plugins, cleared cache and purged CDN. However it is still the same problem so I am pretty sure at this point it is the theme problem.
I have updated to the latest version in the meantime and it has completely screwed up the mobile site so now its total crap. I am not really happy about this theme as it is presented, seems it is not delivering neither half of the promise. Very disappointing.
Hello,
The sidebar was not added to the mobile theme so that is a default behavior of the theme. The menu on the other hand should work so please disable all plugins except visual composer and the mobile theme, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test the mobile menu again.
let us know if you still have trouble with the menu.
Thank you!
Hi,
please try disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn if you use it. If the problem is not fixed this way, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin so we can login and investigate this issue.
Please also include a link to this topic so we can identify you.
Thank you!
Hello,
I have tested this on our end but could not replicate the issue. This seems indeed to be a caching issue but not from our end :). Please use wp super cache not other plugisn like w3tc or wprocket and use this guide to set it up: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/. Make sure you clear cache before switching caching plugins.
Also check your server cache and cdn server and fiddle with the settings a bit as these are very different from case to case and they could also affect the mobile/desktop versions.
Thank you!
Hi,
I have tested your site on multiple apple devices using safari but could not find the issue. Ads displayed properly on every one. If the problem comes back, please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. There could be a conflicting plugin causing this issue. If the problem reappears, check your browser console to see if any errors show up when adds disappear.
Thank you!
Hello Larane,
Please ensure that you have cleared all your caches, purged CDN files if you are using the CDN system in order to achieve best results in the theme. Also, if you problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer.
Thanks for your understanding!

As you can see that images are on a Instagram CDN.
